Abstract

According to the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, there will be 22.5 million people with disabilities in Indonesia. As time goes on, it is possible that the number of people with disabilities will increase. So, facilities and infrastructure that are friendly to people with disabilities must be given great attention. Various comments from the public regarding this matter arose on social media, especially Twitter, both positive and negative. There are lot of tweet in Indonesian related to this matter, which will be classified using the Support Vector Machine algorithm with the Radial Basis Function kernel using Grid Search and cross-validation. The parameters used are in the range C, γ and produce a maximum accuracy of the parameter combination, result of this study was aligned with previous research that a good and appropriate parameter combination of C and γ in the RBF kernel SVM method will produce maximum accuracy of the classification results.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh geografi, suasana toko, platform online, dan kualitas layanan terhadap pilihan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. Karya ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel insidental dan kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer untuk penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linear berganda dengan memanfaatkan solusi produk dan layanan statistik (SPSS). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lokasi, suasana ritel, platform online, dan kualitas layanan semuanya berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Infeksi corona merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh SARS-CoV-2 sehingga menimbulkan gangguan pada sistem pernapasan. Penyakit ini masih menjadi sorotan dari kemunculannya tahun 2019 pertama kali di Wuhan, China hingga saat pelaksanaan vaksinasi ini berlangsung masih tetap ada. Upaya strategis dilakukan oleh pemerintah meliputi pembatasan sosial berskala besar, mikro serta sosialisasi protokol kesehatan. Strategi alternatif lainnya yang diambil oleh pemerintah saat ini adalah pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19 secara massal dengan salah satu sasarannya adalah tenaga kesehatan dan pendidik. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meminimalisir penyebaran COVID-19 dan meningkatkan sistem imun terhadap COVID-19 kepada seluruh tenaga kesehatan dan pendidik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan edukasi tentang vaksin COVID-19 sambil dilakukan pemberian vaksin dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu pendaftaran, skrining/pemeriksaan awal, pemberian vaksin, observasi selama 30 menit, jika tidak ada masalah maka peserta diijinkan untuk meninggalkan ruangan vaksin dan mendapat sertifikat vaksinasi. Hasil pemberian vaksin ini adalah adanya partisipasi dan kontribusi penting tenaga kesehatan dan pendidik dalam upaya menurunkan angka kejadian COVID-19 di Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of pricing and branding on skincare purchase decisions. This research employs a quantitative methodology. There were 200 participants in this study, all of them were students. The sample is used through random sampling, which groups the adjusted ages. In this investigation, 150 samples were used. strategies for gathering data for research using a questionnaire. According to the data analysis's findings, branding and price have a considerable, simultaneous, and partial influence on consumers' decisions to buy skincare. As can be observed, the findings of the study's partial t test indicate that branding has a significance of 0.000. The t-count obtained is higher than the t-table value, which is 1.978, when compared to it. Additionally, a significant value of 0.000 was found for the price significance results for skincare choices. The t-count obtained is higher than the t-table value, which is 1.978, when compared to it. 60% is indicated by the coefficient of determination, or R square, of 0.60.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of respondents regarding consumer behavior when consuming local fruit. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. Sampling was carried out randomly, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The data obtained will be processed and then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the data analysis show consumer behavior can be explained by the independent variables used in the model, namely awareness, perception, and preference. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that the three independent variables observed have a significant effect together on the behavior of consuming local fruit. The t test results show that consumer awareness has a real positive effect on the dominant indicator of the consumer's physical condition after consuming local fruit, consumer perception has an insignificant positive effect on the dominant indicator, namely the consumer's time spent consuming local fruit and consumer preferences have a real positive effect on the dominant indicator, namely product attributes, where consumers find it easy to obtain local fruit on consumer behavior in consuming fruit.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of a hedonic lifestyle on consumptive behavior in purchasing clothes via e-commerce among students. The author uses a quantitative research approach as a procedural step in this research. The author uses the Estok Navitte Cowan formula to determine the sample used. For the sampling process, the author used a non-probability sampling technique. The next technique used was quota sampling, with a total of 30 students. The author uses surveys as a way to collect data and chooses questionnaires as a tool to collect the necessary data from research subjects. The Likert scale was used in this research. Researchers use Google Forms as a tool for collecting data for research. The author uses the data analysis method of recall and data categorization. Based on the research results, it shows that the hedonic lifestyle adopted by respondents is partially in the high category. Both aspects of activities, interests, and opinions related to the research object can help construct a hedonistic lifestyle. In this research, aspects were found that could construct a dominant hedonic lifestyle, such as shopping, being interested in fashion, and thinking about products. Consumer behavior in purchasing clothes in e-commerce carried out by respondents is in the high category. The types of consumer behavior in the high category are impulsive purchases and irrational purchases. These two types of consumer behavior can occur because respondents look for symbols of satisfaction and pleasure attached to clothing in e-commerce. However, the level of waste in purchasing clothes through e-commerce is low.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to socialize business strategy assistance and training for micro, small, and medium enterprises. Based on the problems found and formulated, the problem-solving framework carried out through this community service activity is to socialize digital marketing business strategies in order to help increase sales to micro, small, and medium enterprises. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out using lecture, tutorial, and discussion methods. This socialization activity is very beneficial for micro, small, and medium enterprises who have businesses. Through this outreach activity, it is hoped that it can increase awareness of micro, small, and medium enterprises actors in East Medan District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province to start practicing using Facebook or Instagram for product promotion.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is discretionary behavior that plays a role in the psychological and social environment at work. A successful organization or company definitely needs workers who can be responsible and work harder than expected. This can also affect a nurse's professional commitment. This research aims to find out how work involvement and social support influence professional commitment and organizational citizenship behavior with research subjects at general hospitals. This research uses a quantitative approach using purposive sampling techniques to determine the sample size of 100 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire, which was then analyzed using path analysis. The results of this research show that path one, or sub-structural one, namely work involvement and social support, has a significant influence on professional commitment, both simultaneously and partially. Work participation, social support, and professional commitment the outcomes of route or sub-structural two have a major impact on organizational citizenship behavior, partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan farmasi dan bahan medis habis pakai meliputi aktivitas pemilihan, perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian dan pengendalian yang diselengarakan oleh instalasi farmasi rumah sakit memerlukan anggaran yang relatif besar. Pasien saat di rumah sakit memerlukan ketersediaan persediaan farmasi yang aman dan terjamin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan obat di instalasi farmasi rumah sakit khusus gigi dan mulut swasta di kota Jakarta dengan memakai beberapa parameter standar yang ditetapkan. Metode penelitian ini adalah observasional non eksperimental dengan pengambilan data retrospektif. Data yang diambil bersumber dari data perencanaan, pembelian, kartu stok, dan laporan stok opname. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa rata-rata pencapaian perencanaan obat 90,50%, frekuensi pembelian obat kategori rendah sebesar 85,70%, kategori sedang 14,30%, persentase obat kadaluarsa 0,89% serta persentase stok mati 1,87%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain whether or not the Wijaya Kusuma Clinic's pharmaceutical services correlate with the level of pleasure its BPJS patients report. The data for this study was collected using a quantitative survey method. Outpatients who participated in BPJS Kesehatan at the Wijaya Kusuma Clinic in Tangerang were asked to fill out questionnaires using Google Forms. All patients receiving BPJS as outpatients made up the study population. We used a combination of the non-probability sampling technique and the purposive selection type to select 328 participants for the study. We processed the data using Ms. Excel 2010 and IBM SPSS Statistics version 29. The study's results revealed that the average age of BPJS patients treated in January 2024 was 26-55 years, with a majority of women at 62.5% and male patients at 37.5%. The patient satisfaction survey revealed that 2.1% of respondents were less satisfied, 43.0% were quite happy, 35.4% were satisfied, and 19.5% were delighted. Therefore, we can conclude that a significant proportion of patient satisfaction respondents fell into the "quite satisfied" category. There is a significant association between the pharmaceutical service variable and the patient satisfaction variable, as indicated by the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, as determined by the Spearman rank test. With a level of 0.877, it is pretty powerful. The satisfaction of BPJS patients at the clinic is positively correlated with pharmaceutical treatments.
