Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang nilai-nilai moral, pendidikan, dan sosial dalam novel Orang-Orang Biasa karya Andrea Hirata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 53 ujaran nilai moral yang terdapat pada novel Orang-Orang Biasa, dari 53 ujaran ditemukan 2 wujud nilai moral yaitu, (1) hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri, (2) hubungan manusia dengan orang lain. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan terdapat 19 ujaran nilai-nilai pendidikan pada novel Orang-Orang Biasa, dari 19 ujaran ditemukan 4 wujud nilai-nilai pendidikan yaitu, (1) nilai pendidikan moral,(2) nilai pendidikan religius, (3) nilai pendidikan etika, dan (4) Nilai pendidikan sosial. Terakhir hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 11 ujaran nilai sosial pada novel Orang-Orang Biasa, dari 11 ujaran ditemukan 4 wujud nilai sosial yaitu,(1) hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat, (2) kegiatan gotong royong, (3) tolong Menolong, dan (4) musyawarah

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk: 1) mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru; 2) mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru; 3) mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan disiplin guru dan profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: 1) disiplin guru berpengaruh secara signikan terhadap kinerja guru; 2) profesionalisme guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru; 3) disiplin guru dan profesionalisme guru berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penggunaan LMS Schoology, problematika yang muncul, dan solusi yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan peroblematika dalam penggunaan LMS Schoology pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 6 Palembang pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan responden 36 siswa, 5 guru Bahasa Indonesia dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi LMS Schoology sangat tepat digunakan untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh atau secara daring pada kondisi khusus, seperti pada masa pandemi Covid-19. LMS Schoology juga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 6 Palembang pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi agar para guru menggunakan LMS Schoology di masa pandemi, karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to 1 to test the leadership of  1 ) teachers work discipline , 2 ) influence motivation teachers tenure to teachers work discipline , and 3 ) influence leadership and motivation of teachers work in togher teachers work discipline. This study using quantitative methods derived from sources both primary and secondary. Population and a working and motivation of teachers work discipline .The study is done in high school patra independent 01 Palembang .The collection of data using the survey with samples from 36 teachers. The data that has been collected analyzed using descriptive analysis and analysis of multiple regression. The result showed that : (1) is significant influence among schools to head leadership style discipline teacher in high school patra independent 01 Palembang; (2) any impact of the significant work to discipline the teacher in high school patra independent 01 palembang; (3)  Significant influence is of a style of leadership

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU through genius learning strategies and lecture methods. Research data collection techniques using observation, documentation and tests. The research data analysis technique used a descriptive writing test through direct learning and observation models to see student learning activity. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to write anecdotes through genius learning strategies and lecture methods in class X IPA 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU. In cycle 1, an average value of 66.68 was obtained, students who achieved completeness were 22 students or the percentage of completeness was 61.11%. In cycle 2 the average value is 69.28%. Students who achieved completeness were 29 students or the average persetanse completeness was 80.56%. Furthermore, in cycle 3 the average value is 76.81. Students who achieved completeness were 34 students or the percentage of student completeness was 94.44%.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative one. The problem with this research is what is the psychological aspect of the characters in the novel Dear, Imamku by Mellyana? What are the religious values of the novel Dear, Imamku by Mellyana? The aim of this study is to describe the psychological aspects of religious characters and values in Mellyana's Dear, Imamku, novel. Analysis of the behavior and psychological symptoms of characters uses the psychological theory of personality developed by Sigmun Freud, combining the theory of personality dynamics, defense and conflict mechanisms, and the classification of emotions in the novel. The method used in this study was the method of qualitative content analysis. The data collection technique uses the analysis of document content. The data analysis technique used the technique of summarizing the text in steps; 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) conclusions. The results of this study show that there are psychological symptoms of characters in Mellyana's Dear, Imamku novel.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how to analyze the cotext in the question and answer session of Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Makarim's speech at the International Symposium on Principals and School Supervisors. This study aims to determine the cotext (explanatory text) contained in each sentence of the question and answer session of Mendikbud Nadiem Makarim's speech at the international symposium of school principals and school supervisors. The data used in this study are secondary data taken from books, articles, and videos related to the purpose of the context analysis. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used in the study was the observation technique. The validity of the data used source triangulation and the data analysis used was the content analysis technique. The results of this study are that there are several forms of cotext in the question and answer session of Mendikbud Nadiem Makarim's speech. For example, the first sentence is an opening greeting for Muslims who are always delivered / spoken before starting a conversation in formal and non-formal situations. The second sentence is a greeting addressed to the participants in the room. The greeting sentence can be "good morning, good afternoon, and good night" depending on the situation at the time of the event..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the complete sentence learning method affects students' ability to write reviews. The research method used was the pretest-posttest control group design experimental method. The population consists of students in Class VIII of SMP Negeri 16 Palembang, which consists of two classes. The data collection method is the test method: pre-test and post-test. A computational investigation of the t-test yielded tcount = 29.95 and ttable = 1.67 for a table with a significance level of 0.05±n, so tcount > ttable and the alternative hypothesis or Ha is accepted.
