Abstract

Entrepreneurship Training and Outreach for Business Actors to Enhance Competitiveness and Innovation Abstract Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia face significant challenges regarding low adoption of digital technology and limited innovation capabilities that hinder their competitiveness. This community service activity aimed to enhance entrepreneurial knowledge and skills through integrated training for 100 participants comprising MSME actors, students, and alumni of Tadulako University. The implementation method combined lectures, interactive workshops, and hands-on practice over 2 days (September 11-12, 2025), covering business strategy, digital marketing, financial management, and product innovation development. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test using structured Likert-scale questionnaires. Results demonstrated significant improvements across four aspects: business strategy comprehension increased by 50.3% with 67% of participants achieving the target; digital marketing proficiency reached 76% of participants capable of operating at least 2 platforms; financial management competency was attained by 73% of participants; and 54% of participants generated product innovation ideas. The practical learning approach utilizing free tools such as Excel, Canva, and social media platforms proved effective in enhancing participants' capacity. The hybrid and participatory approach with integration of digital tools based on local needs has not been widely studied in entrepreneurship training in Indonesia, making this model a novel contribution in the context of campus-based community entrepreneurship education that can be replicated for accelerating digital literacy among micro-MSMEs. The success of this programme contributes to the achievement of SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), whilst strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem within the campus environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of revenue growth and profitability on stock prices, focusing on capital structure as an intermediary variable in the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research adopts a quantitative approach, using secondary data from observations and official records of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data span 2020-2023 and comprise a sample of 21 companies selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis in AMOS 26. The findings indicate that revenue growth has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on both capital structure and stock prices. In contrast, profitability has a negative yet statistically significant effect on capital structure, while it has a positive and meaningful influence on stock prices. Capital structure, however, shows a negative but statistically insignificant impact on stock prices. Thus, capital structure does not mediate the relationship between revenue growth, profitability, and stock prices.

Abstract

Banking plays a crucial role in supporting national economic growth through its intermediary function, liquidity provision, and credit distribution to the real sector. During the monetary policy normalization period of 2022–2024, the banking industry faces the challenge of maintaining optimal credit distribution without neglecting risk control and capital strengthening. This situation emphasizes the importance of evaluating bank health, both empirically and based on relevant theoretical frameworks. This study aims to analyze the health level of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk based on Risk Profile, Earnings, and Capital aspects , and examine the results from the perspectives of Risk Management Theory, Efficiency Theory, and Trade-Off Theory . The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of financial reports for the 2022–2024 period. The indicators analyzed include Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The research results show that BCA is in the Very Healthy (PK-1) category, with an achievement level of 96.00%–100.00%. Credit growth was not accompanied by an increase in credit risk, profitability increased consistently, and capital remained well above the minimum threshold. These findings demonstrate that the balance between credit growth, risk management, and capital adequacy is key to maintaining banking stability during the economic recovery period.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a health problem that affects many people and carries the risk of serious complications if not properly treated. Walking barefoot in the morning is a non-pharmacological method believed to help lower blood pressure by stimulating nerve endings and increasing body relaxation. In low- and middle-income countries, walking barefoot is common. The public felt more productive rather than having to use. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of barefoot morning walking on blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Methods: This study used a one-group pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. Technique collection sample, namely purposive, n 31, which meets the inclusion criteria, namely history of hypertension, willing given barefoot morning walk intervention according to established procedures, and criteria for respondents who cannot walk. Blood pressure was measured before and after the intervention using a validated digital blood pressure monitor. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results of the study showed that before the intervention, most respondents were in the stage I hypertension category (64.5%), while after the intervention, the majority were in the prehypertension category (67.7%). Statistical tests showed a significant decrease in blood pressure in both systolic (p < 0.00 1 ) and diastolic (p < 0.00 1 ) blood pressure, thus indicating a significant effect of barefoot morning walking on reducing blood pressure. Conclusion: Barefoot morning walking intervention can reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients, which can be applied to help control blood pressure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of SOEs in the infrastructure and non-infrastructure sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2021 period. The method used is quantitative descriptive with secondary data in the form of annual performance values and corporate health predicates based on the assessment set. The results show that the performance of infrastructure SOEs fluctuated with a significant decrease in 2020 (50.68) due to the COVID-19 pandemic, then recovered in 2021 (55.05) in line with government stimulus and the acceleration of strategic projects. Meanwhile, non-infrastructure SOEs also recorded a sharp decline in 2020 (43.75) and experienced a slower recovery in 2021 (49.82), not yet reaching pre-pandemic levels. Comparatively, infrastructure SOEs consistently have higher performance values than non-infrastructure throughout the observation period. Based on a three-year average, both sectors are in the "Less Healthy" category, with the predicate BBB for infrastructure and BB for non-infrastructure. The study's conclusions confirm that although both sectors faced pressures during the crisis, infrastructure SOEs showed better resilience and recovery, so different policy interventions are needed to strengthen the performance of each sector going forward.
