Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of employee engagement, transfers, compensation and motivation on employee performance. Apart from that, you can see the review from an Islamic perspective. The population of this study were employees of the Jakarta Cakung Primary Tax Service Office with a sample size of 89 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method, with a saturated sampling technique through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The model in this research provides a strong influence with a strong level of relevance in predicting the influence between variables with a large level of suitability. employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, mutations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Managerial Implications Organizations should prioritize enhancing employee engagement through effective communication and involvement in decision-making processes to boost performance. Additionally, strategic employee mutations or transfers can be leveraged to match skills with job roles more effectively. Fair and competitive compensation packages are essential to motivate employees and enhance their commitment.

Abstract

Mie GC, as one of the popular instant noodle brands in Indonesia, faces the challenge of understanding how these two factors contribute to purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. One of the main players in this market is Mie GC which has succeeded in attracting consumer interest with various flavor variants and product innovations. Product quality covers various aspects, including taste, texture, packaging, and nutritional value. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and price variables on consumer satisfaction at "Mie GC" Jember. In this research, we examine the influence of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction with Mie GC using quantitative techniques and survey methods. The population of this research is all buyers who have purchased Mie GC Jember. The sample was determined using the concept of a minimum sample size of n≥30, so a sample of 35 was determined using the purposive sampling method, namely for buyers who had purchased only once. To find out the respondent's description, descriptive analysis was used. Validity tests and reliability tests are used to test research questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The research results show that product quality influences customer satisfaction at Mie GC Jember. Price also makes a positive contribution to Mie GC Jember customer satisfaction. This research has implications for the concept of customer satisfaction which can increase due to product quality and price.

Abstract

Kabupaten Banyuwangi berbatasan langsung dengan Selat Bali. Hal ini menjadikan Kabupaten Banyuwangi banyak memiliki daya tarik wisata pantai. Kecamatan Kalipuro sebagai salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki daya tarik wisata pantai salah satunya Pantai Grand Watu Dodol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman sehingga menghasilkan strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata pantai di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa metode, diantaranya adalah metode penilaian langsung dilapangan dan melakukan analisis SWOT. Elemen yang menjadi dasar analisis SWOT secara garis besar antara lain berupa (1) Kekuatan yang berasal dari aspek keindahan dari daya tarik wisata pantai, (2) Peluang berasal dari minat wisatawan terhadap daya tarik wisata pantai dan adanya dukungan masyarakat guna mengembangkan daya tarik wisata, (3) Kelemahan berupa kurangnya kesadaran remaja untuk ikut mengembangkan daya tarik wisata (4) Ancaman berupa turunnya daya dukung lingkungan dan faktor kebencanaan. Secara garis besar strategi untuk mengembangkan daya tarik wisata pantai di daerah penelitian lain (1) melakukan promosi (2) pembangunan sarana dan prasarana, (3) melakukan kerjasama (4) membangun wahana bermain, (5) menampilkan atraksi dan kuliner lokal, (6) mitigasi bencana dan (7) memelihara dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Strategi pengembangan yang telah disusun diharapkan mampu menjadi acuan guna mengembangkan potensi daya tarik wisata pantai Grand Watu Dodol.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how motivation, pay, transfers, and employee engagement affect worker performance. The study's population consisted of employees from the Jakarta Cakung Primary Tax Service Office, with a sample size of 89 respondents. A non-probability sampling method was employed, specifically utilizing saturated sampling through the dissemination of surveys. Significant appropriateness is demonstrated by the study model's substantial effect and high degree of relevance in result prediction. The Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach was used to analyze the data. The results show that employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by employee engagement. Furthermore, motivation, pay, and transfers all have favorable and noteworthy influence on performance. According to the research's management implications, managers need to create a welcoming workplace that encourages employee involvement, including offering career development opportunities. Moreover, it is essential for managers to provide necessary support through additional training and adequate orientation, while also encouraging employees to actively participate in training programs and enhancing their skill sets.

Abstract

Munculnya ide pembuatan kerupuk ampas tebu karena wilayah Kota Lumajang khususnya Desa grobogan yang memiliki perkebunan tebu yang cukup luas. Menurut badan pusat statistik kota lumajang (2019-2020) lebih dari 13 ribu hektar dan dapat memproduksi hingga 1 juta ton per tahun. Kegiatan pemberdayaan ampas tebu yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN-T Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember kelompok 22 ini merupakan sebuah upaya untuk menciptakan ide usaha baru bagi masyarakat Desa grobogan sekaligus mengurangi limbah dari hasil pengolahan tebu di Kota Lumajang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan bersama ibu-ibu PKK Desa Grobogan dengan menggunakan model pelaksanaan penyuluhan dan metode presentasi. Tahapan kegiatan ini adalah (1) mencari informasi terkait potensi yang ada di Kota Lumajang di Sektor perkebunan dan manfaat ampas tebu (2) mahasiswa KKN-T melakukan percobaan pembuatan kerupuk ampas te bu selama kurang lebih selama 7 hari, (3) pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan bersama ibu-ibu PKK Desa Grobogan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah ide bisnis baru yaitu kerupuk yang terbuat dari olahan ampas tebu sebagai sebuah upaya dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peningkatan ekonomi serta cara baru dalam rangka mengurangi limbah ampas tebu yang berasal dari pabrik atau penjual keliling yang menumpuk di Kota Lumajang.

Abstract

Objectives - This study aims to understand the impact of entrepreneurship education, family values, and availability of initial capital on entrepreneurial interest among Generation Z students. The focus of this study is to encourage increased involvement of the younger generation in entrepreneurship as a strategy to overcome unemployment and strengthen the nation's economic competitiveness. Novelty - The novelty of this study lies in the integration of three main variables entrepreneurship education, family culture, and initial capital which are analyzed simultaneously in the context of high school students in rural areas, specifically in SMA Negeri 1 Kencong, Jember Regency. Methods - This study used a quantitative approach with data collection through distributing questionnaires to students. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to test the relationship between variables. Findings - The results showed that there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurship education, family culture, and initial capital with student interest in entrepreneurship. Education and family environment play an important role in shaping students' attitudes and self-confidence, while initial capital provides real support in the process of starting a business. Limitations and Implications - This study is limited to one school in Jember, so the results cannot be generalized to a wider population. However, the findings can serve as a reference for educational institutions and policy makers in designing a comprehensive entrepreneurship program, involving family aspects and access to venture capital.

Abstract

This study explores how students at UIN Sunan Kudus interpret and practice the message of Surah Al-A‘raf verse 31 through the adoption of a minimalist lifestyle. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach within the Living Qur’an framework, the research investigates how this verse functions not as a distant command, but as a daily reference for living with purpose, moderation, and awareness. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation involving 15 students who had adopted minimalist habits for at least six months. The findings show that the call to avoid isrāf (excess) is understood by students as a principle that shapes their choices in spending, organizing priorities, and managing time. Minimalism, in their view, reflects Islamic values such as moderation (wasatiyyah), contentment (qanā‘ah), and gratitude. It also supports clarity of mind, self-restraint, and a more focused approach to both academic and spiritual life. Several students described how this practice helped them respond to social pressures and consumerist habits within their peer and family environments. Rather than being seen as a trend or ideal, minimalism became part of how they carried their faith into daily routines. Surah Al-A‘raf verse 31, as they lived it, offered practical guidance in navigating choices—grounded not in theory, but in the rhythm of ordinary life.

Abstract

Abstrak Program pelatihan "Klinik Literasi Ekonomi dan Peran UMKM dalam Perekonomian Indonesia" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan kesiapan digital pelaku UMKM di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan berupa diskusi interaktif dan studi kasus berbasis kebutuhan lapangan. Evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test terhadap 26 peserta menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan rata-rata nilai meningkat dari 68,87 menjadi 82,93 (p-value = 0,000). Hasil ini mengindikasikan keberhasilan pendekatan berbasis studi kasus dalam memperkuat pemahaman peserta. Program ini dapat direplikasi sebagai model pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis kolaborasi antara akademisi, pemerintah, dan lembaga keuangan. Kata kunci: UMKM; literasi ekonomi; digitalisasi; klinik ekonomi; Tangerang Selatan Abstract The training program titled “Economic Literacy Clinic and the Role of MSMEs in Indonesia’s Economy” aims to enhance the financial literacy and digital readiness of MSME actors in South Tangerang City. The methods employed included interactive discussions and case studies tailored to field needs. An evaluation involving pre-test and post-test assessments of 26 participants showed a significant improvement, with the average score increasing from 68.87 to 82.93 (p-value = 0.000). These results indicate the success of the case-based approach in strengthening participants’ understanding. Abstract

Daya terima makanan dipengaruhi oleh 2 faktor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal seperti mutu makanan, variasi makanan makanan dari luar, umur dan jenis kelamin. Keberhasilan daya terima makanan jika tidak ada sisa makanan yang dikonsumsi. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan umur, jenis kelamin, mutu makanan, dan makanan dari luar terhadap daya terima makanan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Karimiyah. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian observasional dengan menggunakan cross sectional dimana menganalisis data variable yang dikumpulkan pada satu titik waktu tertentu. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dimana teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara memberikan penilaian sendiri terhadap sampel diantara populasi yang dipilih dengan sampel 123 santri. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mengenai umur, jenis kelamin, mutu makanan, makanan dari luar. Hasil penelitian bivariat pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi-square dengan hasil tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin terhadap daya terima makanan (p=0,372), tidak ada hubungan umur terhadap daya terima makanan (p=1,000), tidak ada hubungan antara mutu makanan terhadap daya terima makanan (0,407), tidak ada hubungan antara makanan dari luar terhadap daya terima makanan (p=1,000). Diharapkan dapat lebih diperhatikan mutu makanan, pembatasan makanan dari luar agar santri tetap mengonsumsi makanan yang diberikan oleh pondok pesantren, untuk memenuhi kecukupan gizinya dengan memperhatikan makanan sesuai menu seimbang.
