Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digitalisasi dan kebijakan fiskal terhadap angka harapan hidup (AHH) di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Jawa Tengah selama periode 2021–2023. Tiga variabel utama yang digunakan yaitu pengguna aplikasi Mobile JKN, belanja pemerintah, dan akses internet. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM), yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil Uji Chow dan Uji Hausman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap AHH, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,2606. Secara parsial, akses internet berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap AHH, sedangkan belanja pemerintah berpengaruh negatif signifikan, dan pengguna aplikasi Mobile JKN tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perluasan infrastruktur digital dapat memperkuat akses layanan kesehatan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, sementara efektivitas belanja publik perlu ditingkatkan melalui pengelolaan yang lebih tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara transformasi digital, kebijakan fiskal yang efisien, serta peningkatan literasi kesehatan untuk mewujudkan pembangunan kesehatan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Every province in Indonesia has bamboo crops, either grown wildly or grown in plantations, because Indonesia is a large bamboo producing country. Anyaman bamboo is one of Indonesia’s traditional products and has great potential to be developed and exported. PT Putri Tropika Karya performs rebranding on bamboo basket products from the company Keranjang Bambu To Bambu. Rebranding includes the creation of new brands, product logos, taglines, packaging, and brochures. The aim of this program is to increase the productivity of the company, reach international markets, improve marketing, and brand awareness. The result of the implementation of the export product development program is to meet the demand from ASEAN countries, expand the range of available products by adding basket variants, extend the market coverage of export products to the ASEAN region, enhance the understanding for partners in basic financial records, allowing them to easily track business progress and set company guidelines, add partner insights to provide partners with valuable knowledge to leverage market opportunities, thereby encouraging sustainable product innovation and market expansion for partners. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies. The outer part of the program is the enhancement of relationships between partners, the provision of some ideas for innovation, the safety of production processes, branding, social media accounts, and the improvement of product packaging.

Abstract

Industri kuliner merupakan industri kreatif yang ada di Indonesia dan sudah memberi keterlibatan bagi perekonomian nasional. Keterlibatan industri kuliner ke dalam industri kreatif juga dapat berarti adanya nilai tambah pada produk yang ditimbulkan oleh kreativitas para pelaku industri kuliner. Halal Bakery Tsabita melakukan strategi agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahan bakery yang lainnya dengan menggunakan strategi pemasaran marketing mix 4p: Product antara lain macam produk dan bentuk, pengembangan produk, penantaan produk. Price antara lain aspek yang mempengaruhi penetapan harga, tujuan penetapan harga. Place antara lain Distribusi langsung dengan adanya outlet-outlet yang tersedia di kota Surakarta dan Semarang. Promotion antara lain Sales Marketing, bundling product,dan social media.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly rapid development of the culinary industry in Indonesia, as well as the emergence of product innovations such as Crunchy Martabite, a dry martabak variant that offers practicality, crunchy texture and a longer shelf life than traditional martabak. The aim of this research is to analyze the Crunchy Martabite product development strategy using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, so that it can help MSMEs in designing and improving their business models amidst intense culinary market competition. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. This approach involves direct participation of students and stakeholders in data collection and evaluation of business strategies. The research results show that nine BMC elements ranging from customer segments to cost structure play an important role in identifying business strengths and weaknesses, so that they can help optimize product development and marketing strategies. These findings support the use of BMC as an effective tool in developing innovation and competitiveness of culinary MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengkaji dampak Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Koefisien Gini, tingkat pengangguran, dan Upah Minimum Kabupaten (DMW) terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di kabupaten Provinsi Jawa Tengah selama jangka waktu 2021—2024. Metodologi yang digunakan terdiri dari regresi data panel menggunakan kerangka Fixed Effect Model (FEM), sebagaimana ditentukan oleh hasil Tes Chow dan Tes Hausman. Analisis ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Statistik Pusat, yang mencakup kumpulan data komprehensif dari 140 pengamatan. Temuan investigasi ini mengungkapkan bahwa IPM memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kemiskinan, sedangkan Koefisien Gini dan DMW menunjukkan dampak positif dan signifikan. Sebaliknya, tingkat pengangguran ditemukan tidak signifikan secara statistik. Secara kolektif, semua variabel terbukti mempengaruhi kemiskinan. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi perlunya peningkatan kualitas pembangunan manusia dan distribusi pendapatan yang adil sebagai mekanisme untuk mengurangi kemiskinan regional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the integration of digitalization, branding, and product innovation focused on safety and sustainability. A case study was conducted on HoldnGo, an MSME producing skin-friendly accessories made from hypoallergenic materials such as organic cotton thread and BPA-free resin. The research employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) method through the Wirausaha Merdeka (Independent Entrepreneurship) program, involving direct collaboration with internship partner Nata Ati by Ayunda. The findings indicate that the use of non-irritating materials offers a unique differentiation advantage aligned with current self-care and sustainability trends. Furthermore, the digital marketing strategy was enhanced through keyword analysis using the WordStream platform. For instance, the keyword “phone strap” reached a high monthly search volume of 27,100 with a competition index of 69 and relatively affordable top page bid costs. The integration of product innovation and data-driven SEO marketing proved effective in expanding market reach while strengthening brand identity. These results offer a strategic model that can be replicated by other MSMEs to remain competitive in the increasingly dynamic digital marketplace.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the efficiency of digital marketing in increasing sales in the home industry of Malessa Fashion and Craft in Surakarta City. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection through interviews, observations, and direct experiences during the Merdeka Entrepreneur Internship program. The research results show that the implementation of digital marketing strategies through WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook platforms significantly increases sales. Special features such as business profiles, automated messages, feeds, stories, and direct interactions with customers have proven effective in expanding market reach, increasing audience engagement, and building customer trust. However, increasing audience engagement on Instagram still faces challenges due to the platform's algorithm and the quality of the uploaded content. Overall, digital marketing has become an effective solution for home-based industries to face increasingly tight and dynamic market competition.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of digitalization in the form of internet usage, computer usage, and E-commerce on agricultural production, specifically rice production in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data from 34 provinces in Indonesia for the period 2020 to 2023. This study uses the panel data linear regression analysis method with the E-views 12 application to process the data. The dependent variable used is the amount of rice production, while the independent variables include the number of internet users, the number of computer users, and e-commerce in the agricultural sector. The research results show that internet usage and computer usage significantly affect rice production in Indonesia. Meanwhile, e-commerce in the agricultural sector does not significantly affect rice production in Indonesia. The government needs to continue supporting the development of digitalization as one of the efforts to encourage the growth of rice production in Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes the impact of macroeconomic indicators and global oil prices on Indonesia's crude oil exports to South Korea, one of its strategic trading partners in the East Asia region.Method: A quantitative approach was employed using annual time series data comprising 24 observations from 2000 to 2023. Secondary data were obtained from official sources such as Statistics Indonesia (BPS), the World Bank, and Index Mundi. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method.Results: The analysis indicates that South Korea’s inflation and GDP per capita growth positively affect Indonesia’s crude oil exports to the country. Conversely, the exchange rate and global oil prices negatively impact these exports.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: These findings provide relevant policy insights for the Indonesian government in responding to global economic dynamics, including strategies for exchange rate stabilization, export market diversification, and strengthening economic diplomacy.Originality/Value: This study makes an original contribution by specifically examining the bilateral relationship of Indonesia’s crude oil exports to South Korea based on the dynamics of external variables. Its focus on a specific region and extended time coverage renders it a unique study that delivers tangible contributions rarely found in Indonesia’s international trade literature.
