This study aims to determine the effectiveness of project-based learning for the student’s activeness and creative thinking skills of students of Class X SMA N 2 Semarang. This research is experimental study with method of Quasi Experimental Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The data in this study is the result of creative thinking skills and student’s activeness. Data were analyzed using two-sample t test analysis. Research shows that 1) there is no difference in the early of ability between class that follows of project based learning process and the class that follows the cooperative learning (tresult = 0,4089 < ttable = 1,6663), 2) there is a difference between the results of creative thinking skills of  the students that follow of project-based learning (tresult = 10,12 >  ttable = 1.6663) and students who follow cooperative learning, 3) there is a difference between the student’s activeness of students that follows project-based learning (tresult = 49,56 > ttabel = 1,6663) and student who follow cooperative learning. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the project-based learning is more effective than cooperative learning in improving learning results in the form of the student’s activeness and creative thinking skills.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of application motion kinematics props with the model of learning inquiry to the science generic skills of grade X students MIPA at SMA Negeri 15 Semarang. The design of the study using Posttest Only Control Design, in this design there were two randomly selected groups, where the first group was given a treatment called the experiment class, and the second group was not given a treatment called the control class. The population in this research is the grade X students of MIPA SMA Negeri 15 Semarang. The sample in the research was the grade X students of MIPA 1 as an experimental class amounting to 36 students and students of grade X MIPA 4 as a control class amounting to 36 students. The main instrument of research used is the observation sheet, that is by conducting observations performed by the observer when students perform practicum/experiments tailored to nine indicators of science generic skills. Analysis of the class observation sheet is obtained on average 84.51% with excellent criteria and control class 61.57% with good criteria. Statistical analysis shows the value of tcount 0,000 < ttable 0,05 with the equivalent of α = 0,05 significance, so that rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. There is a significant difference between the experimental class and control class, so the inquiry learning model assisted of kinematic props is effective against student’s Generic Science Skills.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model discovery learning berbantuan video pembelajaran terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa pada pokok bahasan optika geometris siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen quasi eksperimen nonequivalent pre-test post-test control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 2 Pati yang diampu oleh guru yang sama. Penulis mengambil sampel dengan teknik cluster random sampling dengan mengambil 2 kelas secara acak, kelas X MIA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan model discovery learning berbantuan video pembelajaran sedangkan kelas X MIA 3 sebagai kontrol yang hanya menggunakan model discovery learning. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji gain yang ternormalisasi dan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, secara umum uji hipotesis dari penelitian ini diperoleh thitung > ttabel, yaitu 3,195 > 3,1667 dari data tersebut menunjukkan  ditolak dan = diterima. Disimpulkan bahwa model discovery learning berbantuan video pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa pada pokok bahasan optika geometris kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Pati Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.

Research on figuring out the ways to teach creative thinking skills via learning processes has been carried out. One of the methods applied to be efficient to teach creative thinking skills is laboratory work. Laboratory work is an important process in learning physics since students tend to find it hard to understand physical concepts if they are only taught verbally. Students will understand better when they are given real life examples and are allowed to learn the concepts through the laboratory work, whenever possible. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Bringin by employing the quasi-experiment pre-test - post-test control group design. Creative thinking skills were measured based on four indicators: flexibility, fluency, originality, and detail. Results show that laboratory work was suitable to improve students’ fluent thinking ability with 77% students showing improvement, and it was also a fit to improve students’ original thinking with 84% students showing improvement. The experiment class revealed a gain of 0.51, taken from an average pre-test score of 45.64 compared to the average post-test score of 73.5, which is an increase of 27.86. Meanwhile, the control class resulted in a gain of 0.40, taken from an average pre-test score of 39.11 compared to the average post-test score of 83.44, which is an increase of 24.33.

The sustainability based argument-driven inquiry learning model is designed to improve students' critical thinking skills. The sustainability based argument-driven inquiry learning model as an effort in the education to prepare human resources ready to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study aimed to investigate the validity of the sustainability based argument-driven inquiry learning model to improve students' critical thinking skills. Validation is carried out with the stages of discussion, revision, and then filling out the validation sheet by experts. The results of the content obtained a score of 3.52 or included in the very valid category, and the construct validity obtained an average score of 3.67 or included in the very valid category. The validation results show that the lesson plan scored 72 out of 80 or 90% and is in the very valid category. The results of expert validation of the student worksheets obtained 55 out of 60 (92%) and were included in the very valid category. The research purpose is explored the effect of guided inquiry learning with digital spring for science generics skills. The subject of research are 70 student in XI MIPA SMAN 11 Semarang consisting of 35 students in the experimental group and 35 students in the control group. Design study uses Quasy Experiment Design, the type to be used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data collection techniques through observation and questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of data analysis from observation sheet on average experiment class = 3,22 and the average control class = 2,93. This study uses independent sample t-test show tcount ttable  that is  3,76 1,99 interpreted tcount ttable then Ho rejected Ho and accepted Ha. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that guided inquiry learning digital spring constant give positive influence to science generic skill student in SMAN 11 Semarang. Untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran TGT (Team Games Tournament)  berbantu media papan putar  untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV pembelajaran tematik di SD Negeri Rejosari 03. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis Probability Sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Simple Random Sampling, dikatakan simple (sederhana) karena pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperlihatkan strata yang ada dalam populsi itu. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan desain True Experimental Designs dengan bentuk Pretest – Posttest Control Group Design. Dalam bentuk desain ini terdapat dua kelompok yang dipilih secara acak (random), kemudian diberi Pretest untuk mengetahui keadaan awal adakah perbedaan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil Pretest yang baik bila nilai kelompok eksperimen tidak berbeda secara signifikan. This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of physics teaching materials for high school energy sources based on the perspective of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all materials in physics teaching materials for class XII in Pemalang Regency with samples of energy sources in 5 class XII teaching materials used by teachers in Pemalang Regency. The research instrument was in the form of a text / unit check list analysis based on the ESD indicator to obtain data.The results of the study found that the teaching materials used represented the ESD theme with an average appearance proportion of 21.56%, for the socio-cultural aspects of 8.05%, for environmental aspects 7.53% and 5.98% for economic aspects. Abstract: Influence of Quantum Learning Model With Sitting Formation ofTeam Towards Students Learning Outcomes of Class IV SDN Kabongan KidulRembang. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of learningmodel of quantum learning with the formation of the team style seating on the resultsof fourth grade students of SDN Kabongan Kidul Rembang. This type of research isquantitative research type experiment with pre-experimental design type that is onegrouppretest-posttest design. The population of this research is the fourth gradestudents at SDN Kabongan Kidul Rembang. The sample of this research is allstudents of grade IV SDN Kabongan Kidul Rembang academic year 2017/2018which amounted to 35 students. Data collection using interviews, tests, observationsand documentation. The research results obtained pretest average of 59.65 while theaverage posttest of 83.71. Jenis penelitian iniadalah penelitian kuantitatif tipe eksperimen dengan jenis pre-experimental designyakni one-group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelasIV di SDN Kabongan Kidul Rembang. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu semua siswasiswikelas IV SDN Kabongan Kidul Rembang tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yangberjumlah 35 siswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, tes, observasi dandokumentasi. Hasil penelitan diperoleh rata-rata pretest yaitu sebesar 59,65sedangkan hasil rata-rata posttest sebesar 83,71. This study aims to develop a ticker timer practicum guide with an inquiry approach to improve student learning outcomes in class X MIPA. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Belik Pemalang with the research subjects being all students of class X MIPA 1 and X MIPA 2 SMAN 1 Belik Pemalang. The research method used is Research and Development. Data collection techniques through tests and observations. The results of the study showed that (1) the ticker timer practicum guide in terms of material and media content shows the practicum guide in the "Very Good" criteria and is suitable for use with an average score of 90% material validation and 92% media. (2) the ticker timer practicum guide with an inquiry approach to improve student learning outcomes, there is a difference in the acquisition of the N-Gain score for the experimental class  = 0.68 in the medium category and the control class  = 0.30 in the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of a ticker timer practicum guide with an inquiry approach can improve student learning outcomes but not too significantly
