Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi mempengaruhi banyak aspek, salah satunya adalah aspek ekonomi. Persaingan antar pelaku usaha semakin ketat. agar dapat bersaing di pasar, diperlukan upaya peningkatan kualitas kerja, kualitas pelayanan dan akurasi data. Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada perusahaan mini market masih belum optimal yaitu menggunakan buku pengawasan yang dibuat menggunakan microsoft excel sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan karena lupa mencatat dan waktu yang digunakan juga tidak efisien. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sistem informasi akuntansi kas kecil berbasis object oriented dengan menggunakan UML dan diimplementasikan ke dalam bahasa pemrograman visual dengan tujuan untuk memberikan kebutuhan pengelolaan data keuangan kas kecil pada perusahaan retail dan menghasilkan pelaporan yang dibutuhkan secara lebih efektif dan efisien.

Heart disease is one of the deadliest diseases in and is the number one killer in the world so many studies are carried out to contribute to predicting a person's heart disease. This study aims to help create an early heart disease prediction model from the UCI Machine Learning Repository dataset. The method proposed in this study is a deep learning technique that applies an artificial neural network algorithm with a hidden layer technique in making a heart disease prediction model. This research stage found problems in improving the accuracy of the datasets used by dealing with problems in pre-processing data, such as missing data and determining the form of data correlation. The model was then tested through a heart disease dataset and yielded 90% accuracy. With the creation of this prediction model with python programming, it is hoped that in addition to helping to make disease predictions, it can also provide further innovations in data science in the health sector.

The objective of this study is to use object-oriented programming to develop an insurance patient visit information system. A qualitative research strategy with a descriptive focus was adopted in this study. A qualitative research strategy with a descriptive focus was adopted in this study. Both observation and a literature review are employed as the data-gathering techniques. Software modeling is done using the Unified Modeling Language and the v-model software development process. The issues identified are as follows: reporting insurance patients is only sometimes ideal, and Delays frequently occur when insurance patient final reports are submitted. The creation of more effective information systems and the use of information technology to create accounts to make them simpler and ensure that the final report of insurance patient visits is not delayed are suggestions made.

The impact of social media in assessing a product's brand strength can no longer be ignored. The purpose of this paper is to describe Sorai Steamboat n Grill's community service efforts. To make it easier for MSMEs to advertise their products, marketing kits in the shape of logos, business cards, posters, and other promotional media are created. A marketing kit is an effective instrument for initiating product promotion operations. The requirements research, planning, creation of marketing kits, and mentoring of MSMEs are all part of the community service stage.The marketing kit was created without a hitch owing to the proprietor of Sorai Steamboat n Grill's helpful cooperation. The number of Instagram followers grew, the brand was strengthened, and revenue increased as a result of this action.

The design of an outpatient visit information system is a form of need for the hospital system which is believed to provide convenience for medical record officers in analyzing outpatient visit data. I hope that with the outpatient information system it can be easier to access data and store data. The outpatient visit system is not computerized and officers need to re-enter visit data to manage patient visit data and this is quite time-consuming which causes the information produced to be slow, less accurate and irrelevant. For this reason, researchers evaluate the existing work system at the hospital order to improve good system governance. Researchers use Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 determining the program. The results in this system are that initial introduction to prospective system users, a performance evaluation is carried out to anticipate changes information needs the future and is more thorough in lending and storing medical record files.

This study aimed to design and create an outpatient medical record retention information system at The X Hospital. The results of research conducted, found several problems faced by the health center. It’s hard to find active and inactive medical record data, so the medical record data that are retained or inactive is unknown. The research method used is a qualitative approach that is supported by data collection techniques, using observation, interviews, and library research. The development method used is the waterfall method assisted by the design of Data Flow Diagrams. This system is based on a desktop that uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a programming language and uses the Microsoft Office Access 2013 database. Based on the problems above, the writer tries to give some suggestions, including (1) the Need development of information systems technology that the author will design. (2) Integration of health information systems to obtain efficient and effective performance.

Completeness of filling in a medical record is very important because medical records are written evidence, especially on a medical resume sheet. Medical Resume are often used for the benefit of BPJS claims, other insurance, and currently, claims of the covid-19 patient require a complete medical resume. As the result of the research conducted there are several problems regarding the completeness of the medical resume: 1). Reporting is done manually by checking one by one paper-based medical record, 2). Report that has not been made for 2 years, 3). There are many incomplete medical resumes. This study uses a qualitative method through a descriptive, and a data collection technique used is observation. To overcome the problems that occur regarding the completeness of medical resumes at RSIA Humana Prima Bandung, the author has a solution by making a Medical Resume Complete Information System Design using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2010 as database. The development method used is the waterfall method.

The purpose of the research is to design a sales accounting information system in CV Vidi Sukses Berkah. The method of collecting data is through observation, interviews and literature studies relating to the subject matter of the research conducted. The problem found is that the sales system still uses a manual system where sales transaction data is still handwritten in the form of notes on notes, resulting in frequent damage to data such as torn or dirty notes. Therefore, a desktop-based sales information system was designed using the waterfall model system development method and tools such as Flowmap, DFD and ERD. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that with a sales information system the company can streamline the process of managing fabric sales transactions, improving customer service and controlling sales transactions directly because of automatic reports presented by the system with daily periods.

Penerapan sistem pengarsipan secara digitalisasi sangatlah penting demi menunjang keefektifan kinerja pada rumah sakit X di Kota Bandung. Visum et repertum merupakan salah satu dokumen yang harus di arsipkan secara digital, mengingat fungsi pentingnya sebagai bahan pembuktian dalam perkara hukum. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merancang sistem pengarsipan secara digitalisasi pada visum et repertum di rumah sakit X di Kota Bandung untuk meningkatkan kualitas penyimpanan serta pengefektifan waktu pengarsipan berkas visum et repertum. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem pengarsipan visum et repertum ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Observasi dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, dan Metode RAD dipilih untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak. Dalam merancang aplikasi ini, MySQL digunakan sebagai database dan Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Pengujian yang dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing setelah dinyatakan berhasil, maka akan mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai pada setiap komponen yang diuji. Hasil dari perancangan ini dapat menghasilkan sistem pengarsipan visum et repertum di Rumah Sakit X di Kota Bandung berbasis digital untuk menunjang sistem mengarsipan yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis yang dapat digunakan untuk melaporkan imunisasi vaksin pada bayi baru lahir di RSIA Limijati Bandung. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta tinjauan pustaka dan metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini metode V-Model dengan menggunakan aplikasi visual studio 2010. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dibuatencangkup informasi pengolahan dan pelaporan data vaksinasi di Rumah Sakit sehingga tenaga medis dapat melaporkan hasilnya secara cepat dan akurat kepada dinas Kesehatan. Dalam proses penelitian permasalahan terkait pencampuran data vaksin bayi baru lahir dengan data anak dewasa sehingga menyulitkan pelaporan yang spesifik dilakukan secara manual. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan medis dengan melaporkan imunisasi vaksin bayi baru lahir secara efisien dan akurat.
