Abstract

The leverage of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance is a scientific literature review article. The aim of writing this literature review article is to obtain a hypothesis of the influence between variables so that it can be used in further research in the realm of Performance Management. The technique used in writing articles is library research, which is obtained from online media sources such as Google Scholar and other online learning media and uses qualitative analysis techniques. The results obtained in the literature review article are: 1. Organizational culture influences employee performance; 2. Work discipline influences employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to test whether Service Quality and Promotion influence Purchasing Decisions. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this research is consumers of PT JNE Tomang, West Jakarta. The sample used in this research used Accidental Sampling with the Slovin formula calculation, namely 100 respondents were obtained. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 The analysis method used is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, r-Square test, f-square test and hypothesis test. The research results show that service quality has no effect on purchasing decisions with t-statistics = 1.439 < t-table = 1.978, but there is a positive and significant influence between promotions on purchasing decisions with the calculated value of t-statistics = 4.781 > t-table = 1.978. This shows that the better the promotion given, the better the decision to purchase services on JNE expeditions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using the SPSS 24 application. The number of samples in this research is 37 respondents who are service and archives employees at the Population and Civil Registration Service of DKI Jakarta Province. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that: (1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of work discipline and work motivation to employee performance is 0.545 or 54.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of Job Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Setia Asih Subdistrict Office, Tarumajaya District. This type of research is quantitative. The sample used was 35 respondents from Setia Asih Village, Tarumajaya District. To test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the research that has been carried out are that the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the test results and data analysis for the Job Training variable, it was obtained that the t-value was 2.489 > 1.692 (t-table) with a sig of 0.018 < 0.05, meaning that Job Training (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Then the Work Discipline variable obtained a t-count value of 4.008 > 1.692 (t-table) with a sig of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) and it is known that the f-count is 18.930 > 3.295 (Ftable) with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 that simultaneously Job Training (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the influence of the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Work Motivation at PT Pilot Pen Indonesia. This research produces variables that influence each other with this brief explanation, namely: 1). In the Work Environment variable, it obtained a significant value of 0.008 < 0.05 with a calculated t value of 2,691 > t table 1.657, so it means that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. 2). In the Organizational Culture variable, a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained with a calculated t value of 11,134 > t table 1.657, so it means that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. 3). The Work Environment and Organizational Culture variables obtained a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 with a calculated f value of 182,560 > f table 3.070 so that H1 and H2 were accepted, and a coefficient of determination value of 0.757 or 75.7% was obtained, meaning that the Environment Work and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. With the remaining 24.3% being influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Training and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on Employee Performance at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading. This study uses a quantitative research method. In the specified sample, the author uses the Slovin Formula and the sample used is 88 SMKG employee respondents whose work is related to K3. Testing was carried out using SPSS software version 26. The results of the research that has been carried out are that both partially and simultaneously job training and occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitiannya bertujuan agar menguji apakah Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitiannya ini adalah Karyawan PT Kapitol Era Mas 2023 Divisi Marketing. Jenis penelitian merupakan kuantitatif. Teknik penelitiannya adalah Cluster Sampling menggunakan rumus Cochran dimana jumlah sampel 75 Responden. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner ialah Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data dilaksanakan menerapkan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitiannya membuktikan bahwa secara parsial adanya pengaruh antara variabel Beban Kerja terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan namun adanya pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan serta secara simultan berpengaruh antara Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji “Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Work-Life Balance Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan di PT XX)”. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT XX. Alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner dengan64 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengembangan Karir (X1) dan Work-Life Balance (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT XX.

Abstract

Review Article: Leadership and Work Environment Impact Employee Performance. A scientific article that generates research hypotheses on variable interactions for Performance Management research. This Literature Review article used Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online platforms for literature research. This Literature Review concludes: 1) Leadership; 2) Work environment; 3) Leadership's impact on employee performance. These two exogenous variables affect motivation and performance, along with many others like organizational culture, job satisfaction, and workload. Many other factors, such as effective leadership and work environment, affect motivation and performance in addition to the two exogenous variables

Abstract

Inventory control is one of the important problems faced by companies. Large and small inventories will also cause problems for the company. The aim of this research is to provide suggestions for the best method at PT Sriwijaya Abadi Solusindo for optimizing Thermal Label inventory and to provide order frequency and provide a good level of reorder point and safety stock for ordering Thermal Labels at PT Sriwijaya Abadi Solusindo. By using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Period Order Quantity (POQ) methods, companies can reduce shipping and inventory storage costs to a minimum. The results of the analysis carried out a comparison between the total costs incurred using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Period Order Quantity (POQ) methods, it was obtained that the inventory costs between the total costs of PT Sriwijaya Abadi Solusindo and the total costs of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method were IDR 2,669. 210.34, and the total cost using the Period Order Quantity (POQ) method is Rp. 22,344,634. So it can be concluded that the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is the most effective for reducing ordering and storage costs when compared to the Period Order Quantity (POQ) method.
