Abstract

Abstract: This research highlights the significance of information technology in producing relevant, accurate, and timely information as the foundation for strategic knowledge in decision-making. Applications, as software, play a vital role in presenting information tailored to user needs, based on provided input data. Flutter, serving as an SDK for mobile app development, brings superior capabilities in cross-platform application development. The development of a mobile application for Fruit Garden Tourism Information System in Sidoarjo using Flutter aims to facilitate the search for fruit garden tourism spots based on user preferences and provide detailed information about those locations. The objective is to assist the community in discovering and enjoying fruit garden tourism in Sidoarjo. In the testing process, the black-box method is utilized to identify system weaknesses, validate the congruence of executed data with inputs, and prevent potential deficiencies and errors in the application before user deployment. In the testing process, the application has successfully passed tests for its interface and all provided features with success. Keywords: application; flutter; fruit garden tourism; information technology. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggambarkan pentingnya teknologi informasi dalam menghasilkan informasi yang relevan, akurat, dan waktu tepat sebagai dasar pengetahuan strategis untuk pengambilan keputusan. Aplikasi, sebagai perangkat lunak, memiliki peran vital dalam menyajikan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, berlandaskan pada data masukan yang diberikan. Flutter, sebagai SDK untuk pembuatan aplikasi mobile, menghadirkan kemampuan unggul dalam pengembangan aplikasi lintas platform. Pengembangan aplikasi mobile untuk Sistem Informasi Wisata Kebun Buah di Sidoarjo menggunakan Flutter bertujuan memudahkan pencarian tempat wisata kebun buah sesuai preferensi pengguna dan menyediakan informasi yang terperinci tentang lokasi tersebut. Tujuannya adalah memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam menemukan dan menikmati wisata kebun buah di Sidoarjo. Dalam proses pengujian, metode black box digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan sistem, memvalidasi kesesuaian data yang dieksekusi dengan yang dimasukkan, serta mencegah potensi kekurangan dan kesalahan dalam aplikasi sebelum digunakan oleh pengguna. Pada proses pengujian, aplikasi telah berhasil melewati pengujian untuk aspek tampilan dan seluruh fitur yang disediakan dengan sukses. Kata kunci: aplikasi; flutter; teknologi informasi; wisata kebun buah.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a WebGIS platform to provide accurate information about disabled-friendly public facilities and service locations in Sidoarjo, Indonesia, using 2018 Susenas data on disability prevalence. The method involves data input by administrators and data access by users. The resulting WebGIS-based map of public facilities for persons with disabilities is accessible online. The system facilitates easy location-based access to physical accessibility facilities, infrastructure, and disability-friendly public services. The implications of this study include improved access to education, healthcare, and public facilities for individuals with disabilities in Sidoarjo, thus contributing to a more inclusive society. Highlights: Sidoarjo, Indonesia, using 2018 Susenas data on disability prevalence. Enabled easy access to accurate information about physical accessibility facilities, infrastructure, and disability-friendly public services. Improved access to education, healthcare, and public facilities for individuals with disabilities in Sidoarjo, contributing to a more inclusive society.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing an information system to address the issue of long queues and patient discomfort in health services at hospitals or clinics. The study utilizes the waterfall method, applying sequential and systematic stages in software development. The result is an online queue information system accessed through a website, enabling patients to register online and view real-time doctor appointments from the comfort of their homes. The system aims to reduce waiting times and improve patient satisfaction in obtaining healthcare services. Highlights: Development of a website-based online queue information system to address queueing issues in health services. Utilization of the waterfall method in the sequential and systematic software development process. The system's positive impact on reducing waiting times and improving patient satisfaction in accessing healthcare services.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a website-based activity and cash information system for mosque management, aiming to overcome the inefficiency of using printed pamphlets for announcing religious activities. The study adapts the waterfall development model to design the system, with questionnaire testing using a Likert scale to evaluate the system's effectiveness. The case study was conducted at Al-Hikmah Mosque in Sidoarjo, involving 8 mosque administrators and 2 mosque imams. The results indicated that the software functions as expected, providing an efficient and accurate means of disseminating mosque activity and cash information, reducing the need for manual notifications. The system received a total score of 72.25% and was considered eligible for use. Highlights: Mosques serve as important centers for Islamic da'wah and religious activities. Traditional methods of announcing activities, such as printed pamphlets, can be costly and inefficient. The development of an activity and cash information system can help mosques streamline their communication and financial management processes.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini sangat diperlukan dalam pembangunan dibidang industri. Penulis membuat Tugas Akhir ini berdasarkan hasil riset dan penelitian dari CV. Wellchem Teknika. CV ini adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pelumas mesin pabrik. Semakin meningkatnya penjualan di CV ini maka, timbul permasalahan yang terjadi karena sistem yang digunakan masih manual. Sehingga perlu dibuatkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk dapat menangani masalah yang timbul pada proses penjualan dan juga sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi. Maka dari itu, Penulis merancang suatu sistem penjualan barang secara terkomputerisasi mulai dari proses menginputkan data barang, transaksi penjualan dan pencetakan laporan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based multilingual language learning media using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This system supports learning five languages, namely English, Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, and English, through various features such as material management, quizzes, lectures, language levels, and integration with Telegram groups. RAD is used to accelerate the development process by enabling active participation of users in all departments. This study found that web-based language learning media meets user needs and provides an interactive learning experience, collaboration, and personal learning. This media is also equipped with intuitive navigation and clear visuals. This study makes a significant contribution to the development of multilingual language learning media and is an effective solution to improve the quality of global language learning. The application of the RAD method is efficient and can be applied to system development. For broader development, analytical learning and integration with external platforms can improve system functionality.

Abstract

General Background: Social media platforms provide extensive public opinion data that can be utilized to understand perceptions of tourism destinations. Specific Background: YouTube comments related to Lapindo Mud tourism contain diverse viewpoints reflecting visitors’ experiences and societal responses to the site. Knowledge Gap: Limited studies analyze public sentiment toward disaster-related tourism destinations using machine learning–based text mining approaches. Aims: This study classifies YouTube user comments to identify sentiment patterns regarding Lapindo Mud tourism using TF-IDF weighting and the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm. Results: From 520 labeled comments, the model achieved 78% accuracy, with higher precision and recall in identifying negative sentiment than positive sentiment. Novelty: The study integrates sentiment analysis, expert-based labeling, and tourism perception assessment to examine how digital discourse represents a disaster-turned-tourism site. Implications: Findings provide insights for tourism stakeholders and local authorities to understand public perception and inform strategies for managing the image and communication of Lapindo Mud as a tourism destination.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to build an information system for Land Certification in the Land Office of Sidoarjo Regency. This information system is a form of development in facilitating prospective applicants for making land easier and faster. To support the performance of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office staff and make it easier for users to make land certificates. In this study, the method used was SDLC according to Ian Sommerville (2011). The cycle of stages contains requirement definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, operation and maintenance so that the implementation can be maximized. The results of this study have built a Land Certification-based information system which greatly facilitates the performance of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office staff. The conclusion from the research and discussion is that the Land Certification information system is running well and smoothly. With the existence of a land information system, it is hoped that it can help the work of BPN office officers, so that the efficiency and effectiveness of service performance can be improved as well as accelerating officer services for land-making transactions in Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

Voting in a democratic country is an important part of the means of choosing leaders. The village head election process in Indonesia still uses conventional voting methods, namely using ballot paper media in the election process. Voting that is carried out conventionally has several obstacles, including the lack of guaranteeing the authenticity of voters' votes, so that people think the results of voting results are often manipulated. In addition conventional selection is deemed inaccurate and time-consuming and costly. In this study the aim of this research is to design an information system e-voting that can be used for the Election of the Village Head of Cemandi, Sedati, Sidoarjo, East Java, where by using this system the election process becomes easier by ensuring the accuracy of the vote count. This system development method uses the model of software engineering waterfall. The test results blackbox show that the functions of the features in the system are running well. Based on the UAT test, the system received an average percentage rate of 86%.

Abstract

Sidoarjo is one of the regencies that is developing in a forward direction. This is known by the increase in the tourism sector and Small and Medium Enterprises. One of them is Sidoarjo leather handicraft. UD Qory Jaya is a business actor in the leather retail industry. Orders that continue to increase make the turnover of goods uneven resulting in a buildup of stock in stores. Due to these problems the compilers took the initiative to deliver messages by carrying out a method of processing data using the Apriori algorithm. This method is used to maximize the sales potential of a combination system of goods so that the target item for sale is appropriate. From the results of research conducted by testing a minimum support of 15% and a minimum of 20% confidence, the association rules are produced if you buy a slingbag then buy men's leather shoes and vice versa. And from the test results with a minimum support of 70% and a minimum confidence of 70% an association rule is not generated because the existing data does not exceed the minimum value of support and minimum confidence. With the implementation of this method, researchers hope to have a better impact for developing future marketing strategies based on previously researched data.
