Abstract

Pengembangan Koperasi Adat Berbasis Syariah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pedagang lokal di Pasar Mama Mama Papua, Kota Jayapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa koperasi adat berbasis syariah memberikan dampak positif bagi kesejahteraan pedagang melalui prinsip-prinsip syariah seperti keadilan, kesetaraan, dan keberlanjutan ekonomi. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi dukungan pemerintah, komitmen komunitas lokal, dan integrasi nilai adat dengan syariah. Implikasi pengembangan koperasi ini meliputi peningkatan pendapatan, efisiensi perdagangan, dan solidaritas sosial. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan kebijakan ekonomi kerakyatan dan pembinaan berkelanjutan sebagai langkah strategis untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa koperasi berbasis syariah adalah model efektif untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai adat dan syariah.

Abstract

This research is entitled Leadership K.H Abdul Aziz Choiri in improving the quality of understanding religion and morals in students at the Al-Ma’ruf 1 islamic boarding school Kranggan Lamongan. Al-Ma’ruf 1  islamic boarding school is the goal of the researcher because the islamic boarding school has its own characteristics, namely freeing all its students to choose formal education according to their wishes around the islmic boarding school so that apart from gaining religious knowledge they can also gain world knowledge through these formal institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership strategy and model of K.H Abdul Aziz Choiri in improving the quality of religious an moral understanding of students at the Al-Ma’ruf 1 Kranggan Lamongan. This research is a type of qualitative research an a phenomenological approach. From the results of this study. K.H Abdul Aziz Choiri has several models in his leadership, namely charismatic, adaptive, participatory, and entrepreneurial. The second is the strategy carried out by K.H Abdul Aziz Choiri in improving the quality of understanding religion and morals ini students, the strategy used by K.H Abdul Aziz Choiri is to set an example, teach, habituate, give gifts, and give threats or punishment.

Abstract

kebijakan merdeka belajar kampus merdeka pertama kali diterapkan di Indonesia mengalami pasang surut penerimaan terutama di perguruan tinggi, akan tetapi seiring berjalannya mbkm, mbkm terdapat suatu inovasi belajar sehingga mampu menghasilkan mahasiswa yang kreatif, inovatif, dengan pengembangan potensi diri yang maksimal sesuai dengan skil dan bakat yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kebijakan mbkm di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan library reseach dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pertama kebijakan sendiri sudah tepat sasaran yang diperuntukkan untuk perguruan tinggi,  Kedua tepat pelaksananya. Ketiga tepat target. Keempat Tepat lingkungan. Kelima tempat proses pelaksanaan mbkm.

Abstract

Beriringan dengan kebijakan merdeka belajar, Kemendikbudristek mencanangkan platform WKMB, strategi pengembangan kompetensi pegawai di lingkungan Kemendikbudristek dengan pengintegrasian seluruh sumber daya dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui pengembangan pengetahuan, kecakapan, dan sikap setiap individu dalam ekosistem "Merdeka Belajar" untuk mewujudkan SDM unggul yang memiliki kapabilitas tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan corporate university model WKMB di lingkungan Kemendikbudristek, yang mencakup bagaimana paradigma model corporate university pada WKMB, dan Bagaimana implementasinya. Abstract

This research discusses Generation Z's (Gen-Z's) views on religious tolerance and the application of Islamic law in Indonesia. Also, it explores their perceptions of interreligious social relations in Indonesia, especially in Eat Java Lamongan and Surabaya, opinions about non-Muslim leaders, the Islamic State of the Caliphate, and opinions about the implementation of Islamic law in Indonesia, such as hand cutting and the death penalty. The research method is interesting because it combines quantitative and qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach to understand the complexity of Gen-Z's understanding of this issue. The study began with a quantitative survey to obtain an overview of Gen-Z's tolerant attitudes in Lamongan and Surabaya. After a quantitative survey, in-depth interviews were conducted. The research results show that Gen-Z has a positive attitude towards diversity and tolerance. However, there are still some respondents who doubt or disagree, especially regarding the acceptance of non-Muslim leaders and the application of Islamic law. This research concludes the importance of inclusive education in building tolerance and supporting harmonious social relations in a multicultural society. The majority of Gen-Z are open-minded and make friends with non-Muslims because they are accustomed to interacting with friends of different religions. There is a balanced comparison between Gen-Z, who reject the implementation of Islamic law and all its instruments because they consider this a pluralistic country, and it is impossible to impose regulations or laws on one religion. Meanwhile, Gen-Z accepted it because they felt disappointed with many crimes, so they thought one solution was to apply Islamic law.

Abstract

The reconstruction of Islamic pedagogic concepts and the integration of humanistic values in contemporary Islamic education is a strategic response to global challenges such as spiritual crises, social pressures, and moral decadence. This research aims to explore how Islamic pedagogic concepts can be reconstructed with an approach to the humanistic values of Islamic education in the contemporary era? And what are the forms of integration of humanistic values in learning practices in Islamic educational institutions? The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) This approach is also in accordance with the guidelines of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and MetaAnalyses (PRISMA). The results of the study show that pedagogic approaches based on humanistic values, such as empathy, self-awareness, spirituality, and active participation, are able to present a learning space that is not only cognitive, but also touches the affective and moral dimensions of students. Thus, humanistic Islamic education is not only a bridge between tradition and modernity, but also a cultural and spiritual force in building a generation that is intelligent, moral, and ready to face the dynamics of the world wisely

Abstract

The values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah An-Nahdliyyah are very in line with Indonesian Islam, because the values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah An-Nahdliyyah are considered to provide mashlahah for the formation of character and morals of the Indonesian nation, thereby increasing the Indonesian Islamic community who adheres to the teachings of the Qur'an. and Hadith and have values that are suitable to be taught and instilled in students in order to form character and morality.Through religious education in schools, the values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah AnNahdliyyah which teach a diverse mindset and avoid extremism (at-tawassut), intelligence, honesty, and justice (al-I'tidal), tolerance (at-tasamuh), and a balanced approach in khidmah (at-tawazun) and preventing evil deeds and encouraging good deeds (amar ma'ruf nahi munkar), given by going through three stages namely; Value Transformation (knowing stage), Value Transaction (doing stage), and Value transinternalization (being stage).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the innovation in the microteaching program design implemented by the Faculty of Tarbiyah at UNIDA Gontor through the Teacher Training Development Program (TTDP). Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the program’s success is supported by the systematic integration of theory and practice. Innovations include theoretical guidance on basic teaching concepts, workshops and mentoring by expert lecturers in lesson plan development, selection of model teachers, teaching practice using relevant curriculum materials in pesantren, schools, and madrasahs, and an emphasis on active learning models.

Abstract

This research is an academic effort that examines the phenomenon of intolerance and religious radicalization among high school students and college students in the cities of Lamongan and Surabaya; this study offers an actual theoretical discussion of the complex factors that shape young people's views on religious attitudes, This study aims to understand religious intolerance and radicalization among high school students and university students in Lamongan and Surabaya;  Methode of this research are quantitative and qualitative methods to understand this problem's complexity. The study begins with a quantitative survey to obtain a general picture of intolerant attitudes in both public and private schools and universities in Lamongan and Surabaya. After the quantitative survey, in-depth interviews will be conducted with high school and university students. Lamongan and Surabaya were chosen based on their well-known Islamic base and substantial variety of associations. This research shows that the experience of interacting with followers of different religions has an extraordinary impact on a culture of openness and inclusive attitudes. Some open-minded young people who befriend non-Muslims do so not because they have been introduced to inclusive teachings or views but because their daily experiences have accustomed them to interacting with friends of different faiths.

Abstract

This study examines “The Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Instilling Islamic Character Values in Students at SMA Islam Duduksampeyan Gresik.” It employs a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of Islamic religious education teachers in instilling Islamic character values in students at SMA Islam Duduksampeyan Gresik and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the role of these teachers in instilling Islamic character values in students. The results of this study indicate that the role of Islamic religious education teachers consists of three aspects: the role of the teacher as an instructor, which involves teaching material to students; the role of the teacher as an educator, which involves nurturing the morals, behavior, and character of students; and the role of the teacher as a trainer, which involves instilling discipline and religious habits in students. Additionally, the supporting factors include school regulations, routine religious activities, and adequate facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factors include the influence of social media, peer environment, and lack of self-awareness.
