Abstract

This study investigated the self-regulated learning (SRL) practices of undergraduate students during their Skripsi completion in the English Education Department. A quantitative survey design was employed, involving 64 students who were actively engaged in their Skripsi. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics through JASP software. The results revealed that the “Resources Management” and “Motivational Components” were the most frequently utilized SRL strategies, while “Cognitive Components” ranked the lowest, indicating potential areas for improvement. Self-regulated learning strategies such as “Evaluation” and “Set Self-Consequences” were predominant, emphasizing reflection and goal-setting, while “Organizing and Transforming,” “Keeping Records and Monitoring,” and “Seeking Assistance from the Academic Community” were less frequently utilized, suggesting a need for enhanced organizational and collaborative skills. These findings contribute to the understanding of SRL practices and offer implications for educators to leverage student success in academic achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT. Global Bintan Permata. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 61 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisi regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Turnover Intention dengan uji hitoptesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (-2,278 > 2,002) . Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial terhadap Turnover Intention dengan nilai uji hitoptesis diperoleh t hitunng > t tabel atau (2,591 > 2,002). Dan secara simultan Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan nilai f hitunng > f tabel (6,513 > 3,16), hal tersebut di perkuat dengan probability signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi tingkat Komitmen Organisasi dapat memberi konstribusi yang nyata dalam mengurangi Turnover Intention. Serta, tingkat kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dapat memberi kontribusi yang nyata dalam mengurangi Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya memahami perbedaan dan keterkaitan antara metodologi audit dan metodologi akuntansi dalam sistem pelaporan keuangan modern. Akuntansi berfungsi untuk menyusun dan menyajikan informasi keuangan yang relevan serta andal bagi pengambilan keputusan, sedangkan audit berperan dalam memberikan keyakinan atas kewajaran laporan keuangan melalui proses pemeriksaan yang objektif dan berbasis bukti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara deskriptif hubungan dan perbedaan antara kedua metodologi tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan telaah literatur yang bersumber dari berbagai jurnal nasional dan internasional, buku teks, serta dokumen akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metodologi akuntansi berfokus pada penerapan prinsip dan standar akuntansi berterima umum (PSAK dan IFRS), sedangkan metodologi audit menekankan pendekatan berbasis risiko dan materialitas untuk memastikan keandalan informasi keuangan. Kedua metodologi ini saling melengkapi dalam menciptakan sistem pelaporan yang transparan dan akuntabel. Sinergi antara metodologi audit dan akuntansi berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan, penguatan tata kelola perusahaan (good corporate governance), serta peningkatan kepercayaan publik terhadap informasi keuangan.

Abstract

The Orang Tua Tangguh Program was implemented to strengthen parental emotional resilience and positive parenting practices among members of the Kelompok Keluarga Sehat Berdaya (KKSB) in Garut Regency. Grounded in the Lazarus–Folkman Appraisal Theory and Systemic Functional Linguistic (SFL) Appraisal, the program combined psychoeducation, language-based parenting training, reflective journaling, and group counseling over a two-month period. A total of 25 parents, primarily mothers of children aged 4–6 years, participated actively with an average attendance rate of 82%. The program led to notable improvements in parental emotional regulation, confidence, and communication patterns, with participants reporting reduced emotional outbursts and increased use of empathetic, validating language toward children. These behavioral changes contributed to better child responsiveness, decreased daily conflicts, and emerging emotional expression skills among young children. At the community level, the initiative produced a practical module on positive parenting language and fostered local role models who now support neighboring families. The findings demonstrate that integrating linguistic appraisal with psychological coping frameworks is effective in enhancing family well-being, especially in communities with socio-economic vulnerabilities.

Abstract

Background This research analyzes the implementation of e-governance to accelerate digital transformation and build an adaptive training ecosystem at the Management and Leadership Training Center of the Supreme Court. Methods Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach through literature study and institutional observation, the findings are mapped using four analytical frameworks: Governance, Network, Institutional, and Multi-Level. Results The study reveals that integrating systems such as SIMDIKLAT, a Learning Management System (LMS), e-assessment, and e-administration has significant potential to create an intelligent, integrated, and accountable training ecosystem. The success of this transformation heavily relies on three main pillars: intensive digital collaboration across units, the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and seamless system interoperability. However, the implementation faces significant challenges, including uneven technological infrastructure, a digital literacy gap among staff and trainers, and complex issues related to data security and a not-yet fully adaptive work culture. Conclusions The implications of these findings are exploratory, necessitating further empirical validation and testing to measure the specific impact of each framework on training performance and effectiveness. Practically, this research recommends strategic actions, such as strengthening and equalizing technology infrastructure, aligning curricula with digital competency needs, utilizing learning analytics data for decision-making, and building strategic partnerships with various stakeholders. The originality of this study lies in its contribution of a multidimensional analytical framework specifically designed to orchestrate e-governance transformation within government training institutions—a topic still relatively rarely discussed in a holistic and integrated manner in the existing literature.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kompetensi pengasuhan positif pada orang tua anak usia dini di Desa Sukaratu, Kabupaten Garut, melalui pendekatan terpadu berbasis analisis appraisal linguistik dan psikologi. Intervensi mengombinasikan analisis appraisal dalam kerangka Linguistik Sistemik Fungsional (LSF) dengan strategi edukasi psikologis seperti manajemen stres, emotion labeling, serta praktik komunikasi konstruktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui asesmen pra–pasca, jurnal bahasa, observasi, dan diskusi kelompok dalam Kelompok Dukungan Sebaya (KKSB). Hasil menunjukkan penurunan signifikan pada skor stres subjektif orang tua (23%) dan peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengelola tekanan emosional melalui teknik breathing exercise, mindfulness grounding, dan model positive reappraisalLazarus–Folkman. Perubahan linguistik juga tampak nyata: afek negatif menurun 34%, penilaian konstruktif meningkat 41%, dan penggunaan graduasi ekstrem bernada negatif berkurang 29%. Orang tua menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam mengelola dinamika rumah tangga dan menunjukkan penurunan frekuensi ledakan emosi, didukung oleh meningkatnya praktik refleksi diri melalui jurnal harian. Meskipun anak tidak terlibat langsung, orang tua melaporkan peningkatan responsivitas anak terhadap arahan, berkurangnya konflik harian, dan meningkatnya kenyamanan komunikasi. Pada tingkat komunitas, KKSB berhasil menyusun “Modul Bahasa Pengasuhan Positif” serta melahirkan sejumlah ibu sebagai role model, sehingga mendorong rencana replikasi program ke dusun lainnya di Sukaratu. Secara keseluruhan, program ini menunjukkan efektivitas integrasi teori appraisal dan keterampilan psikologis dalam membangun ketahanan keluarga di komunitas pedesaan.
