Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between students' perceptions of professional teacher competence and their learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic in PAI subjects in class XII IPA SMAN 5 Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods and ex-postfacto research model. While the data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis uses a statistical approach with four approaches, namely partial analysis, normality test, correlative test, and Pearson's product moment. From the research results obtained: (1) students' perceptions of the professional competence of teachers are included in the high category with an average score of all indicators of the X variable, which is 3.96 which is in the interval 3.51-4.50; (2) their learning motivation in PAI subjects during the covid-19 pandemic was in the very high category with an average score of all Y variable indicators, which was 3.70 which was at an interval of 3.51-4.50; (3) the correlation of the two variables is 0.36, while the degree of freedom of the influence of the X variable on the Y variable is 10%. Thus there are still 90% of other factors that affect their learning motivation.

Abstract

The limited integrated mathematics teaching materials focusing on discussing reasoning are one in learning mathematics problems, especially in preparation for integrated mathematics Olympiads. This study aimed to develop teaching materials for mathematical reasoning abilities integrated with religious values and students' attitudes towards mathematics integrating religious values. This research method is the ADDIE model development research method. At the implementation stage, the teaching materials were tested on research samples from MAN in the Regency and City of Sukabumi, with 76 students as research subjects. The sampling technique was purposive sampling—implemented through the Schoology application. The study results are as follows: teaching materials in integrated mathematical materials and questions to improve critical, creative, and adaptive reasoning skills towards religious values have good results and need to be developed more broadly than various materials with the separate presentation of mathematical material, teaching materials can improve critical, creative, and adaptive reasoning abilities with good results with an average score using module 60 and without module 52 with a maximum score of 100. Students' attitudes towards learning this integration method are in a suitable category. Integrated mathematics learning provides new experiences for students because learning mathematics is accompanied by learning to understand the contents of the Qur'an verses.

Abstract

Education financing management plays an important role in achieving education goals and upgrading the quality of education. One way to upgrade the quality of education is to pay attention to the national standards of education applicable in Indonesia, including financing standards. Available school finances need to be managed using management functions so that financing management can be carried out effectively and efficiently. Functions in financing management include planning, bookkeeping, use of finance or spending, recording, supervision, and accountability. Abstract

Pondok pesantren adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan tertua di Indonesia yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri apabila dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Unsur-unsur yang ada di dalamnya sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan dan kemajuan pendidikan di pondok pesantren, salah satu unsurnya ialah sumber daya manusia khususnya pengajar. Salah satu pondok pesantren yang telah berkontribusi di Indonesia adalah Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an Al-‘Ashr Al-Madani, dalam rangka memajukan dan mengembangkan pesantren agar menjadi lebih baik, pimpinan pondok pesantren melakukan penyeleksian ulang serta membuka perekrutan calon pengajar baru di pondok pesantren tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dari manajemen sumber daya manusia di PPTQ Al-‘Ashr Al-Madani, dan bagaimana dampak dari sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap program pembelajaran di PPTQ Al-‘Ashr Al-Madani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah dalam upaya menjaga dan mengembangkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di PPTQ Al-‘Ashr Al-Madani, pimpinan pondok pesantren mengambil langkah tegas untuk melakukan penyeleksian ulang terhadap para pengajar yang sudah ada. Kemudian, pengurus pondok pesantren membuka perekrutan untuk calon pengajar yang baru dengan syarat dan kriteria tertentu. Agar memaksimalkan sumber daya manusia yang telah malalui tahap seleksi baik pengajar yang lama maupun yang baru, dilakukan penyusunan ulang dalam beberapa aspek seperti dalam manajemen pengelompokan kelas dan kurikulum yang diterapkan agar seluruh santri mampu memperoleh pelayanan belajar yang maksimal. Dampak yang dirasakan dari proses penyeleksian pengajar ini, diantaranya: 1) lebih mudah dalam pengelompokan kelas, 2) lebih mudah melakukan pengontrolan dan pengawasan, 3) menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab dan 4) kompetensi santri lebih baik dan memenuhi target.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam adalah salah satu pilar penting dalam kehidupan umat Muslim, yang bertujuan untuk membentuk individu yang taat beragama, moral, dan berkontribusi positif kepada masyarakat. Dalam tulisan ini, kami akan mengeksplorasi tujuan pendidikan Islam dari perspektif al-Qur'an, kitab suci agama Islam. Al-Qur'an memberikan arahan yang jelas tentang tujuan dan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan dalam Islam. Pemahaman mendalam tentang tujuan pendidikan Islam dari sudut pandang al-Qur'an memungkinkan umat Islam untuk memahami makna sejati dari pendidikan dalam konteks agama, moralitas, dan kehidupan sosial. Tulisan ini akan menjelajahi ayat-ayat al-Qur'an yang menguraikan tujuan pendidikan Islam, termasuk pembentukan karakter yang baik, peningkatan pengetahuan agama, dan pemberdayaan individu untuk berkontribusi secara positif dalam masyarakat. Tulisan ini juga akan membahas bagaimana pendidikan Islam dapat menjadi sarana untuk mencapai tujuan utama dalam Islam, yaitu mencari ridha Allah SWT dan mendapatkan keselamatan akhirat. Dengan memahami tujuan pendidikan Islam dari perspektif al-Qur'an, kami dapat lebih mendalam dalam memahami esensi pendidikan dalam Islam dan menggali potensi positifnya dalam membentuk generasi Muslim yang kuat dan bermanfaat bagi umat manusia secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the meaning of teacher professionalism from the perspective of thal Quran and al Hadist. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with a literature study approach. The data used in this study are in the form of document data, both from al Quran, al Hadist, textbooks, scientific journals, and other relevant document sources. In terms of this literature study approach, researchers look for literature or library data in the form of teacher professionalism according to the perspective of al Quran and al Hadist. The results show that professional work must be matched with expertise. Teacher professionalism in the Qur'an shows that the teacher must have a democratic nature, be patient and be gentle in carrying out his noble duties, forgive and be consistent with his duties and responsibilities, be able to work together (cooperatively) and be compassionate both in action and in the form of prayer. In addition, professional teachers are also required to understand the student’s psychology, imitate the character of the Prophet Muhammad in the learning process and master knowledge in their fields. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for the teacher to improve their professionalism refers to al Quran and al Hadist, that implicated the quality of education and the educational goals.

Abstract

Islamic education is becoming more prevalent throughout society and is in high demand due to its perceived academic and Qur'an memorization advantages. In addition to strong management, good education is attained through good administration. According to the Qur'anic verses, management already exists and is illustrated by the Prophets and Apostles of his day. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to study and describe educational management from the Qur'an and Sunnah's perspective. There are numerous verses in the Qur'an that discuss school management, particularly the four educational responsibilities of Planning, Organizing, Acting, and Controlling (POAC). Some verses can be understood quickly to be explanations of managerial functions, while others require the reader to have advanced cognitive abilities (HOTS). The history of the Prophet Muhammad saw is likewise heavily influenced by the four managerial functions. Therefore, it may be stated that Islam had management science in the Qur'an and was exhibited by the Prophet Muhammad saw before Europeans were aware of it.

Abstract

Education in Islam is a complete guideline not only connotes authoritative teachings as educators, but also with guidance that is in accordance with Islamic teachings, students have ample space for movement in actualizing their potential. Educators are a very important component in the education system, for educators as a bridge for student achievement of predetermined goals, along with other related components. Educators have a noble position. The research method used uses a literature study with a qualitative approach to look for literacies related to educators from experts. Abstract

As long as time goes on, risk will always be present accompanying human life and all its affairs. Educational institutions as one of the human affairs must have various risks from each component of education. The management process of educational institutions must be based on the applicable legal basis, namely the Qur'an as a Muslim's life guide and laws regulations of the country. This article aims to describe the risk management of educational institutions in the perspective of the Qur'an. A qualitative approach using the literature study method is an option in the preparation of articles so as to find some findings that can be implemented by a Muslim manager in the risk management of the educational institution he carries. Risk management is a logical and systematic method in the process of identifying, quantifying, determining attitudes and policies, determining solutions, as well as monitoring the evaluation of supervision and reporting of risks that take place in every activity or organizational process. Risk management in educational institutions means managing risk in every component of education including educational objectives, curriculum, teaching and educational staff, students and media or educational infrastructure. Keywords: Risk Management, Educational Institutions, Al-Qur'an Perspective Selama waktu terus berjalan, risiko akan selalu hadir mengiringi kehidupan manusia dan segala urusannya. Lembaga pendidikan sebagai salah satu urusan manusia pasti memiliki risiko yang beragam dari setiap komponen pendidikan. Proses manajemen lembaga pendidikan harus berlandaskan dasar hukum yang berlaku yaitu al-qur’an sebagai pedoman hidup seorang muslim serta perundang-undangan aturan dari negara. Artikel ini bertujuan memaparkan bagaimana manajemen risiko lembaga pendidikan dalam perspektif al-qur’an. Pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode studi pustaka menjadi pilihan dalam penyusunan artikel sehingga menemukan beberapa temuan yang bisa dilaksanakan seorang manajer muslim dalam manajemen risiko lembaga pendidikan yang diembannya. Manajemen risiko merupakan metode logis dan sistematik dalam proses identifikasi, kuantifikasi, menentukan sikap dan kebijakan, menetapkan solusi, serta melakukan monitor evaluasi supervisi dan pelaporan risiko yang berlangsung pada setiap aktifitas atau proses organisasi. Manajemen risiko dalam lembaga pendidikan berarti mengelola risiko pada setiap komponen pendidikan memuat tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, peserta didik dan media atau sarana prasaran pendidikan. Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu usaha sadar yang dilakukan seseorang untuk mengembangkan diri. Dalam keterlaksanaanya proses pendidikan selalu melibatkan interaksi antara guru dan murid. Oleh sebab itu agar tercipta suasana pembelajaran yang efektif dan baik diperlukan pemahaman bagaimana guru dan murid bersikap selama proses pembelajaran. Pembahasan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Konsep Guru dan Murid dalam Pendidikan Islam Menurut Perspektif Al-Quran. Penelitian pada artikel ini merupakan adopsi pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai konsep guru dan murid dalam pendidikan islam menurut perspektif Al-Qur’an. Dalam pendidikan islam, seorang guru harus memiliki beberapa kompetensi yaitu, kompetensi personal religious, yang mana seorang guru memiliki keahlian dasar untuk menyampaikan prinsip-prinsip spiritual kepada siswa. Dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, siswa dianggap sebagai makhluk yang diciptakan oleh Allah Subhanallahu Wa Ta'Ala yang memiliki bakat, keinginan, perasaan, dan pemikiran yang harus disempurnakan sehingga memerlukan bimbingan dan arahan dari seorang guru.
