Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap agresivitas pajak pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian kuantitatif diterapkan dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 11 perusahaan dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, serta uji hipotesis F dan t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap agresivitas pajak, sedangkan profitabilitas tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, baik ukuran perusahaan maupun profitabilitas memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak.

Abstract

AC (Air Conditioner) is an air conditioning system that is used anywhere, one of them on the train. Air conditioning is also a major factor in the comfort level of train passengers. However, train air conditioning currently can only be controlled manually from the driver's cabin so that the number of passengers does not affect the air conditioning temperature. What's more, the air conditioner absorbs 30% of the total power in the train. Therefore, this research was compiled with the aim of being able to calculate the number of passengers through the concept of people counting using the You Only Look Once (YOLO) method for the train's temperature control system. This research was built using 1 object class, namely person and the YOLOv5 algorithm, where this method is an object detection method with a high degree of accuracy. This research was designed using the Python programming language with the Google Colaboratory platform and MQTT for the data storage protocol for passenger detection results. The dataset used is passengers in the train as many as 1300 images. The training and validation results model obtained a 99.63% mAP, 95% precision, 100% recall, 97.5% F1 score, and 79.96% average IoU. Then, the model was tested and obtained 99.35% mAP, 95% precision, 99% recall, and 97% F1 score. This research resulted in a fairly good system performance in detecting and counting passengers on trains.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Daun beluntas mempunyai senyawa metabolit sekunder yaitu flavonoid, tanin, sedangkan akarnya terdapat senyawa flavonoid. Skrining fitokimia termasuk uji kualitatif pada ekstrak daun beluntas dan KLT yaitu untuk memisahkan senyawa berdasarkan tingkat kepolaranya yakni fase diam dan fase gerak. Tujuan: Mengetahui hasil skrining fitokimia dari ekstrak daun beluntas, serta pada KLT dapat mengetahui hasil Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT) dari ekstrak daun beluntas. Metode: Daun beluntas dilakukan proses ekstraksi kemudian skrining fitokimia yaitu uji flavonoid, tanin dan saponin. Ekstrak daun beluntas dilakukan uji KLT fase gerak toluen : aseton : asam formiat (6:6:1 v/v) dengan fase diam silika gel GF 254. Hasil: Ekstrak daun beluntas terdapat senyawa metabolit yaitu flavonoid, saponin dan tanin. KLT ekstrak daun beluntas positif flavonoid dengan terdapat noda warna kuning kecoklatan dalam UV 366 nm dengan Rf 0,57 cm. Simpulan: Ekstrak daun beluntas terdapat kandungan senyawa flavonoid, saponin dan tanin dengan Rf 0,57 cm

Abstract

The success of a company cannot be separated from the role of its human resources. In this era of digitalization and increasingly rapid technological developments, companies are required to always innovate. This research will examine the influence of agreeableness on innovative behavior with knowledge sharing as an intervening variable. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique with 60 respondents with the criteria of millennial generation employees aged 27-42 years who live and work in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The tests carried out in this research were instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test, hypothesis test (t test), coefficient of determination and path analysis using the Sobel test. The results of this research show that agreeableness has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, agreeableness has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior and knowledge sharing partially mediates the influence of agreeableness on innovative behavior.
