Abstract

This research discussed about: 1) the process of implementing practical field experience conducted by students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palu at the Central Sulawesi Museum; 2) students' interest in learning at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palu in the implementation of practical field experience at the Central Sulawesi Museum; and 3) student achievement of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palu on the implementation of practical field experience at the Central Sulawesi Museum. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The interviews were aimed at teachers who teach history, school principals, and students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palu. Processing techniques and data analysis techniques are carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of practical field experience by students of SMK Muhammdiyah 1 Palu in the Central Sulawesi museum was seeing and observing various collections of historical relics. Implementation of field experience practice at the Central Sulawesi Museum in history learning can reduce boredom, increase interest in learning, be fun, interesting, not boring, add insight and knowledge and generate new enthusiasm in students in learning history. The results of the questionnaire explained that the implementation of practical field experience at the Central Sulawesi Museum could improve student achievement. This is indicated by the completeness percentage of class X Tkj A and X Tkj B reaching 95.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Blended learning method in history subjects on students' learning motivation in the learning process in class X IIS SMA Labschool Untad Palu and to analyze the role of the Blended Learning method in increasing student motivation in history subjects in the learning process in class X IIS Labschool Untad Palu High School. This research is a qualitative study which took place at Labschool Untad Palu High School, Palu City, Central Sulawesi. The subjects of this study were all students of class X IIS at SMA Labschool Untad Palu with a total of 1 class and 23 students, as well as history teachers who teach at SMA Labschool Untad Palu. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing techniques are descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of the Blended Learning method in history subjects on student learning motivation in the learning process in class X IIS SMA Labschool Untad Palu was the learning process carried out in 5 working days, 4 working days carried out face-to-face in class and 1 day carried out face-to-face online or online. The application of the Blended Learning method can increase student learning motivation, especially in class X IIS SMA Labschool Untad Palu. This can be seen from the successful achievement of the seven indicators of the Blended Learning method and the increase in the average score of students' history subjects from 87.24 to 89.45. The role of the Blended Learning method in increasing student motivation in history subjects in the learning process in class X IIS SMA Labschool Untad Palu is very important and can give a special impression to students.

Abstract

Terjadinya Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan berubahnya sistem Pendidikan Indonesia lebih menantang dengan adanya kegiatan pembelajaran melalui daring (online). Hal ini berdampak pada berubahnya beberapa hal pada diri siswa yang kemudian berdampak pada prestasi dan motivasi belajar mereka. Berdasarkan observasi di SD Negeri  Wonodadi 3 Blitar Jawa Timur bahwa dinyatakan masih rendah keaktifan serta kesiapan siswa pada kegiatan pembelajaran dengan penerapan kurikulum 2013. Riset ini bermaksud menganalisis pengaruh penerapan kurikulum 2013 dalam kaitannya dengan prestasi belajar murid kelas IV, V dan VI. Riset ini menerapkan teknik kuantitatfi dengan sampel yang diambiil acak. Sebanyak 110 siswa sebagai populasi dan sampel berjumlah 35 siswa. Adapun data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket, melakukan observasi hingga dokumentasi. Melalui riset ini dikonklusikan yaitu terdapat implikasi penerapan kurikulum 2013 terhadap prestasi belajar murid kelas IV, V dan VI di SDN Wonodadi 3 Blitar Jawa Timur. Kurikulum 2013 dapat diterapkan secara tepat dan optimal sehingga menghasilkan dampak baik bagi siswa serrta sistem pendidikan yang ada. Terbukti dengan hasil perhitungan hipotesis yang menghasilkan persamaan berikut, yakni: Y = a + bX = 30,24 + 0,89, sehingga Ha disetujui sedangkan Ho tertolak. Maka konklusinya adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif atas pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penggunaan metode mengajar guru geografi dalam proses belajar mengajar mata pelajaran geografi di MAN Tomini. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kualitatif. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 3 orang guru Geografi dan 48 siswa IPS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan angket. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, kemudian disimpulkan/diverifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa guru-guru geografi di MAN Tomini dalam pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan dalam hal penggunaan metode. Semua guru menggunakan metode ceramah sebagai metode utama. Metode lain yang digunakan adalah metode pemberian tugas dan metode diskusi serta dua metode yang hanya digunakan oleh guru kelas X SOS yakni metode demonstrasi dan metode eksperimen. Persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan metode mengajar guru cukup bervariasi, menarik, tidak membosankan dan membuat siswa mudah memahami materi serta senang mengikuti pelajaran geografi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning process of geography and to determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the learning process of geography during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Dondo, Toli-Toli Regency. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Dondo located in Tinabongan Village, Dondo District, Toli-Toli Regency with a qualitative descriptive research type and used the subject of geography teachers and students. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) SMA Negeri 1 Dondo conducted Geography lessons in accordance with a circular regarding the implementation of education during the coronavirus disease (Covid19) emergency, so learning activities were carried out online. This online learning will not take long because Dondo is still in the green zone, so learning can be carried out face-to-face with an odd-even system. Learning planning at SMA Negeri 1 Dondo has held training for teachers in schools in learning design, namely making emergency lesson plans. Teachers use learning outcomes and evaluations to determine students' abilities to improve further learning. 2) Supporting factors for the Geography Learning Process during the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Dondo are the facilities provided by the school and training held at the school for teachers. The inhibiting factor for the Geography Learning Process during the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Dondo is that there are still teachers and students who have not mastered IT and this is considered ineffective, as well as the odd-even system that is not implemented properly.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran digital, khususnya permainan interaktif, sangat penting dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Guru sering kali kurang memiliki pengetahuan tentang pembuatan media pembelajaran. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif bagi guru untuk mengimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran mereka. Program ini menggunakan pengajaran multimedia interaktif di sekolah di SMA Negeri 9 Palu. Sesi pengajaran terdiri dari tiga bagian: memberikan panduan kepada guru tentang kondisi pembelajaran, memodifikasi kegiatan pembelajaran, dan mengevaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Lingkungan belajar digunakan, dengan beberapa kegiatan termasuk menyediakan materi pembelajaran interaktif di YouTube, menyediakan bahan ajar, menjelaskan materi kepada siswa, berpartisipasi dalam diskusi, memberikan umpan balik dan lingkungan dalam pembuatan materi, dan mengevaluasi pertanyaan dalam pertanyaan akhir. Program ini terdiri dari tiga bagian utama: 1) menyediakan materi pembelajaran interaktif di YouTube, 2) menyediakan bahan ajar, 3) melibatkan siswa dalam diskusi dengan guru, 4) melibatkan siswa dalam diskusi dengan guru, 5) memberikan panduan dan lingkungan dalam pembuatan materi, dan 6) mengevaluasi pertanyaan dalam pertanyaan akhir.

Abstract

This research aims to solve problems regarding (1) Describing the history of the founding of Al-Azhar Mandiri Middle School Palu, (2) Outlining the carrying capacity of historical values ​​of "kealazharan" as the basis of education at Al-Azhar Mandiri Middle School Palu, and (3) Analyzing policies regarding the cultural rules of etiquette and school social life rules at Al-Azhar Mandiri Middle School, Palu. This research is qualitative research that uses a historical approach. The research subjects were the Director of the Al-Azhar Foundation as the founder, teachers/staff and former teachers, as well as several alumni students from Al-Azhar Mandiri Middle School, Palu. The type of data used in this research is qualitative research, with data collection methods based on documents, archives, interviews, direct observation, observations and other supporting physical devices. The research results obtained are (1) The history of the founding of Al-Azhar Mandiri Pau Middle School is a form of thought by Abdul Basit Arsyad which was initiated by his own father, namely KH. Rustam Arsyad in creating the Al-Azhar Diniyah study park, after which it changed to Al-Azhar Ibtidayah Madrasah, until now it has become a formal education with the name Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu Middle School; (2) The carrying capacity of historical values ​​of "kealazharan" as the basis of education at Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu Middle School is marked by the basic thoughts of KH's ancestors. Rustam Arsyad who continues to adhere to scientific principles held as a form of thought by a figure named Said Idrus bin Salim Aljufri (or known as the Old Teacher) in building schools; (3) The policy regarding the cultural regulations for etiquette and school social life rules at Al-Azhar Mandiri Middle School in Palu is contained in a policy made in the form of rules which are intended as signs for students (i) to submit and pronounce their behavior, sayings and act in order to create a school climate and culture that can support effective learning activities, both within the school environment and outside the school

Abstract

Utilizing historical sites for object research and teaching history through digital history are crucial since historical sites are one of the primary sources of historical information and may describe events in more detail for the benefit of participant education. As the capital of Central Sulawesi Province, Palu City offers a number of historical sites that can be used as research subjects. Studying history in Palu offers a good balance between the site's content and what is taught in high school curricula. One of the guiding principles of implementation is the use of historical sites as sources for learning and objects for study in a supportive curriculum. That issue became the rationale for why Palu's historical sites are important for research and how much of them may be used as sources. Look it over. Examine This goal is to understand the significance of Palu's historical landmarks for object learning contexts and utilization tactics in learning-based digital history. Approach investigation This method is descriptive and qualitative. Fieldwork observation, surveys, interviews, and excavations were used to gather data, along with a variety of documents from pertinent publications and journals. Outer aim from the analysis of results This is how a number of locations' legacies might be used for object study and historical education among participants in material change and sustainability. Learning digital history through an internal site use approach can be accomplished in four steps: 1) introduction, 2) observation, 3) discussion, and 4) findings. Similar to level readiness technology (TKT), historical sites are anticipated to be used as study objects and for teaching history based on digital media. The purpose of this is to introduce participants to the site while educating them, and to disseminate information to the public through digital media. The public will find Palu City's historical landmarks more and more fascinating, making it possible for them to become a destination for integrated historical tours.
