Abstract

This undergraduate thesis aims to apply the TikTok filter in the context of an introduction to Network Design and Management course using the Effect House application with the Face Tracking method. The Face Tracking method is used to follow the users' facial movements, while the Effect House application is used as a platform for applying TikTok filter specifically designed for the purpose of introducing Network Design and Management course. Filter development is done through display design, behavior coding, and filter functionality testing using video samples and facial data. The result of the study shows that applying the TikTok filter in the Effect House application with the Face Tracking method can increase user interaction and involvement. This filter provides an interesting visual experience and makes it easier to access information related to the course. This study contributes to combining the popular elements of social media with educational contexts. Applying the TikTok filter in the Effect House application with the Face Tracking method can be an interesting alternative to enrich the learning experience in the field of Network Design and Management.Keywords: Tiktok Filters; Network Design and Management; Face Tracking

Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulties faced by visitors in exploring the tourism site. During their visit, visitors often need to ask the ticket attendant for information about the best spots to visit due to the lack of informative signs. The aim of this research is to develop a virtual tour product using video technology 360 for Otanaha Fortress by employing the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which includes the stages of concept, design, material collection, production, testing, and distribution stages. This research is expected to contribute to the development of innovative and interactive tourism information media and promote Otanaha Fortress as one of the tourist destinations in Gorontalo Province. Keywords: Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC); Otanaha Fortress of Gorontalo; virtual tour; 360 video.

Abstract

Currently there are many of organizations like government agencies, education institutions, the police and others taking advantage of internet services to share an open data. However, currently no one has been able to take the advantage of open data system which might be integrated into third party systems. For example is integrate the system with marketplace where the UMKM sellers are only specialized in certain areas. This research aims at designing the integration of open data system with marketplace system in area of Teluk Tomini using the prototype as development method. With the integrations of two systems, in which the UMKM sellers in the marketplace system which are only specialized in that area is no longer need to create a separate database for population as the needed data for verification, because the data already supplied by open data system. Likewise, organizations that registered in open data system can more easily monitor sales and budget fund that have been provided to UMKM sellers which are using the marketplace system for selling their products.

Abstract

Baxter Barbershop Gorontalo merupakan tempat potong rambut pria yang ada di Kota Gorontalo yang melayani jasa potong rambut kurang lebih 25 (dua puluh lima) pelanggan dan bertambah tiap harinya. Selain layananya tersebut baxter barbershop juga menjual produk untuk perawatan rambut seperti vitamin rambut, dan hair tonic serta produk penampilan rambut seperti pomade, clay dan minyak rambut. Dalam pengolahan datanya, Baxter Barbershop masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan memanfaatkan formulir formulir pencatatan keuangan. Tercecernya formulir seperti nota, kwitansi dan invoice mengakibatkan hilangnya data dalam pembukuan pendapatan jasa dan penjualan barang. yang kurang terkontrol serta penyimpanan data yang kurang baik mengakibatkan informasi yang di hasilkan kurang optimal menjadi salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh pihak Baxter Barbershop. Tujuan dari peneletian ini adalah mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Barbershop berbasis Web Mobile. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada sebuah sistem diharapkan dapat membantu pihak barbershop dalam menyediakan informasi mengenai pendapatan dan penjualan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak Barbershop Baxter untuk kegiatan operasional usaha dan pencatatan akuntansi yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

PT. MG merupakan salah satu dealer yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan mobil. Namun masih mengalami masalah dalam proses persediaannya sehingga membuat proses penjualan juga terganggu. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi, PT. MG membutuhkan sebuah sistem peramalan untuk memperkirakan penjualan dan persediaan mobil. Tujuannya agar perusahaan dapat meramalkan penjualan mobil dan menentukan persediaan yang optimal pada periode yang akan datang. Sistem yang dibangun berbasis web dengan metode peramalan Double Exponential Smoothing dari Brown dengan nilai alpha α=0.5 yang mempunyai kesalahan peramalan terkecil menurut indikator MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation), sedangkan untuk optimalisasis perencanaan persediaan, digunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) untuk perencanaan persediaan yang optimal. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data historis penjualan selama 2 tahun terakhir. Sistem diuji menggunakan black-box dan white-box testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan sistem berjalan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan dan dapat mempermudah PT. MG dalam memperkirakan penjualan dan perencanaan persediaan pada periode yang akan datang. PT. MG as a car sales dealer has problems in the inventory process, that may disrupt the sales process. To solve the problems, PT. MG needs a forecasting system to estimate car sales and supplies. The goal of this system is that the company can predict car sales and determine the optimal supply for the upcoming period. The system was built as a web application, and use the Double Exponential Smoothing forecasting method from Brown with an alpha value of α=0.5 which has the smallest forecast error according to the MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) indicator. To optimize inventory planning, we use Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to optimize supplies planning. The data used in this study are historical sales data for the last 2 years. The system was tested using black-box and white-box testing. The results of this study indicate that the system is fulfilling its requirements and are useful for predicting PT. MG sales and inventory planning in the coming period.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media using Canva as a tool to help students improve their learning outcomes in the subject of Algorithms and Programming by creating Canva AI learning media that contains content capable of visualizing the material. The method used in this research is the Research and Development development method with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The results of the feasibility test by content experts showed a feasibility score of 4.6 with the category "very valid" and by media experts with a feasibility score of 4.7 with the category "very valid." The practicality test based on teacher response data showed a percentage of 90.5% with the category "very practical" and student response data showed a percentage of 91.2% with the category "very practical." The effectiveness test showed a post-test learning outcome mastery of 82.1 with the category "very good." The effectiveness test based on the correlation sample test results from the post-test and pre-test showed 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference in student learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Canva AI learning media is feasible, practical, and effective for use in the learning process.Keywords: Learning Media, Canva AI, ADDIE, Informatics

Abstract

This study analyzes knowledge-sharing practices at the Gorontalo State University Library using the SECI model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) through a qualitative approach. The study involved 7 informants, all of whom were librarians. The data analysis technique used was thematic analysis, which involved the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the four SECI stages have been implemented with varying degrees of effectiveness. Socialization takes place through informal discussions, training, and the use of social media. Externalization is carried out through knowledge documentation and the writing of scientific papers. A combination is evident in the management of explicit knowledge through the SLIMS system, OPAC, and repositories. Meanwhile, internalization is carried out through training that is still dominated by online methods. The main findings indicate that knowledge-sharing practices are not yet optimal, particularly at the internalization stage, which remains limited to online training, and at the externalization stage, which has not been implemented uniformly. Supporting factors include leadership and the use of technology, while the main barriers are limitations among librarians and technical challenges. This study contributes to providing an empirical overview of the implementation of the SECI model in university libraries and serves as a foundation for strengthening a culture of knowledge sharing.
