Abstract

This study proposes a method of searching for broccoli quality based on imagery using the Fuzzy K-nearest neighbor (F-KNN). Broccoli is used because it is a type of herbaceous vegetable that has a unique color and shape so visual assessment is still limited. The data used in this study were taken from 2 cities in Indonesia, Pasuruan and Malang Regency which consisted of good quality and bad quality. The total data used is 120, each quality comprising 60 images. In the pre-processing process, several stages are carried out to proceed to the next process. Feature extraction is done through algorithms, namely HSI (Hue, Saturation, and Intensity) and LBP (Local Binary Pattern), which are then divided into training and testing data. F-KNN is used as a classification. The accuracy obtained from this study reached 94.4%. This value indicates that the use of both feature extraction and classification algorithms produces good accuracy in the training and testing data with a 40:60 scenario. This result showed the potential of the feature extraction and F-KNN algorithm when classifying a large number of broccoli qualities.

Abstract

The driving wheel of the state's economy Alignment to small farmers must also be demonstrated by optimizing the role of extension workers. Agricultural extension workers can take advantage of digital information technology so that assistance can be done anytime and anywhere. Therefore, an application for an Android-based online forum and learning forum is needed to make it easier for farmers to get learning information about PEST management, nurseries and planting. With technology that supports learning, counseling, online forums, it is hoped that it will facilitate communication during the Covid-19 pandemic. is an online learning media application for farmers. Where farmers can see learning videos, bibliography, agricultural material, extension videos, discussions with farming communities and questions and answers with agricultural experts from both the government and universities. Due to the Covid pandemic, counseling communication was somewhat hampered. This application is built using the PHP, Java and MySQL programming languages. With this application, it is hoped that it will facilitate the process of learning, counseling and consulting by farmers

Abstract

The role of digital transformation facilitates bureaucratic services in the village. Current technological developments bring many changes to various aspects, including the aspect of public administration services, one of which is online correspondence services which are useful for improving the village government management system so that it can work efficiently and effectively. So far, in Wonosari Village, correspondence services such as birth certificates, certificates of good behavior, transfer certificates and other letters are still done manually so it takes a long time. Therefore, a Web-based Correspondence Application was built in Wonosari Village. Where in this application consists of a menu of master data, Master Letters, Reporting, Validation of Letters and user settings. This application is built using the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. With this Web-based correspondence application, it is hoped that it will simplify and speed up the correspondence administration process at the village government level.

Abstract

Kapal selam merupakan jenis kapal yang memiliki kemampuan untuk beroperasi dibawah permukaan air. Dengan kemampuanya untuk bergerak tanpa terdeteksi dan mendekati wilayah musuh secara rahasia,kapal selam memainkan peran vital dalam menjaga kedaultan laut. Kapal selam KRI Pasopati 410 merupakan salah satu armada Angkatan laut Indonesia yang dibuat oleh Uni Soviet pada tahun 1952. Ada teknologi kapal selam pasopati yaitu teknologi Periskop Dan teknologi Sonar. Dalam menghadapi kemajuan teknologi kapal selam, penting untuk memastikan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat sejalan dengan perkembangan tersebut. Sayangnya, kenyataanya adalah pemahaman tersebut masih terbatas. oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu solusi inovatif yang mampu mengatasi hambatan ini secara efektif dan menyampaikan pengetahuan tentang teknologi kapal selam kepada masyarakat. maka untuk mempermudah masyarakat mengetahui pengetahuan teknologi kapal selam pasopati penulis menggunakan teknologi augmented reality teknologi yang menggabungkan dunia fisik dengan elemen-elemen digital,menciptakan pengalaman pengguna yang menyatu antara dunia nyata dan virtual.

Abstract

Ujaran kebencian merupakan salah satu bentuk ekspresi yang menghasut, menyebarkan, membenarkan, atau mendorong kebencian, diksriminasi serta kekerasan atas individu dan kelompok sebab berbagai alasan. Hate speech biasanya ditemukan pada sosial media yang terhubung dengan internet, salah satunya pada penelitian ini melalui sosial media twitter dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes Classifier. Dataset yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 1800 data berlabel bukan ujaran kebencian dan 2250 data berlabel ujaran kebencian dengan perbandinghan 60% data latih dan 40% data uji. Hasil evaluasi data uji dengan confusion matrix diperoleh pengukuran matrix mean accuracy for hate speech classification 0,89 dan matrix mean accuracy for emotion classification 0,59. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa untuk melakukan klasifikasi hate speech dan emosi pada Twitter menggunakan Naïve Bayes hasil paling bagus dengan Confusion Matrix tanpa melakukan seleksi fitur Information Gain.

Abstract

Pemilik peternakan sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama terkait dengan pembiayaan. Mendapatkan modal yang cukup untuk mengembangkan atau mengoperasikan peternakan kambing sering kali menjadi hambatan utama bagi para peternak. Pengembangan Platform Crowdfunding Berbasis Web menggunakan metodologi Rapid Application Development. Studi kasus difokuskan pada Alifarm Digital, dengan tujuan menyediakan sistem komprehensif untuk pembiayaan proyek peternakan kambing. Penerapan RAD memastikan penciptaan sistem yang berkualitas tinggi secara cepat dan efisien, sesuai dengan kebutuhan peternak, investor, dan administrator. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan platform memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan pengguna. Platform ini menjanjikan dalam menjembatani kesenjangan pembiayaan bagi peternak dan mengurangi praktik penipuan dalam pembiayaan pertanian.

Abstract

The Department of Industry and Trade of Sidoarjo Regency oversees several work units, namely one UPTD and nineteen market units with far locations. To support public service operations, the work unit has large number of inventory items of types and quantities. Manual inventory management is an obstacle in the process of collecting and recording the maintenance of goods so that the maintenance of inventory items is not routine. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a local asset maintenance information system that can provide accurate maintenance data. This design application is designed using the waterfall method and is developed with web-based PHP sotfware, a MySQL database, and AdminLTE as its template. Testing this system uses the blackbox method so that the features in the application can be tested according to their functions. With the construction of this system, maintenance submissions can be done online and goods management is easy to control the goods maintained and recording maintenance shopping transactions is also more accountable.Keywords: Maintenance Information System; Website; AdminLTE; Waterfall AbstrakDinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo membawahi beberapa unit kerja yaitu satu UPTD dan sembilan belas unit pasar dengan jarak lokasi yang berjauhan. Untuk menunjang operasional pelayanan publik, unit kerja tersebut mempunyai barang inventaris yang jenis dan jumlahnya sangat banyak dan beragam. Pengelolaan inventaris yang masih manual menjadi kendala dalam proses pendataan dan pencatatan pemeliharaan barang sehingga perawatan barang inventaris tidak rutin. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan informasi data pemeliharaan barang milik daerah yang akurat. Metode waterfall digunakan untuk perancangan dan dikembangkan berbasis web dengan software PHP, database MySQL serta AdminLTE sebagai template aplikasinya. Pengujian sistem ini menggunakan metode blackbox agar fitur pada aplikasi dapat teruji sesuai dengan fungsinya. Dengan dibangunnya sistem ini pengajuan pemeliharaan dapat dilakukan secara online dan pengurus barang mudah dalam melakukan kontrol terhadap barang yang dipelihara dan pencatatan transaksi belanja pemeliharaan juga lebih akuntabel.

Abstract

The challenges of learning during the pandemic are currently a big task for the world of education. The unpreparedness of school institutions, students, and parents in facing changes in the distance learning system has an impact on the implementation of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. For this reason, it is necessary to have a learning solution that can answer the challenges of learning using digital-based learning. This research aims to develop a model of the reverse learning environment. This development research examines various aspects of the needs of the student learning environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study were school principals, deputy principals, and elementary school teachers who have implemented the 2013 Curriculum. The results of this study show that the synchronous and asynchronous framework with the reverse learning environment approach is proven valid and feasible applied to learning  COVID-19. The findings synchronous, and asynchronous that are implemented efficiently by the teacher, and applications will continue to be developed.

Abstract

The Prambon Subdistrict Office is a Regional Government Organization in the Sidoarjo Regency area that has the authority to conduct a census of nonpermanent residents in its jurisdiction. The office has never conducted a census of nonpermanent residents before and is facing challenges in initiating the process. However, the data on the number of nonpermanent residents is crucial for their operations. To address this issue, the author is interested in developing an Information System for Nonpermanent Resident Census. The development of this information system will follow the waterfall methodology, which involves a sequential and linear approach to software development, ensuring comprehensive results. The system will be designed as a website, utilizing the CodeIgniter framework and the PHP programming language. The database used for this system will be MySQL. To ensure the system's functionality and accuracy, it will be tested using black-box testing, a method where the internal structure of the system is not known to the tester. The resulting Information System for Nonpermanent Resident Census will serve as a solution for the Prambon Subdistrict Office in conducting a census of nonpermanent residents within its jurisdiction. It will also provide valid population reports, specifically for nonpermanent residents.

Abstract

Secara tradisional, undangan pernikahan selalu dicetak di atas kertas atau bahan sejenisnya. Biaya cetak undangan juga tidak murah, dan proses cetaknya pun memakan waktu yang lama. Hal ini tentu saja menghabiskan banyak waktu dan biaya. Namun, Seiring kemajuan teknologi dan ketersediaan jaringan internet yang semakin luas, saat ini telah hadir platform undangan digital berbasis web yang mampu meminimalisir anggaran, mempercepat proses distribusi, serta menghemat waktu dalam pengiriman surat undangan. Sistem undangan online ini menjadi solusi yang menguntungkan baik bagi konsumen maupun produsen. Dengan sistem ini, konsumen dapat dengan mudah melakukan pemesanan dan transaksi secara online, kapan pun dan di mana pun mereka berada. Salah satu kelebihan sistem ini adalah kemampuannya untuk membuat tautan undangan yang dapat dibagikan melalui media sosial. Dengan adanya sistem undangan online berbasis web ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan dan efisiensi bagi semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pernikahan.
