Abstract

Abstract This research examines how digital advertising, influencer marketing, and content marketing influence purchasing decisions among trail motorcycle consumers at Robby MX. A quantitative research design was applied through a survey approach. Primary data were obtained by distributing structured questionnaires to 80 Robby MX customers, with respondents selected using purposive and snowball sampling methods. The collected data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis after the measurement instruments were confirmed to be valid, reliable, and compliant with classical assumption requirements. The findings demonstrate that digital advertising, influencer marketing, and content marketing each exert a positive and statistically significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions, both individually and collectively. These results highlight the strategic role of digital-based marketing activities in shaping consumer decisions within the trail motorcycle market. Keywords:Digital Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of purchase decisions and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention for ShopeeFood services in Malang City, with a case study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2021. The research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 89 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variables (purchase decisions and customer satisfaction) and the dependent variable (repurchase intention). The results indicate that both simultaneously and partially, purchase decisions and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.751 suggests that 75% of the variation in repurchase intention can be explained by these two independent variables, while the remaining 25% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings imply that enhancing purchase decisions and customer satisfaction can foster consumer loyalty towards ShopeeFood services. Keywords: Purchasel, Delcision, Customelr Satisfaction, Rapurchasel Intelntion, Shoppelelfood.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Price, Promotion, and Customer Experience on Repurchase Intention among Shopee marketplace users from Generation Z and Millennials in Kabupaten Magetan, using a quantitative approach through questionnaires administered to 75 respondents who had made more than one transaction. The study employed purposive sampling and data were analyzed using instrument testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test with SPSS. The results indicate that collectively, the three variables have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention; however, partially, only Price and Customer Experience are significant, with Price identified as the most dominant variable. This confirms that appropriate pricing and satisfying shopping experiences are key factors in increasing repurchase intention among young consumers in non-metropolitan areas. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Customer Experience, Repurchase Intention, Shopee.

Abstract

Abstract  This research seeks to examine the effect of human resource development, leadership, and organizational culture on the satisfaction level of members within the Student Representative Council (DPM) at the Islamic University of Malang. The phenomenon of psychological degradation, such as burnout and declining motivation in student organizations, serves as the background for the urgency of this research. This study employs a quantitative causal-associative approach with a census method (saturated sampling) involving 68 active members from the University and Faculty DPM. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The simultaneous results indicate that the three independent variables significantly influence member satisfaction, contributing 22.7% to the variance. Partially, leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on member satisfaction. However, human resource development was found to have no significant effect on member satisfaction within the DPM Unisma environment. These findings suggest that member satisfaction in student organizations is more determined by managerial styles and the collective value climate rather than existing formal training programs. Organizations are advised to conduct an in-depth evaluation of the relevance of competence development programs to better align with the actual needs of their members.  Keywords:HR Development, Leadership, Organizational Culture, Member Satisfaction, DPM Unisma.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of transactional and transformational leadership on employee performance, with motivation as a mediator. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach by conducting a questionnaire survey of respondents. The research hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression and path analysis tests.The conclusions of this study are (1) transactional leadership and transformational leadership  have an effect on motivation. (2) Transactional leadership style and work motivation cannot influence employee performance, but transformational leadership style can influence employee performance. (3) Work motivation cannot mediate the relationship between transactional leadership and transformational leadership on employee performance. Keywords : Transactional Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Employee Performance.
