Abstract

Leadership is the process of influencing others to achieve a common goal. In the Islamic perspective, leadership is very important something that is beneficial for the welfare of mankind, both on a small and large scale. Not only achieving the goals of an organization, institution, company, or state, leadership in Islam is a testament to faith and devotion to Allah swt. Therefore, we need a leader who has a characteristic leadership spirit that is in accordance with Islamic teachings. This study aims to find out what are the characteristics of leadership in Islam? perspective. This research is a type of library research. Documentation is a data collection technique used in this study. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of leadership in an Islamic perspective include (aa) being Muslim, having faith and piety to Allah swt, (b) consistent aqidah strength, (c) solely because of Allah swt., (d) love of truth. , (e) male, (f) has four characteristics of the apostle (tabligh, siddiq, amanah, fathonah), (g) does not ask for office, (h) is fair, (i) does not accept gifts, (j) patient, does not arrogant, gentle and humble, (k) hard work, firm, disciplined, consistent and consistent, (l) selflessness, (m) love of people, (n) simple life, (o) willing to sacrifice, and ( p) ) exemplary and pioneers.

Abstract

Al Qur`an adalah hudan (petunjuk) yang diturunkan Allah SWT kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW untuk segenap manusia. Dalam Al Qur`an, Allah mengajarkan tauhid kepada manusia. Al Qur`an mengemukakan gambaran yang cermat tentang berbagai aspek penting kehidupan manusia. Diantara aspek penting tersebut adalah manajemen pendidikan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Al-Qur’an mengungkap makna manajemen dengan penggunaan kata Al-Tadbir. Sedang pengungkapan makna pendidikan secara tegas menggunakan kata Ta’lim dan Tarbiyah. Istilah ta’lim menunjukkan pendidikan dengan maksud pemberitahuan dan penjelasan meliputi isi dan maksudnya secara berulang-ulang, bertahap dengan adab-adab tertentu, bersahabat, berkasih sayang, dan dengan cara yang mudah dipahami sehingga muta’alimin dapat memahaminya dengan jelas sehingga lahirlah amal shaleh. Sedangkan dari istilah tarbiyah (pendidikan) dipahami sebagai suatu kegiatan yang meliputi perhatian, dan pengarahan perilaku individu, membantu tubuh, sosial, kejiwaan, akhlak dan lainnya untuk menjadikan sedikit demi sedikit menuju kesempurnaan insani. Secara garis besar, manajemen pendidikan dalam Al-Qur’an ialah perencanaan (planning), yang kedua pengorganisasian (organizing), yang ketiga penggerakan (actuating) dan keempat adalah pengawasan (controlling).

Abstract

Panduan dan acuan hidup umat Islam adalah Al Quran dan Hadits, begitupun halnya dengan pendidikan. Pendidikan Islam saat ini cukup diminati. Dimana yang menjadi rujukan dan sumber belajar utamanya adalah Al Quran dan Hadits.Untuk mencapai visi pendidikan Islam diperlukan manajemen yang baik. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Pendidikan Islam berdasarkan ayat Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Selain itu, artikel ini membahas mengenai fungsi manajemen pendidikan yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kepustakaan (library research).

Abstract

Education in Islam is a complete guideline not only connotes authoritative teachings as educators, but also with guidance that is in accordance with Islamic teachings, students have ample space for movement in actualizing their potential. Educators are a very important component in the education system, for educators as a bridge for student achievement of predetermined goals, along with other related components. Educators have a noble position. The research method used uses a literature study with a qualitative approach to look for literacies related to educators from experts. Educators are expected to become uswatun hasanah who can set an example for their students as well as mentors and motivate students to welcome a better future

Abstract

Al-Qur’an is the holy book that contains all thing that human need, including in the term of science. However, as a science base, al-Qur’an often understood only as a absolutely dogma. The purpose of this research is to present about: 1) the position of al-Qur’an in the human life; 2) the position of science in Islam; and 3) how to learn the Qur’an as a science base capacity. This research is the library research which is including in quantitave research. The result of this research showed that al-Qur’an is the holy book that be a guide for the human to face the problem of life. Al-qur’an also explain the important position of science as a main medium to face the crisis and create a good life. To achieve it, a certain method is needed to understanding the clues and the value of science in the Qur’an. What needs to avoided is using the doctrinal-dogmatis method to understanding the clues of science in the Qur’an, because the field of science is a difference domain with the field of faith.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah are guidelines for Muslims, among others, function as a huda which is loaded with various instructions for humans to become good caliphs on this earth. Likewise with the study of educational management, it has also been written in the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. The purpose of this study is to determine the management perspective of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. This research is a type of qualitative research with a literature study approach. The results of the study indicate that educational management based on the Qur'an and Sunnah is a management that positions the Qur'an and As-Sunnah as a source of inspiration and guidelines that provide improvement and refinement of education management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: the reality of student responses to the application of the habituation program, the reality of students' ability to read the Qur'an, the reality of the relationship between students' responses to the application of the habituation program and their ability to read the Qur'an. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. Respondents are students of class VIII at SMPN 1 Cileunyi totaling 50 people. The data collection techniques used are; questionnaires, tests, observations, interviews and document studies. The data analysis techniques used are; partial analysis, normality test, regression test, correlation test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were obtained: 1) The reality of student responses to the application of the habituation program was included in the very positive category. the average value is 4.45. This figure is in the interval 4.20 – 5.00 which means it has a very positive category. 2) The reality of students' ability to read the Qur'an is included in the sufficient category. The average value taken is 66.0. This number is in the 60-69 interval which means it has a sufficient category. 3) Reality The relationship between students' responses to the application of the habituation program (Variable X) with their ability to read the Qur'an (Variable Y) is included in a positive and significant correlation. This is based on the Spearman rank correlation test, the results show a value of 0.01% which is in the interval 0.00 0.99, which means it is categorized into a positive correlation. Based on the attached hypothesis test, it can be seen that (-0.01) < (0.279) then is rejected and 0 is accepted. The correlation used follows the linear regression equation model Y= 59.13 + 0.0077. Based on the equation, it can be seen that the (+) sign indicates an increase or increase in students' ability to read the Qur'an. The coefficient of determination reaches 1% and the remaining 99% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The reality of student responses to the use of thematic integrative learning models, 2) The reality of student learning motivation in PAI subjects. 3) The reality of the relationship between students' responses to the use of integrative thematic learning models and students' learning motivation. Through a quantitative approach and descriptive correlation method. Data collection techniques are; interviews, observations, questionnaires, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out with a logical approach for qualitative data and a statistical approach for quantitative data. With partial analysis of indicators and correlation analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that: 1) The reality of student responses to the use of the integrative thematic learning model was categorized as positive with an average value of 3.89. 2) The reality of student learning motivation in PAI subjects is in the high category with an average value of 3.9. 3) The relationship between students' responses to the use of the thematic integrative learning model (X) and students' learning motivation in PAI lessons (Y) belongs to the category of positive and significant correlation. With the Spearman rank correlation test, the results obtained are 0.06 which is in the interval 0.00 0.99 which means that it is categorized into a positive correlation. The correlation used follows the linear regression equation model Y= 41.11+0.27. Based on the equation, it can be seen that the (+) sign indicates an increase in students' learning motivation in line with the increase in students' positive responses to the integrative thematic learning model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between student responses to the use of YouTube learning videos and the cognitive learning outcomes of PAI and Budi Pekerti. The method used is correlational with a quantitative approach. Respondents were 44 students of class VIII. The results of this study: 1) The reality of student responses to the use of youtube-based learning videos (X) is classified as good with an average final score of 3.72. 2) The reality of students' cognitive learning outcomes in PAI and Budi Pekerti (Y) subjects is classified as very good with an average score of 84.3. 3) The relationship between variables X and Y is positive and significant, indicated by rxy = 0.91, correlation significance test tcount 14.39 > ttable 2.02. The conclusion of the study is that there is a positive and significant correlation. The higher students' responses to the use of youtube-based learning videos, the higher their cognitive learning outcomes in PAI and Budi Pekerti subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how far the relationship between students' responses to the habit of muhasabah in PAI subjects is. The method is a correlational method with a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study amounted to 44 students of class VIII at SMPN 3 Bandung. This research approach is a quantitative approach using the correlation method. Respondents are 44 students of class VIII SMPN 3 Bandung, data collection techniques: Questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out with a logical approach for qualitative data and a statistical approach for quantitative data. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document studies. Based on the results of data analysis, conclusions were obtained: 1) The reality of student responses to muhasabah habituation (Variable X) was included in the positive category with an average value of 4.48 which was in the interval 3.51-4.50. 2) The reality of student learning motivation in PAI subjects (Variable Y) is included in the high category with a score of 4.28 in the interval 3.51-4.50. 3) The relationship between students responses to the habit of muhasabah with their learning motivation is positive and significant. Shown by the results of the correlation significance test obtained, namely: t_count 3.99> t_table 2.02. The correlation coefficient value is 0.52. The coefficient of determination reaches 27%, which means that there are 73% of other factors that influence their learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects.
