Abstract

ABSTRAKPembelajaran praktik kolaboratif berbasis Lesson study di SMA untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang memperhatikan hak belajar setiap peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendekrispsikan kegiatan lesson study dengan praktik kolaboratif di SMAN I Sumberpucung kabupaten  Malang. Penelitian ini untuk memecahkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran yang berbasis Lesson study produk biologi berupa media pembelajaran dengan praktik kolaboratif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif.Responden yang digunakan guru dan siswa SMAN I Sumberpucung. Langkah yang dilakukan, yaitu: workshop LS,perencanaan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis LS dilakukan 4 siklus, pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis LS dilakukan 4 siklus, refleksi pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis LS dilakukan 4 siklus, respon siswa tentang kolaboratif, komunikatif, kreatif dan berpikir kritis setelah pembelajaran berbasis LS dengan praktik kolaboratif.  Hasil dari praktik kolaboratif berbasis Lesson study materi Reproduksi di SMAN I Sumberpucung 100% terbentuk Chapterdesign I, II, III,dan IV;Lesson design I, II, III dan IV, Ada perbedaan lesson design antara siklus I dengan siklus II, III dan IV. Pada siklus I metode yang digunakan problem base learning, siklus II, III, dan IV menggunakan metode project base learning. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran siswa berkolaborasi, berkreasi, berkomunikasi dan berpikir kritis dalam pembuatan media.Data respon siswa praktik kolaboratif tentang materi reproduksi 99% siswa sangat suka dengan pembelajaran  berbasis LS. Kata Kunci: Kolaboratif, Reproduksi, Lesson study ABSTRACTLesson study collaborative lessons learned in high school to improve the quality of learning that takes into account the learning rights of each learner. The purpose of research to decrypt the lesson study activities with collaborative practices in SMAN I Sumberpucung Malang. This research is to solve the problems related to learning based on Lesson study of biological products in the form of learning media with collaborative practice. The research method used is descriptive. Respondents used by teachers and students of SMAN I Sumberpucung. The steps taken were: LS workshop, LS-based learning tool planning 4 cycles, LS-based learning implementation 4 cycles, reflection of LS-based learning implementation 4 cycles, student responses about collaborative, communicative, creative and critical thinking after LS-based learning with collaborative practice. The results of collaborative practice based on Lesson study of Reproduction materials at SMAN I Sumberpucung 100% formed Chapter design I, II, III, and IV; Lesson design I, II, III and IV, There is a difference of lesson design between cycle I with cycle II, III and IV. In the first cycle method used problem base learning, cycle II, III, and IV using the method of project base learning. In the implementation of student learning collaborate, be creative, communicate and think critically in making media. Abstract

Abstract: This research purpose are producing interactive multimedia product with validity level as media criteria expected in “My Family” theme in family subject for grade 1 Elementary School. The research uses Research and Development from Borg and Gall with three phases: (a) Introduction Study by doing need assessment and literature study, (b) early product development, expert validation, limited test, and (c) Testing by doing experiment research from hypothetic product to grade 2 Elementary School samples with real class condition in learning.  Research shows that multimedia developed can be categorized as worth acccording to expert validation, according to material expert with total percentage 95% with very good qualification. Media expert with total percentage 88% with very good qualification, limited test result with total percentage 100% very good qualification. This fun interactive multimedia has been tested its validity and effectiveness in class learning. It can be described from pretest 67 and post test 87. From t test by using paired samples t-test procedure found significant t <0.01 or 1%. According to research result, it can be concluded that fun interactive media development for thematic learning in Elementary School is worth and very useful also can be applied in thematic learning at grade I of elementary school. According to research result, it is suggested that all grade I Elementary School uses learning media, especially fun interactive media. So it will enliven the class atmosphere which will create more concrete material delivery and students’ motivation can be increased rapidly, also raising students’ creativity. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk multimedia interaktif yang memiliki tingkat kevalidan sebagai kriteria media yang diharapkan pada tema keluargaku pokok bahasan tentang keluarga untuk siswa kelas I SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Pengembangan (Research and Development) dari Borg and Gall dengan tiga tahap, (a) Studi pendahuluan dengan melakukan need assement dan studi pustaka, (b) Pengembangan produk awal,` validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas, dan (c) Pengujian dengan melakukan penelitian eksperimen dari produk hipotetik pada sampel 2 SD dengan kondisi kelas yang sebenarnya dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia yang dikembangkan dikategorikan layak berdasarkan validasi ahli menurut ahli materi dengan persentase total 95% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, ahli media dengan persentase total 88% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, hasil uji coba terbatas dengan persentase total 100% kualifikasi sangat baik. Multimedia interaktif ceria ini telah teruji kevalidan dan keefektifannya pada pembelajaran di kelas, tergambar dari nilai pretest 67 dan dari posttest 87. Dari uji t dengan menggunakan prosedur paired samples t-test diperoleh nilai t signifikan <0.01 atau 1%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan multimedia interaktif ceria (MIC) pembelajaran tematik di Sekolah Dasar sangat layak dan memiliki daya guna tinggi serta dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran tematik di kelas I SD. Disarankan seharusnya semua kelas I SD menggunakan media pembelajaran, yaitu multimedia interaktif ceria. Sehingga menghidupkan suasana kelas yang akan menciptakan penyampaikan materi lebih konkrit dan motivasi belajar siswa dapat meningkat serta dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Kata Kunci: pengembangan, MIC, tematik

Abstract

Fostering teacher’s creativity can be facilitated by conducting Lesson Study (LS) which implementing Project-Based Learning (PjBL) using designing learning resources. This descriptive qualitative research was using a model teacher who did three open classes on ‘human reproduction system’ material and targeting the twelfth grade of senior high school students in Sumberpucung Malang as the research subject. The observers comprised three teachers and three lecturers. As for reflection in every open class, four students involved as the informants. The implementation of the model was considered very effective to improve the students’ learning activities, due to several reasons, namely: (a) almost all of the students were actively get involved in the learning process; (b) there was an improvement in the number of active students; (c) the instruction was positive to uplift the quality of classroom management; (d) the students were stimulated in formulating questions and giving opinions; (e) joyful learning was created; (f) most of the students had gained prior knowledge and comprehension of the given problems and concepts before they were presenting it.

Antifertility men who have used the form of injections, namely testosterone, it is necessary antifertility of medicinal plants revealed that beluntas (Pluchea indica). Beluntas antifertility can be used as a drug in mice (stage pre-clinical trials) (Susetyarini, 2011). This study is a continuation of the tannins that can lower sperm fertilization potential of rat (Susetyarini, 2010). Assessment of leaf tannin in influencing consentration of beluntas spermatozoa has not been done, it is necessary to study leaf tannins beluntas against consentration of spermatozoa. Consentration of  spermatozoa role in the fertilization process. This study aims to prove the leaf tannin beluntas against spermatozoa consentration white male rats. The research used the experimental treatment control group (without giving tannin), giving tannin treatment groups with as many as 0.8 ml to a white male adult rats were repeated 3 times. Giving time for 60 days. Observations at the time treatment was stopped (0 days); discharged after treatment, rats were left for 7 days, 14 days, and 21 days. Each observation time and was taken off the white rat epididymis and giving spermatozoa. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Duncan?s test further. Results of data analysis showed that p <0.05 means giving tannin beluntas shown to decrease sperm concentration. Antifertilitas pria yang telah menggunakan bentuk suntikan, yaitu testosteron, maka hal ini memerlukan antifertility tanaman obat yang terungkap dari beluntas (Pluchea indica). Beluntas antifertilitas dapat digunakan sebagai obat pada tikus (tahap uji coba pra-klinis) (Susetyarini, 2011). Penelitian ini merupakan kelanjutan dari tanin yang dapat menurunkan potensi pembuahan sperma tikus (Susetyarini, 2010). Penilaian tannin daun dalam mempengaruhi konsentrasi spermatozoa beluntas belum dilakukan, maka perlu untuk mempelajari tanin daun beluntas terhadap konsentrasi spermatozoa. Peran konsentrasi spermatozoa dalam proses pembuahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan daun beluntas tannin terhadap spermatozoa konsentrasi tikus putih jantan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kelompok kontrol perlakuan eksperimental (tanpa memberikan tannin), memberikan kelompok perlakuan tannin dengan sebanyak 0,8 ml ke tikus jantan dewasa putih diulang 3 kali. Memberikan waktu selama 60 hari. Pengamatan pada waktu pengobatan dihentikan (0 hari); habis setelah pengobatan, tikus yang tersisa selama 7 hari, 14 hari, dan 21 hari. Setiap kali observasi dan diambil dari epididimis tikus putih dan memberikan spermatozoa. Data dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan tes ANOVA dan Duncan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa p <0,05 tannin pada beluntas terbukti menurunkan konsentrasi sperma. Konsentrasi tertinggi spermatozoa ketika tikus putih jantan yang tersisa selama 14 hari setelah pengobatan dihentikan Konsentrasi terendah ketika tikus putih jantan yang tersisa selama 7 hari setelah pengobatan dihentikan.Kata kunci: daun beluntas Tanin, konsentrasi spermatozoa, tikus putih

Abstract

Tanaman obat sebagai antifertilitas belum banyak digunakan, maka perlu alternatif  obat antifertilitas  terutama pada pria, yaitu beluntas (Pluchea indica). Beluntas dapat digunakan sebagai obat antifertilitas dalam taraf uji pre-klinik (Susetyarini, 2011). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lanjutan tentang tanin yang dapat menurunkan potensi fertilisasi spermatozoa tikus (Susetyarini, 2010). Pengkajian tannin daun beluntas dalam mempengaruhi spermatogenesis belum pernah dilakukan, maka perlu dikaji tahapan spermatogenesis  terutama spermiogenesis. Spermiogenesis merupakan proses pembentukan spermatid menjadi spermatozoa. Spermatozoa berperanan dalam proses fertilisasi.  Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tannin daun beluntas terhadap jumlah  sel spermiogenesis  tikus putih jantan dengan berbagai waktu pengamatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan eksperimen dengan perlakuan kelompok kontrol (tanpa pemberian tannin), kelompok perlakuan pemberian tannin sebanyak 0,8 ml dengan ke tikus putih jantan dewasa yang diulang 3 kali. Waktu pengamatan 49+3 hari, 49+16 hari, 49+26 hari, 49+36 hari dan 49+49 hari. Tikus putih setiap waktu pengamatan dimatikan dan diambil organ testis serta dibuat preparat histology dengan metode Humason Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan anava dan uji lanjut Duncan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa  p&lt;0,05 berarti ada pengaruh pemberian tannin beluntas dengan berbagai waktu pengamatan terhadap jumlah spermatid dan spermatozoa tikus putih jantan. Jumlah spermatid dan spermatozoa  terbanyak pada saat waktu pengamatan 49+3 hari dan jumlah spermatid dan spermatozoa terendah pada saat waktu pengamatan 49+49 hari. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar pada matakuliah Embriologi dan Reproduksi Hewan.  Kata Kunci : spermiogenesis, tanin daun beluntas, sumber belajar

Abstract

Biochemistry is a study which consists of many difficult concepts. Research that examines biochemistry learning needs to be continuously carried out so that the quality of learning can be evaluated and improved. Hence, this content analysis addressed to analyze the research methodologies of the articles published in various Indonesian biology education journals. The focus of the articles studied was biochemistry learning in Indonesia. To go further, the articles must be published between 2000 and 2020. The findings of this study informed that during the last two decades, the research publications which examined biochemistry learning have rarely been carried out. From those publications, quantitative research was the research type used the most. In addition, postgraduate student was the most frequently chosen as the research subject. Furthermore, questionnaire sheet was the highest preference of data collection instrument used. Meanwhile, the highest frequency of data analysis methods used were percentage and N-gain calculation. The low number of publications and the lack of research methodology diversity need to be more seriously considered by increasing the number of studies examining biochemistry learning in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the antibacterial activity of various concentrations of beluntas leaf extract by examining the inhibition zone’s diameter of Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175 bacteria. This type of research is experimental. The research was conducted at the Chemical Engineering Laboratory of State Polytechnic of Malang and the Biology Laboratory of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The study was conducted from October to December 2020. The research design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 7 treatments and 3 replications. The standard of turbidity of bacterial isolates used Mcferland 108. Research design was Posttest-Only Control Design. Data analysis used one-way ANOVA and Duncan's continued test of 5%. The results showed that there was an effect of giving various concentrations of beluntas leaf extract on the inhibition zone of Streptococcus mutans bacteria. The results of Duncan's analysis showed that the concentration of 25% had the most significant effect compared to other treatments and was significantly different from other treatments but rather far from the positive control treatment result. The findings of this study is the content of active compounds in beluntas leaves have an effect as antibacterial towards Streptococcus mutans, also, at a concentration of 5% with minimum inhibitory concentration (khm).

Abstract

Abstract- Genus Hibiscus is one of genuses in Family of Malvaceae which is spread out through seed, and its generative reproductive organ is flower. One part in flower are female gametophyte (pistil) and male gametophyte (stamen) which produce pollen. Plants that different species in same genus typically has different pollen. Variation in pollen morphology can be used as one of the value in taxonomy. This aims of research are investigating the variation of pollen’s layer morphology of some Hibiscus species.  The method of current study is descriptive. Pollen which were investigated were from three species and one cultivare of Hibiscus, such as Hibiscus rosa-sinensis Mary Forbes, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. pink, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. yellow, Hibiscus tiliaceus L., dan Hibiscus schizopetalus Hook. f. The method which was used to observe pollen by SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) with magnification 200x, 400x, and 1000x. Pollen has several characteristics which can be observed, such as aperture, pollen shape, pollen size, and type of exine ornamental. The analysis of data used descriptive qualitative.The result of this research showed that pollen some species of Hibiscus showed some variation pollen characteristics. P/E index of pollen 0.93 to 1.00, with the result the type of pollen shape are oblat spheroidal. Pollen grain size between 100 µm to 175 µm, but it have same type are permagna. The type of exine ornamental were echini, with different type, the lengthiest of echini is 20.6 µm in Hibiscus tiliaceus L., the withiest distance 40 µm of echini is Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. yellow. Keywords: Genus Hibiscus, pollen, SEM

Abstract

Long drought and uncontrolled human activities resulted in R. Soerjo Prigen Pasuruan Grand Forest Park experiencing fire. Adverse impacts on vegetation can result in vegetation death. Damage caused by fire to vegetation can lead to succession which can be seen from the composition and structure of forest vegetation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of environmental parameters, structure and composition of plant vegetation in Tahura R. Soerjo, which were used as a learning resource for biology. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The method used is a combination of paths and checkered lines. The data analysis technique used is the Importance Value Index (INP), the dominance index, the diversity index, the wealth index, and the evenness index. The results showed that the identification of plant vegetation diversity was found as many as 33 species from 17 families that came from 3 divisions. The highest INP was found at the seedling level. The value of the dominance index is less than 1. The results show that the value of the density index is low, because it has a value of <3.5.
