Abstract

Pangkalpinang is the capital of Bangka Belitung Province by occupied most Melayu people with a rich culture. There are a number of cultures Pangkalpinang public relates to context learning mathematics. However, not many of the teachers in Pangkalpinang apply culture in learning mathematics. Whereas culture can be a starting point in learning mathematics. So the aim of the research for explore local wisdom quantity mathematics language public melayu Pangkalpinang which can used starting point in learning mathematics. The research used an exploration method with an approach of ethnography sourced from a literature review, field observation, and interviews with elders or the public who live in the area research place. Analysis of data through reduction data, presentation data, and concluding. The stages of research with a beginning observation about the context of public culture who made starting point learning. The next is the research theme which explores the language culture melayu Pangkalpinang public with related ethnomathematics, the next determine data source, data collection, analysis data, and drafting report and reflection. The result of the research shows that there is a quantity of language mathematics used by the Pangkalpinag public, and that matter can become a starting point in learning mathematics. Quantity language covers units, tens, twenties, hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, and millions, and also produces fractional numbers and indefinite numbers.

Abstract

Numeracy is part of learning mathematics and cannot be separated from everyday life. This research aims to find out how to improve numeracy skills with PBL model assisted by paper mode quizizz on number content. The research method used is class action research method. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students in one of the public elementary schools in Dendang District. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests, observations, and questionnaires. The test data analysis technique was carried out quantitatively using N-gain, observations using qualitative descriptive, and questionnaires quantitatively. Based on the results of the study, the PBL model with the help of using the quizizz application can improve numeracy skills in students. This is evidenced by the results of tests conducted on pretest, cycle I, cycle II, and posttest.  The pretest results got an average score of 37.8, in cycle I it reached 68.9, in cycle II it reached 81.1, and experienced an increase in student posttest results with an average of 87.7. The results of the questionnaire showed that the fifth grade students of SD Negeri gave a positive response to the implementation of learning with a percentage of 97.8%. Thus, the conclusion of this study is that the PBL model assisted by the quizizz application on number content can improve numeracy skills in students. Numerasi merupakan bagian dari pembelajaran matematika dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui  bagaimana  meningkatkan  kemampuan  numerasi  dengan model PBL berbantuan quizizz mode kertas pada konten bilangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di salah satu SD Negeri di Kecamatan Dendang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui tes, pengamatan, dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data tes dilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan N-gain, pengamatan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, dan kuisioner secara kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil  penelitian, model PBL dengan bantuan penggunaan aplikasi quizizz dapat meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi pada siswa. Hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui hasil tes dilakukan pada pretest, siklus I, siklus II, dan posttest.  Hasil pretest mendapat nilai rata-rata 37,8, pada siklus I mencapai 68,9, pada siklus II mencapai 81,1, dan mengalami kenaikan hasil posttest siswa dengan rata-rata 87,7. Adapun hasil kuisioner menunjukkan siswa kelas V SD Negeri  memberikan respons positif terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran yakni persentase sebesar 97, 8%. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model PBL berbantuan aplikasi quizizz pada konten bilangan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi pada siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran Abad 21 menuntut peserta didik: aktif berkolaborasi, kreatif, komunikatif, memiliki inisiatif tinggi. Untuk dapat menciptakan pembelajaran tersebut, diperlukan keterampilan mengajar seorang guru yang mengintegrasikan literasi, pengetahuan dengan bantuan teknologi. Kelemahan pembelajaran selama ini yang telah dilakukan, aktivitas belajar siswa terjebak pada alur pembelajaran yang termuat di dalam buku pegangan guru maupun siswa sehingga tidak adanya variasi dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya kolaborasi antarguru agar memberikan sumbangsih kreativitas dalam pembelajaran sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tercapai dan siswa memiliki keterampilan yang diharapkan. PkM ini bertujuan untuk: a. meningkatkan pengetahuan guru-guru Ismuba tentang Lesson Study; b. Meningkatkan keterampilan guru-guru Ismuba dalam menciptakan inovasi pembelajaran berbasis TPACK melalui praktik lesson study. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah service learning berbasis Lesson Study, yaitu plan-do-see. Peserta pelatihan merupakan guru-guru SD Muhammadiyah yang membidangi mata pelajaran Al Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, dan Bahasa Arab sebanyak 7 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 3 hari pada tangal 13—15 Mei 2024. Hasil yang diperoleh: a. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan perolehan pengetahuan melalui tes tertulis awal dan tes tertulis akhir diperoleh nilai di atas rata-rata sebanyak 6 orang dari 7 orang peserta, b. Keterampilan guru-guru Ismuba dalam kegiatan merencanakan, melaksanakan-mengobservasi, dan merefleksikan pembelajaran berada di kategori sangat baik. Kata kunci: lesson study; TPACK; ismuba, pembelajaran abad 21; kompetensi pedagogik Abstract 21st century learning requires students to: actively collaborate, be creative, communicative, have high initiative. to be able to create this learning, a teacher's teaching skills are needed that integrate literacy, knowledge with the help of technology. the weakness of the learning that has been carried out so far is that student learning activities are stuck in the learning flow contained in the teacher and student handbooks so that there is no variation in learning. therefore, it is important for collaboration between teachers to contribute to creativity in learning so that learning objectives are achieved and students have the expected skills. this pkm aims to: a.  increasing ismuba teachers' knowledge about lesson study; b. improving the skills of ismuba teachers in creating tpack-based learning innovations through lesson study practice. the implementation method used is lesson study-based service learning, namely plan-do-see. the training participants were 7 muhammadiyah elementary school teachers who specialized in al-islam, muhammadiyah and arabic subjects. activities were carried out for 3 days on 13-15 may 2024. results obtained: a. based on the results of a comparison of knowledge acquisition through the initial written test and the final written test, scores above the average were obtained for 6 out of 7 participants, b. the skills of ismuba teachers in planning, implementing-observing and reflecting on learning are in the very good category. keywords: lesson study; tpack; ismuba, 21st century learning; pedagogic competence
