Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Motivation, Communication, and Work Discipline on Employee Job Satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The research sample consisted of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Long Ikis employees who met certain criteria, with a total of 40 people. A questionnaire was distributed as part of the data collection strategy. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this investigation, and SmartPLS assisted in data processing. The results of the study indicate that motivation, communication, and work discipline all have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine Work Environment, Communication, and Work Discipline partially affect the employee satisfaction of PERUMDA Tirta Manuntung Balikpapan. This type of research is quantitative with data source from the results of questionnaire. The sample in this study was 79 employees at PERUMDA Tirta Manuntung Balikpapan using incidental techniques. Researchers used ibm spss statistical application Statistics 28. The application is to test Instrument Tests, Calssical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear regrease Analysis, and Research Hypothesis Tests. The result of the analysis show that the Work Environment has a significant effect on employee satisfaction. Communication has a significant effect on employee satisfaction. Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee satisfaction Keywords: 1st work environment; 2nd communicaation; 3rd discipline; 4th job statisfaction
