K-POP culture is not native to Indonesia but comes from Korea. This study aims to determine the impact of K-Pop culture on the behavior of school children from the teacher's point of view. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, respondents were selected by using a purposive technique, namely setting a sample with various considerations. This study chose teachers as respondents. The results showed the spread of K-pop culture through social media such as Facebook and Instagram and the world of digitalization such as Tik-Tok. Friends also influence the spread of K-pop because other friends will follow the behavior of their friends. Then, K-pop culture has the potential to erode local culture such as angklung and jaipongan in Sundanese society because generations of school children can prefer K-pop culture. This condition is influenced by the role of parents. When parents are literate in Sundanese local culture and make that culture into life behavior, the children at home will follow the example. Likewise in schools, when schools instill local culture, school children will participate in that culture. Simultaneously, the community environment supports local culture, so there will be filtration of culture from abroad. But it is not wrong to learn about other cultures. K-pop also generates economic value because salons as a place to change hairstyles will sell well, and Korean-style fashion will also sell and grow Korean food and beverage cuisine

Tiktok has become a part of life in today's digital era. This study aims to find out the negative and positive effects of TikTok on school children. This study uses a qualitative method. The sampling technique was carried out purposively, namely school teachers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. The sample was selected through a purposive technique. The results were carefully examined through triangulation and source triangulation techniques. The results show that Tiktok is a digital literacy method for students so they can keep up with the times. Tiktok is also a fairly good learning medium for students when the content of TikTok includes religious lectures, religious values, and moral values that exist in religion. Even TikTok is useful as an interesting learning medium for students during a pandemic when teachers use TikTok as material for distributing material. The features of TikTok make the material interesting for children because of the many color combinations, music, and not boring. Plus there are economic values because TikTok is also a trading medium for many people. This is a trigger for entrepreneurship education for students. However, TikTok also has a bad impact on children because school children can spend time playing TikTok, spending cellphone credit, being lazy, and following the TikTok style that is not following religious teachings. The attitude of children who are still imitating can imitate what is seen on TikTok. For this reason, parents play a role in supervising children by looking at the history of what children open on their cellphones and giving understanding to which children are worthy to be seen and which are not

Conflicts when acquiring land for public purposes cannot be avoided. Land acquisition for public purposes is part of development carried out by the state through land acquisition. Conflicts such as land owners not accepting compensation provided by the state include problems during land acquisition. The aim of this research is to find the causes of conflict between land owners and the government when procuring land for public purposes. The second objective is to find a form of compensation that is carried out from the perspective of law and international safeguards. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out by collecting various scientific articles, laws and international safeguard documents. After that, make comparisons and draw various conclusions. The findings are that there is conflict between the government and land owners because compensation does not match the land owner's perspective. The solution taken is through deliberation to reach a consensus so that the land owner is willing to relinquish their rights to the land. Another result is that the compensation given from a legal perspective is very fair because it takes into account various aspects including the economic value of the land. Meanwhile, SafeGuar International views it as more comprehensive because it is not just compensation based on economic value but there is empowerment for the affected communities, including gender empowerment and replacement of livelihood sources. Keywords: Land Acquisition; Public Interest; International Safeguards; Compensation; Conflict.

This study aims to determine the activities in learning to foster friendly behavior towards nature for children at the kindergarten level. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. In-depth interviews were used to collect data. The sample was selected through a purposive technique. The results are probed through triangulation techniques and triangulation sources. The research results show that a school that combines nature and school, even though it is not natural, plays a crucial role in fostering environmentally friendly behavior in children. The comprehensive environment provided by the school significantly influences children's behavior, as it meets their needs and encourages them to care for nature. However, it's important to note that there are children who like closed spaces. In addition, educational tours are a way to educate children and get to know the world of animals and plants firsthand. These stimuli can make children behave in caring for nature. Then, children given a garden visit learning method can let the child know the natural environment around them, starting from how to produce crops, harvest, and process crops—coupled with science learning where the events in the environment are used as an experiment in class. The impact is to make children know the causes and effects of events; it stimulates children to think creatively, analyze events, and become critical because they immediately see events. Friendly classrooms also include support for making children behave in a nature-friendly manner, and learning how to process waste from an early age makes it a habit not to produce much waste.

Lead is a highly toxic metal that occurs naturally in the environment, but its extensive use by humans has significantly increased exposure levels and the associated risks to human health. This study aims to assess lead concentration in soil contaminated by used lead acid batteries (ULABs) and to evaluate community knowledge regarding lead and its health impacts in the Cinangka and Cinangneng Villages. This research is descriptive in nature. The lead concentration data was obtained from the RPFLH records of Bogor Regency in 2023, with 125 measurement points in Cinangka Village and 13 points in Cinangneng Village. For the community knowledge aspect, a questionnaire was administered to 76 respondents using an accidental sampling method. The findings reveal that the highest lead concentrations in both Cinangka and Cinangneng Villages have surpassed the TK-A limit, with total concentrations of 7,093.80 mg/kg in Cinangka Village and 7,307.35 mg/kg in Cinangneng Village, classifying the land as B3 waste category 1. Furthermore, while general public knowledge about the impacts and classifications of used battery waste is relatively high, awareness regarding the locations of contamination, methods for avoiding exposure, and the direct pollution in their environment remains low.
