Abstract

Abstract The work environment is the situation around the workplace both physically and non-physically which can give the impression of being pleasant, secure, reassuring and the impression of being at home/at ease at work and so on. Observations made by researchers at the Monta District Office, Bima Regency, show that some of the performance of employees at this office is not fully in accordance with what is expected by the organization in general. Dealing with such complex tasks, functions and authorities, the office should need human resources who have high performance at workThe research approach used in this study is to use an associative approach. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Online Customer Reviews and Customer Ratings on Interest in Buying Tiktok Shop Products. The sample used was 2019 UNISMA Management Department students with a total of 85 people. Online Customer Reviews and ratings are included in the independent variables, while purchase intention is the dependent variable. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire given to respondents with answer choices from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The data obtained were analyzed using Parametric Inferential Statistical analysis with SPSS version 25. The analysis process was carried out using several processes, namely, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of research on Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings have a partial and simultaneous effect. Therefore, it can be concluded that Online Customer Reviews and Customer Ratings are able to influence the buying interest of Online Shop users, especially Tiktok Shops. Keywords: Customer Reviews, Customer Ratings, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to examine the influence  of celebrity endorsers, video advertising  on vans shoe purchase decisions (case study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2019 Islamic University of Malang). The population in this study was 904 college students. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling and 98 students were obtained. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the simultaneous test or F test simultaneously  variable Celebrity Endorse, and Vidio Advertising, simultaneously affect the purchasing decision of Islamic University of Malang students.The results obtained in this study can be concluded that partially celebrity endorse (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results obtained in this study can be concluded that partially Vidio Advertising (X2) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Video Advertising, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the BPOM Label and Electronic Word Of Mouth on Consumer Purchase Decisions for Skincare Skintific Products in case studies of FEB class 2019 students. The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires, using the Malhotra formula because the population of Skintific users is not known with certainty. the sample used non- probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 75 respondents. In data processing using SPSS, to solve problems in analyzing validation tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression and adjusted R square tests. The results of the study are the effect of the BPOM label and electronic word of mouth partially or simultaneously having a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: BPOM Label, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract Seeing the high potential value of the development of the Cake & Bakery Industry, of course this will have an impact on high demand and the emergence of new players from this industry. One such company is Citra Kendedes cake & bakery Malang. The purpose of research with this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to find out and analyze product quality, brand image, and price on consumer loyalty, either simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique, in which the sample selected was the respondent who purchased the product at the store more than once and also consumed the bakery product. Determining the number of samples using the Malhotra formula which then found a number of 100 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study product quality, brand image, and price simultaneously and partially have an influence on consumer loyalty. Keywords : Product Quality, Brand Image, Price, and Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract In a company, there is an industrial relationship that is mutually agreed upon between the company and its employees in an agreement. The agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in order to create a harmonious industrial relationship. In this case, sometimes an internal conflict arises within the company which results in hampered productivity. Therefore, researchers want to know how industrial relations occur and strategies for resolving industrial relations conflicts at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Transmisi Jawa Bagian Timur dan Bali (UIT JBM). So that this research is entitled "Strategy for Resolving Industrial Relations Conflicts at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Transmisi Jawa Bagian Timur dan Bali in Improving Employee Performance."Type of research used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data collection method was carried out using three methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation which were then collected and analyzed to obtain a conclusion.Based on data analysis, the results of the study show that the industrial relations condition of PT. PLN UIT JBM has harmonious working or industrial relations. Conflict resolution is carried out bipartite first with internal parties and then continues with the applicable Manpower Law if a consensus decision is not found. Conflict resolution greatly affects the performance and productivity of employees. Keywords: Industrial Relations, Trade Unions, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyse the effect of product quality variables, product innovation and free shipping on purchasing decisions for Macaronicuk products. This research uses a case study on Macaronicuk resellers in East Java Province. Determination of the number of samples using the saturated sample formula and obtained results as many as 35 respondents in accordance with the total population. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS assistance with data analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results showed that the product quality variable had an effect on purchasing decisions, while product innovation and free shipping had no effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Product Innovation, Free Shipping, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to assess the impact of the promotion & quality service of the ShopeeFood consumers contentment among management students at the Islamic University of Malang. This research used quantitative approach method, which includes survey research with the slovin formula for 86 respondents sampling. Furthermore, the data was collected through questionnaires using Google Forms to the population of Management Students. This research used Multiple linear Regression for analytical data methods. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an influence between service quality and price on visitor satisfaction at Caffe Paimo Malang. This type of research is intended to provide an explanation of the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing, making it an explanatory research to provide an explanation through the previously formulated problem, objectives to be achieved, and hypothesis testing. Therefore, the method used in this research is a survey method. The data processed in this study is the result of distributing questionnaires to customers who have visited and made purchases at Caffe Paimo Malang over a period of 4 months, totaling 95 respondents. This method implies that the study samples from the population and uses a questionnaire (list of questions) as the primary data collection instrument. In addition, in-depth interviews were also conducted to supplement the required data. The research findings show that the results of the t-test (partial) on service quality have an effect on visitor satisfaction, as indicated by a t-value of 3.732, and price has an effect on visitor satisfaction, as indicated by a t-value of 5.160. Meanwhile, the results of the F-test indicate a calculated value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This means that service quality and price simultaneously influence visitor satisfaction among customers of Caffe Paimo Malang. Based on the coefficient of determination calculation, the Adjusted R Square is 73%, while the remaining 27% can be explained by variables not covered in this study.Top of Form Keywords : Service Quality, Price and Visitor Satisfaction.
