Big data growth in the healthcare community, accurate analysis of medical data supports early disease detection, patient care and community services. However, the accuracy of the analysis decreases when the quality of the medical data is incomplete. Feature selection is a process that selects a subset of features that are relevant for a predictive modeling problem. This method can identify and remove unnecessary, irrelevant, and redundant attributes from the dataset, which do not contribute to the accuracy of the model or reduce the accuracy of the model. The challenge in research in the field of medical records is in structured and unstructured data which results in a method being needed to assist the algorithm in selecting good features. This paper provides an overview of the proposed hybrid method that can be used for feature selection algorithms in the field of medical records.

Feature selection in medical records is necessary because the data usually contains many irrelevant features and noise. Electronic Health Record, abbreviated as EHR, makes it possible to analyze large amounts of medical data. A Genetic Algorithm is widely used for feature selection because it has the ability or potential for global optimization of the selected features. Genetic Algorithm-based methods include many iterations (generations) in the crossover process, and mutation can produce new individuals because the Genetic Algorithm adopts a fitness value to represent how ''good'' the resulting individual is. The problem with heuristic algorithms is those simple genetic algorithms are not for processing high-dimensional data. Genetic algorithms in solution search techniques always get local optimum solutions which can cause failure to obtain optimal solutions during random searches. From these limitations, developing and improving genetic algorithms for feature selection on clinical data is necessary. First, sort the features based on the feature evaluation criteria to exclude irrelevant features through the fitness process in the evaluation with the accuracy value of the Support Vector Machine calculation. This way reduces the number of features and results in optimal features. Then to get the optimal solution, it is necessary to optimize the subset features that have been selected using a machine learning algorithm that determines the best parameters using a genetic algorithm.

This study aims to find out the design of information analysis system completeness of filling medical records sheets by using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2010 Hospital X. Research method used is qualitative method with descriptive approach, while the method of developing data collection techniques used is waterfall method. The results of the research conducted found problems that are standard operating procedures related to filling medical records that have been established but in the implementation has not gone well, The management of data analysis completeness of filling medical records sheet is still using manual, There are still unfilled and incomplete medical records. The advice given is to build an effective and integrated information system, Implement a complete information system filling medical records sheets, Give advice to doctors or health workers to always complete medical records. The research results conclude that the standard of operational procedures (SOP) related to the completeness of filling medical records already exists but the implementation has not gone well. Analysis of medical records is still done manually, as well as in the creation of a report recapitulating the completeness of medical records. By implementing a completeness analysis system following the SOP that has been established by the hospital and building the design of a computerized information system to facilitate the analysis of the completeness of medical records filling sheets in Hospital X.

E-Government is often used as a framework in carrying out government operations, by utilizing the help of information and communication technology, which has been growing rapidly. The Regional Property Management is a form of Government to Government that manages management from headquarters to regional offices. The process of designing the architectural system is intended to assist the Regional Property Management Systems adjusted with 13 Cycles Regional Property Management based on Permendagri No. 17 of 2007. The method used in designing the Information System Architecture is the method of Unified Software Development Process. This method is used to building a framework that is used to developing an application. The process of Software development is divided into several phases, in which in each phases is carried out several stages repeatedly. The research process is done by designing the architecture information system of the region's property management system about planning and budgeting, which still refers to government regulation. Keywords— government to government, system architecture, Unified Software Development Process, framework.

Technology that develops very rapidly brings many changes, especially in the development of medical records in hospitals that are increasing. Electronic medical records bring many benefits, one of which is improving the quality of services in hospitals. The medical records used at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital are mostly electronic-based, including reporting. However, problems were found in the medical record installation, namely, there were several reports that had not been managed optimally. This is because reporting still uses google spreadsheets which requires data to be moved manually one by one, so it takes a long time, and the quality of reporting becomes less accurate. A real example of this problem can be seen in the process of reporting patient Mortalitys. Meanwhile, accurate and systematic reporting of Mortality data is essential in supporting decision-making in hospitals. Therefore, the design of a patient Mortality reporting information system is urgently needed to make time efficient and improve the quality of reports. The method used in designing this system is extreme programming and web-based. The results of this information system design are able to shorten the time to make Mortality reports and can produce accurate data

Puskesmas merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan warga serta upaya kesehatan perseorangan tingkatan awal dengan lebih mengutamakan upaya promosi kesehatan serta pencegahan penyakit di daerah kerjanya. Masalah yang terjadi dalam pencatatan kunjungan harian pasien rawat jalan dipuskesmas masih dikerjakan secara manual, sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan akan terjadinya kekeliruan dalam pencatatan kunjungan harian pasien. Selain itu, dalam membuat laporan bulanan petugas menghitung satu-persatu jumlah kunjungan pasien pada hari itu secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang Program Sistem Informasi kunjungan harian pasien menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 untuk mempermudah petugas dalam pencatatan dan pelaporanya setiap bulan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak air terjun / Waterfall. Hasil akhir dari perancangan sistem ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi kunjungan harian pasien menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 yang diharapkan akan memudahkan dalam pencatatan dan pelapooran kunjungan harian pasien karena sudah terkomputerisasi.

Sistem informasi peminjaman dan pengembalian rekam medis di rumah sakit XYZ masih dilakukan secara manual di mana Penginputan data peminjaman menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan pencatatan data pengembalian dilakukan secara tertulis menggunakan buku, hal ini menyebabkan lamanya waktu proses penyediaan rekam medis sehingga dinilai masih belum efektif dan efisien. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan perancangan sistem informasi peminjaman dan pengembalian yang dapat mempercepat proses penyediaan rekam medis. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode perancangan menggunakan System Development Life Cycle dengan model waterfall. Sistem Informasi peminjaman dan pengembalian rekam medis yang telah di buat ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dapat membantu petugas untuk meningkatkan waktu penyediaan berkas rekam medis sehingga dapat memenuhi standar pelayanan minimal rekam medis. Kata Kunci : Peminjaman dan Pengembalian Rekam Medis, Rekam Medis, Sistem Informasi.

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk merancang sebuah Sistem Pelaporan Rawat Jalan dengan Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 di Puskesmas Pangalengan DTP. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Perolehan informasi dari penelitian ini melalui berbagai metode diantaranya riset, konsultasi dan studi literatur serta metode waterfall sebagai metode pengembangannya. Sistem ini dirancang dengan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 dan media penyimpanan menggunakan Microsoft Access. Hasil diharapkan, membantu petugas dalam melakukan statistik pasien dan penanganan pelaporan rawat jalan sehingga pelaporan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Salah satu bentuk pelaporan di rumah sakit adalah pelaporan morbiditas pasien rawat inap (RL 4A), dalam proses pembuatan laporan morbiditas di Rumah sakit umum kebon jati masih mengalami kendala. Salah satu kendala dalam pembuatan laporan RL 4A adalah berkas rekam medis rawat inap yang belum terisi lengkap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi berbasis elektronik untuk pelaporan morbiditas pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit. Dalam pembahasan ini, penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Untuk mengumpulkan sampel masalah, penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Petugas pelaporan menjadi subjek penelitian, sementara objek penelitian adalah data morbiditas pasien rawat inap. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di rumah sakit umum kebon jati, menunjukan bahwa proses pembuatan laporan morbiditas rawat inap masih manual menggunakan kertas sensus sehingga pekerjaan menjadi lebih lama dan sering terjadinya keterlambatan penyerahan laporan.

This research was conducted considering that there are still many problems regarding the completeness of medical records, especially for BPJS patients. The number of incomplete filling of medical records and the inaccuracies in the medical record completeness analysis report. The inaccuracy of the data causes miscommunication between doctors and medical record officers. Also, notes about the incompleteness of medical records that doctors need to complete are still done conventionally so they are prone to being lost and unreadable. This study aims to design an electronic medical record information system design to support the reporting of medical record completeness. The research method used is qualitative and data obtained from observations, interviews, literature studies, and software development with Extreme Programming method. This research produces a system that can help officers and doctors to access data on the results of BPJS patient medical record analysis, including information about incompleteness. This can prevent data inaccuracies and ensure officers and doctors know the latest information about the completeness of medical records as a requirement for BPJS claims. This system can also help improve the performance of officers in processing medical record analysis data and produce reports that are more accurate and efficient than the system used previously.
