Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of price and product quality on consumer choices while purchasing cosmetics in a particular market. The research methodology entails conducting an online survey targeting 100 active users of a marketplace company who have purchased beauty products. The findings indicate that the combination of price and product quality substantially influences purchase choices, accounting for a total contribution of 87.4%. These data suggest that these elements are significant contributors to acquiring cosmetics online. The research suggests that Maybelline's management should prioritize the value dimensions of price and product quality in their marketing tactics. They should focus on techniques that uphold or improve product quality while ensuring competitive prices. This result offers valuable insights for cosmetic companies in navigating the growing competition in the e-commerce market.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman dan arus globalisasi telah memberikan dampak besar terhadap perilaku generasi muda, termasuk munculnya masalah moral seperti menurunnya disiplin, berkurangnya rasa hormat, dan meningkatnya perilaku menyimpang. Pendidikan agama islam bersama layanan bimbingan dan konseling (Bk) memiliki peran startegis untuk membentuk karakter peseta didik, sehingga mereka tidak hanya beriman dan berakhlak mulia. Tetapi juga siap menghadapi dinamika kehidupan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pengintegrasian PAI dalam layanan BK sebagai sarana pengembangan karakter siswa metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur secara analisis terhadap praktik yang diterapkan disekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi PAI-BK efektif sebagai sarana internalisasi nilai moral, pembentukan akhlak, dan penguatan spiritual, sekaligus mendukung pengembangan kecerdasan emosional dan sosial. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi tersebut dapat membentuk peserta didik yang religius, disiplin, empatik, dan adaptif, serta memberikan pedoman bagi guru PAI dan konselor BK dalam merancang program pendidikan karakter Islami yang menyeluruh.

Abstract

Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a major staple food crop in Indonesia whose production is highly vulnerable to flooding stress as a result of climate change. This article presents a systematic–narrative literature review examining scientific publications from the past ten years concerning the morphological and physiological responses of rice plants to flooding stress. The synthesis indicates that the main adaptive mechanisms of rice include the formation of aerenchyma tissue and adventitious roots, regulation of stem elongation (escape and quiescence strategies), and activation of anaerobic metabolism regulated by the SUB1A and SNORKEL1/2 genes. These mechanisms have been reported to enhance plant survival and maintain rice yield by approximately 20–40% compared with flood-intolerant varieties. An integrated understanding of these adaptive responses has important implications for the breeding of flood-tolerant rice varieties, adaptive water management in paddy fields, and the development of cultivation strategies in flood-prone areas to maintain rice production stability and support national food security amid climate change.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product differentiation and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Essentieel Coffee Bandung. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The population referred to in this study is the number of Essentieel customers over the past 1 month. From the results of the discussion about the influence of product differentiation and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Essentieel Coffee Bandung. So the final conclusion of this study is as follows: Product Differentiation and brand image have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Essentieel Coffee Bandung. This is based on the results obtained. This research is still limited to the creation of perceptions based on the marketing theory of Product Differentiation applied by new business people. Then the researcher processes the data from the results of the study and obtains conclusions that can basically be realized or become consideration for the improvement of a new business. Furthermore, researchers can develop and deepen this research in order to obtain other impacts, for example by examining Product Differentiation from the service and product side together so as to give rise to the possibility of new influences between the variables studied.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the influence factors of e-commerce Service Quality Logistics on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. The population in this study are Shopee e-commerce users in Bekasi. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 198 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires via Google form using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method through the AMOS software program to process data. The results showed that Order Accuracy had no positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Order Condition had no positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness had no positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Order Discrepancy Handling had a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction had a positive effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Pada jenjang pendidikan vokasi, khususnya Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), penguatan literasi dan numerasi menjadi kebutuhan strategis karena berkaitan langsung dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Namun demikian, implementasi literasi dan numerasi dalam pembelajaran kejuruan masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama keterbatasan pemahaman guru dalam mengintegrasikannya ke dalam mata pelajaran produktif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memahami, merancang, dan menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan numerasi melalui program pendampingan di SMK Negeri 1 Bonai Darussalam untuk meningkatkaan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, workshop, pendampingan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, implementasi di kelas, serta refleksi dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep literasi dan numerasi, meningkatnya kemampuan menyusun perangkat pembelajaran terintegrasi, serta perubahan sikap guru yang lebih terbuka terhadap inovasi pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil tes yang dilakukan di dapat hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan guru mengenai literasi dan numerasi dari sebelumnya. Dimana pada tes awal hanya 30% guru yang menerapkan literasi dan numerasi dalam pembelajaran. Setelah dilakukan pendampingan maka dapat dilihat peningkatan persentase menunjukan 85% guru sudah memahami konsep penerapan literasi di mata Pelajaran. Hal itu menunjukan adanya peningkatan sebanyak 55% dari sebelumnya. Program ini berkontribusi pada penguatan budaya literasi dan numerasi di sekolah serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di SMK.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low utilization of digital learning media by teachers and students in schools, particularly regarding the use of the Canva application. The study aims to describe the process of mentoring the use of Canva as a digital learning medium by interdisciplinary PLP students and to determine its impact on improving the quality of learning at SMAN 2 Ladongi. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results of the study indicate that the mentoring was implemented through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. This activity was able to improve teachers’ ability to design visual-based learning media as well as enhance students’ skills, creativity, and interest in learning. In addition, PLP students also gained experience in developing pedagogical and professional competencies. Thus, the use of Canva as a digital learning medium can be an effective alternative in creating innovative and interactive learning.
