Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of Quantum Memory and Learning in Islamic Religious Education Learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi. So this research is a field research with a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis.The variables studied are divided into two, namely the independent variable is the application of Quantum Memory and Learning and the dependent variable is the learning of Islamic Religious Education.All primary data needed in this study were obtained through the main instrument in the form of questionnaires / questionnaires, while observations, interviews, were used to complete the required data. All collected data is then processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis.The results of this study prove that the concept of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers is the AMBAK Technique (What are the Benefits for Me), structuring the learning environment, cultivating a champion attitude, freeing up learning styles, getting used to taking notes, getting used to reading, making children more creative, training children's memory strength. The application of Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi is quite good. This can be seen by the indicator of 39 respondents from students with 74% saying that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers to Islamic education learning is quite good and the application of Quantum Memory And Learning is also able to improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from 59% of students who say student learning outcomes are very good through the application of Quantum Memory And Learning. However, based on all data, both questionnaires and interviews, it shows that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning still needs to be improved again because it sees that there are still teachers who have not been able to apply Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic Religious Education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi. Abstract

To be able to create a creative learning atmosphere in Islamic Religious Education subjects, teachers can use the demonstration method, because in Islamic Religious Education lessons the scope is generally different from Madrasah schools which have been classified as having aqidah Akhlaq, fiqh, Qur'an Hadith, SKI, and some others. While in SMP, the scope is in PAI subjects. As for the material that is applied or practiced, such as how to pray, ablution, tayammum, and so on. In this approach we use descriptive qualitative research, which aims to describe a situation. Descriptive approach also means explaining phenomena and situations. This data collection technique takes place by means of an interview process, namely the process of obtaining information for research purposes by means of debriefing while face to face between the questioner or interviewer and the answerer or responses using a tool called an interview guide. Based on observations and interviews conducted by researchers, the teacher demonstrated learning materials such as prayer practices, dead prayers, reading the Qur'an with tartil according to the tajwid makhorijul letters and so on. With the aim that the students are able to understand and cultivate skills in studying well, especially in prayer, because that is the foundation in Islamic teachings, and that is also the goal of the Education Law Number 20 of 2023. The results of the mini research conducted by researchers with the title : "Demonstration Methods in Improving Psychomotor or Student Skills in PAI Subjects at Masagi Islamic Middle School, Sukabumi Regency." Students are able to demonstrate their skills and concentrate more on learning. This means that Islamic Education Subject Teachers have been using demonstration methods for a long time with the aim of improving students' psychomotor or skills, so the title of the researcher is very coherent and relevant to the conditions at the school.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum learning which is now being held in several schools, emphasizes the learning process based on the development of students' cognitive activities that are creative and productive. Puskurbuk (retnawati, 2016) argues that the 2013 curriculum is required to be able to produce productive, creative, innovative and affective human resources, through strengthening attitudes, knowledge, and skills competencies. Think creatively so innovations and ideas will emerge including using puzzles, puzzles are a method that is very enjoyable and is able to make class consistency in learning creative, innovative and fun, the puzzle method is also very stable when combined between thinking learning and puzzles which hopefully can become a good collaboration and effect in a lesson. The purpose of this research is to find out the collaboration of thinking learning and puzzles in increasing the creativity of students at the smpit at taisiriyah sukabumi after using this method. This research method is a qualitative research conducted on October 23, 2022 to October 26, 2022. The place of this research is at the taisiriyah school of Sukabumi. The object of research is class VIII at smpit at taisiriyah Sukabumi. The results of the collaborative thinking learning and puzzles themselves can increase student learning creativity, this can be seen from the achievement of very high indicators of creativity. For students who have advantages or tend to learn more easily by means of audio less portion because this learning character focuses more on pictures or illustrations. The material is appropriate for learning other general subjects. Conclusion Collaborative thinking learning and puzzles can help students better understand various concepts, improve memory, and simply make learning more interesting. It is very beneficial to apply mind mapping to various fields of teaching and study

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Islamic School (Madrasah) Principals’ entrepreneurship on Students’ entrepreneurship in the Islamic School Education environment. Entrepreneurship among students is an essential factor in creating a personality that is equipped to encounter workplace challenges and create opportunities in various sectors. Principals play a crucial role in shaping a school culture that promotes and facilitates the entrepreneurial development of students as educational leaders. This research employed a qualitative approach through interviews and observations as a data. The respondents of the study were the Islamic School Principals and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The study’s findings demonstrated that the entrepreneurship of Islamic School Principals significantly affected students’ entrepreneurship. Islamic School Principals with a high spirit of entrepreneurship could serve as role models who inspire students to adopt proactive, innovative, and independent attitudes. Essential factors that encourage the development of student entrepreneurship include a learning environment that promotes entrepreneurship and empowers students, a relevant curriculum, and entrepreneurial attitudes. This study provided a deeper comprehension of the significance of the role of the Islamic School Principal in shaping student entrepreneurship. The practical significance of this research is the necessity to establish educational policies that emphasise developing student entrepreneurship in the context of the Islamic School environment. Thus, this research can enhance educational quality and equip students for increasingly complex and competitive business and entrepreneurship challenges in the future.

Abstract

This article discusses the Influence of Pedagogic Competence on Student Learning Motivation, namely where an ability to understand the characteristics of students, in mastering theories, models and learning methods, learning principles, design, implementation of learning, evaluating learning outcomes and following up on them. As well as the ability to develop students to actualize the various potentials they have. Learning Motivation to encourage, stimulate, or move someone to perform an action or activity with the aim of achieving the desired learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach through library research which is a review of concepts and content (content analysis). The results of this study are that teacher's Pedagogic Competence in managing learning needs attention. A teacher's competence will be maximized and the learning process will run smoothly if supported by learning facilities in teaching and learning activities. and will affect the High and Low Student Learning Motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted to study the relationship between school principals' transformational leadership and emotional intelligence with teacher job satisfaction. The methods used are surveys and data analysis techniques using simple correlation statistical tests and multiple correlations as well as simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests and partial correlation tests. The results of the study yielded three conclusions: first, there was a very significant positive relationship between the situational leadership of the school principal (X1) and teacher job satisfaction (Y). Second, there is a very significant positive relationship between Emotional Intelligence Variable (X2) and Teacher Job Satisfaction (Y). Third, there is a very significant positive relationship between the Principal Transformational Leadership (X1) and Emotional Intelligence (X2) variables together with Teacher Job Satisfaction (Y). Based on these things it can be concluded that teacher job satisfaction can be increased through the principal's Transformational leadership and Emotional Intelligence.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain penerapan pengelolaan kelas yang baik, peningkatan motivasi siswa, dan pemaksimalan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Peneliti mengamati proses pembelajaran fikih di MTs Nurul Islam kota Sukabumi dan menemukan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran masih kurang baik. Hal ini terlihat dari rendahnya nilai ulangan harian mata pelajaran fiqih berdasarkan penelitian dokumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan kelas, motivasi siswa dan media pembelajaran terhadap kualitas pembelajaran fiqh di MTs Nurul Islam kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional berupa observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Untuk pengolahan data digunakan program SPSS Versi 24, dan hasil penelitian ini signifikan karena hasil verifikasi regresi melalui SPSS Versi 24 diketahui memiliki nilai signifikan 0,072 > 0,05, menolak H0 dan menerima H1. Pengaruh pengelolaan kelas, motivasi belajar siswa dan media pembelajaran terhadap kualitas pembelajaran Fiqh. Hasil uji determinasi sebesar 0,778 atau 77,8% yang berarti kualitas pembelajaran fiqh dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan kelas, motivasi belajar siswa, dan media pembelajaran sebesar 77,8% dan sisanya sebesar 22,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. . 05 Maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga ada pengaruh pengelolaan kelas, motivasi siswa dan media pembelajaran terhadap kualitas pembelajaran Fiqh. Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teacher personality competence on the character of students at SDIT Adzkia 1 Sukabumi, Research methods using qualitative methods of data collection techniques are carried out with interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the data obtained, teacher personality competence greatly influences the attitude of students both in behavior and speech both in the school environment and outside the school. A good personality carried out by a teacher will provide a good example to students, the teacher will be a figure who obeys all his wisdom, advice, speech and commands. The personality competency of the teacher is expected to shape the character of students, so that the implementation of learning can run well and teachers can transfer their knowledge and can be accepted by students.

Abstract

Every leader has a leadership style that is different from one another. Viewpoints on certain issues become individual leadership capacities. It is undeniable that being a leader must be responsible and have a heavy and influential role. However, everything can be overcome if he uses tactics and strategies according to the situation. The principal is a person who plays an important role in the education process, because the progress of a school depends on the existence of the principal who acts as a leader. The relationship between the principal and the teacher is very important to run an Educational Institution properly. Good cooperation between school principals and teachers can have a positive impact on student academic achievement because it creates a conducive learning atmosphere. Through the right leadership style, the principal must always provide work motivation to teachers so they can maximize teacher performance in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas analisis pengembangan pendidikan era revolusi industri 4.0 di SMAN 1 Kabandungan, Sukabumi. Penelitian ini bertujuan dapat mencakup pemahaman lebih dalam terkait efektivitas metode pengajaran, penerapan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, adaptasi kurikulum untuk memenuhi kebutuhan industri, serta identifikasi hambatan dan peluang dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sesuai dengan tuntutan era revolusi industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan melibatkan guru sebagai subjek. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak revolusi industri, terutama dalam hal kemajuan teknologi, memberikan tantangan besar bagi guru untuk beradaptasi. Inovasi, seperti integrasi materi ke dalam media sosial dan pemanfaatan teknologi, diperlukan untuk mempertahankan minat dan keterlibatan siswa. Namun, ada kekhawatiran terkait kurangnya minat baca, konsentrasi, kreativitas, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis, yang dapat diatasi dengan tugas yang sesuai dengan minat siswa. Di perkampungan, terdapat kesenjangan dalam pemahaman teknologi, analisis data, dan pemrograman, disertai dengan kendala infrastruktur dan kesadaran yang kurang dari orang tua.
