Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Islamic School (Madrasah) Principals’ entrepreneurship on Students’ entrepreneurship in the Islamic School Education environment. Entrepreneurship among students is an essential factor in creating a personality that is equipped to encounter workplace challenges and create opportunities in various sectors. Principals play a crucial role in shaping a school culture that promotes and facilitates the entrepreneurial development of students as educational leaders. This research employed a qualitative approach through interviews and observations as a data. The respondents of the study were the Islamic School Principals and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The study’s findings demonstrated that the entrepreneurship of Islamic School Principals significantly affected students’ entrepreneurship. Islamic School Principals with a high spirit of entrepreneurship could serve as role models who inspire students to adopt proactive, innovative, and independent attitudes. Essential factors that encourage the development of student entrepreneurship include a learning environment that promotes entrepreneurship and empowers students, a relevant curriculum, and entrepreneurial attitudes. This study provided a deeper comprehension of the significance of the role of the Islamic School Principal in shaping student entrepreneurship. The practical significance of this research is the necessity to establish educational policies that emphasise developing student entrepreneurship in the context of the Islamic School environment. Thus, this research can enhance educational quality and equip students for increasingly complex and competitive business and entrepreneurship challenges in the future.

Abstract

This study investigates the Social Character Education System at Pondok Pesantren Al-Qohhariyyah in Pacet, Cianjur Regency. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, involving key informants such as the head of Madrasah Aliyah, the council of teachers, the head of the male boarding school, administrators, and students. Data was gathered through observation, interviews, and document analysis, utilizing triangulation. Findings indicate that the pesantren combines tradition and modern approaches in social character education. There are two main models: the Salafi pesantren, which maintains the teaching of classical texts, and the Khalafi pesantren, which incorporates general education into the madrasah curriculum. Character education is delivered through various methods like sorogan, wetonan, bandongan, and mudzakarah. Majelis ta'lim also engages the local community in religious education. This system positively impacts the formation of students' social character by integrating traditional and modern values, creating a dynamic and creative learning environment.

Abstract

Natural school is an alternatve school regarding the school system with the concept of universe-based education. One of the strategies for building alternative education is to organize a factual and conceptual learning processes, orgenaize education with educational enviromental conditions, organize environment-based learning processes, orgenaize learning that build cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities, foster creative, and so on. The idea of this natural school was initiated by Lendo Novo based on his concern that the cost of education which is increasingly out of reach for the community. To get to know natural school, the author conducted a mini research into a natural school in the city Sukabumi, namely SD Islam Alam Fathia which is located at Ciberuem Sukabumi City, West Java. This study aims to determine the Character-buliding, learning method inn the perspective of organizational behavior theory at SD Fathia’s natural School. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative methode. Where the researcher tested the validity of the data by triangulation of sources, namely by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The finding of this study. Researchers found a new concept in learning, namely by learning with nature and making nature a medium for unlimited creativity for children. School such us the Alam Fatihia Islamic Elementary School are school that are indeed being sought by paraents, in order to make their children knowleadgeable and have character based on faith, science and nature.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the methods for conducting a thorough assessment using a scientific philosophical approach. Given that inconsistencies in educational assessment practices can yield suboptimal outcomes upon examination, it becomes imperative to employ appropriate techniques for a comprehensive review. The author has crafted this article using a research approach, gathering source materials from various repositories including library books, research reports, newspapers, books, theses, dissertations, and both printed and digital scientific journals. In the context of Islamic education, the objective of evaluation is to nurture al-Insan al-Kamil, or a well-rounded human being. Similarly, the primary goal of education is to instill faith, foster piety, cultivate a religious mindset, impart knowledge, and encourage the application of acquired knowledge in adapting to broader community life. Evaluation also serves as a means to furnish students with feedback regarding their accomplishments, as well as the depth of their perspectives and knowledge acquired throughout the learning journey. Furthermore, philosophy plays a pivotal role in educating individuals to think critically, gain insights, and reason comprehensively, enabling them to approach events or problems from multiple angles and ultimately arrive at correct solutions.

Abstract

In every organization the position and role of the leader is always very central. The progress and decline of the organization is very dependent on the extent to which the leader is able to imagine advancing his organization. Likewise, in the context of the madrasa as an organization, the position of the head of the madrasa is also very important in advancing the institution he leads. An innovative leader is a leader who has a leadership style as a democratic style or a leadership style that does not make decisions from his point of view only but collects all ideas from all employees and then conducts deliberations and decides together. It means being an innovative leader is through the leadership style applied by the leader. To win the competition, education providers must at least have a competitive attitude in carrying out their institutional duties. Related to this, leaders need to analyze the needs of students and map the trends and strengths of competition, set quality standards, and formulate demands for environmental needs and trends. The most effective innovative leadership traits are those who clearly describe their vision of the end result of their innovation. They are able to clearly describe their goals, dreams, hopes, and imaginations about the changes they want to achieve. They are able to describe it very well, thus inspiring the people they lead to work harder to make it happen. The competitiveness of madrasas in the context of the current era is an absolute thing. This competitiveness correlates with the quality of the madrasa, the more qualified and professional the management of the madrasa, the more competitive it will be. The Urgency of Improving the Quality and Competitiveness of Madrasas The effective and efficient implementation of education from a madrasa should refer to the complex and ever-changing interests of society from every era. graduate service users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the background of how the quantity of new students to private schools plus the Quran. This study also aims to find out: Tahfidz school strategy to increase competitiveness against PPDB and Implementation (implementation of SD Muhammad Al-'Unaizy education). In this study researchers used qualitative analytical descriptive methods with inductive data collection, research data was collected by several methods. The results of this study show that: School promotion marketing strategies in increasing the competitiveness of institutions are using print media strategies, online media, Word of Moths, and direct promotion every day by providing new innovations such as social activities to the surrounding community. The marketing strategy of school products in increasing the competitiveness of institutions is to bring up many new innovations by creating pesantren-style education, namely with excellent programs such as tahfidz class programs, selected hadith memorization programs, Quran takhosus memorization programs, Quran certification programs, dhuha prayer programs, congregational dhuhur prayer programs. Likewise, school programs where early subjects dominate than general subjects, namely 65% of early subjects. And coupled with the tahfidz program at Al-Unaizy elementary school, it is an attraction to increase the school's PPDB titative. In addition, it also improves the quality of teachers and the quality of adequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ceramah dengan cara menyampaikan pembelajaran menggunakan penyampaian yang baik dan benar dengan metode taksonomi kognitif yang pengetahuan (knowledge), pemahaman (comprehension), penerapan (application), analisis (analysis), sintesis (synthesis), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa-siswi MTs dan guru mata pelajaran, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Kurikulum di MTs Azzainiyyah. Analisis data dilakukan saat pengumpulan data berlangsung, dan setelah selesai pengumpulan data dalam periode tertentu. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang telah disajikan, maka secara umum dapat ditarik kesimpulan Analisis Metode Ceramah dengan metode taksosnomi dalam pelajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadist di MTs Azzainiyyah sudah terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

Education functions as assistance given to children in their physical and mental growth to reach maturity and takes place in an educational institution. Along with the changing times, schools have emerged that have their own characteristics in achieving excellent school programs. The results showed that the purpose of education at Sekolah Alam Junudurahman is to achieve students who have faith and devotion, and there are special programs such as Outbound, farming, entrepreneurship, literacy, art performances, and student work. SD Alam Islam Junudurahman is an alternative school created to meet the expectations of parents who want to send their children to an Islamic-based school and a good environment, with a learning concept that is realized in the right vision and mission, a representative school profile as a superior school, an academic curriculum combined with a non-academic curriculum in shaping the characteristics of students, as well as learning methods and models that make children more familiar with nature and the environment. The learning evaluation shows that the activities are in accordance with the standards in achieving the target in completing the learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze human concepts from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data sources are quoted from credible pages such as Google Scholar and SINTA. Next, the data was analyzed and checked for validity through data triangulation. The results of this research conclude that human nature based on the Koran is called the terms basyar, insan/ins, and bani Adam. The integrity of humans biologically, psychologically and spiritually is seen as a creature that has all the potential so that it is able to become 'abd (servant of Allah) and caliph (leader on earth). Thus, understanding human nature is an essence that is the beginning of further understanding in understanding the implementation of Islamic education. Islamic education is a process of creating a conducive learning environment for students in order to realize the goals of Islamic education, namely developing students' potential, including their physical, biological potential and their soul potential (nafs, qalbu, aql).

Abstract

The teacher has a strategic position at the forefront of efforts to build the nation, in this case the field of education, as their performance in all educational activities is determined by how well they perform at the institutional, instructional, and experimental levels. This study aims to investigate the extent to which the personality competence of PAI teachers at Karang Arum Middle School in Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency, play a role in the development of the religious character of their students' profiles. The results of this research show a substantial positive association between the dependent variable in this study, the formation of the students' religious character, and the teacher's personality competence as an independent variable. With it, Personality Competence significantly aids in the development of its students' religious character. In conclusion, for those in charge of making decisions, it is unquestionably necessary to develop the personality skills of the teachers if you want to raise the caliber of students' religious character.
