Abstract

Background : Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis. TB can be transmitted through the air when a person with TB coughs or sneezes. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors associated with the incidence of tuberculosis in the work area of the Senapelan Health Center, Pekanbaru City. Methods: Quantitative research method with a case-control design. A case population of 207 TB sufferers and a control population of 475 people were taken from the work area of the Senapelan Health Center, Pekanbaru City, aged 15 years and over. Results: The results of the study showed that there were 3 related variables starting from the most dominant variable namely knowledge OR = 1.806 (95% CI: 1.104-2.955), history of contact with the household OR = 3.318 (95% CI: 2.057-5.352), and ventilation OR = 2.646 (95% CI: 1.646-4.253). There are 2 variables that are inversely related (occupational density and floor type). 3 variables (age, sex and smoking) that are not related to the incidence of tuberculosis. There are no confounding variables in this study. Conclusion: Unsanitary ventilation, household contact with TB sufferers, low knowledge are factors associated with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis.

Abstract

Based on an initial survey of 5 employees at the Sapat Health Center, 3 employees said that the employee's performance was not optimal, such as work motivation was lacking, namely the absence of rewards and punishments. Many employees who work complain because the room conditions are not possible, if you look at it from a geographical point of view the mileage uses sea transportation and takes a long time on the way. Meanwhile, observations from TU employees about discipline there are some employees who often do not come to the office. The purpose of this study is to analyze the evaluation of information about the Influence of the Work Environment, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Sapat Health Center. Research location at Puskesmas Sapat, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research location is at the Sapat Health Center, Indragiri Hilir Regency. A type of quantitative analytical research, using a cross-sectional research design. The study sample had 37 samples. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the relationship closeness analysis obtained a Prevalent Odds Ratio (POR) of 5,600, respondents with an unfavorable work environment had a risk of 5.6 times performing poorly. The results of the relationship closeness analysis obtained a Prevalent Odds Ratio (POR) of 6.875, respondents whose work motivation was not good had a risk of 6.8 times performing poorly. The results of the relationship closeness analysis obtained a Prevalent Odds Ratio (POR) of 7,500, respondents who were not good work discipline had a risk of 7.5 times performing poorly. There is a simultaneous influence between work environment, motivation, and work discipline on performance (Fhitung > Ftabel). Abstract

The number of work accidents has increased by around 5-10% annually, the main causes of work accidents are still the same due to low awareness of the importance of implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) among industry and society. This study used a cross sectional study conducted at PT. Gunung Sawit Mas (GSM), North Tambusai, Rokan Hulu, Riau. By collecting data using a questionnaire and the Ovako Working Analysis System (OWAS) method. The results of this study found that there was a significant relationship between knowledge of using (Personal Protective Equipment) PPE and the incidence of work accidents among workers at the PT. Gunung Sawit Mas Rokan Hulu. There is a significant relationship between the behavior of using PPE and the incidence of work accidents among workers at the PT. Gunung Sawit Mas Rokan Hulu. Workers who do not fully use PPE are 3.9 times more at risk of experiencing work accidents compared to workers who use PPE completely. There is a significant relationship between ergonomics and the incidence of work accidents among workers at the PT. Gunung Sawit Mas Rokan Hulu. Abstract

Pemeriksaan radiologi dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat pencitraan diagnostik yang memancarkan sinar radiasi. Oleh karena itu instalasi radiologi harus memperhatikan aspek penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pekerja. Keselamatan radiasi diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 33 Tahun 2007 dan Perka Bapeten No 4/2020. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penerapan keselamatan radiasi pada instalasi radiologi Rumah Sakit Madani Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Informan penelitian sebanyak 8 orang, yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah beberapa persyaratan manajemen, beberapa persyaratan proteksi radiasi dan persyaratan teknik belum sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, verifikasi keselamatan instalasi radiologi telah sesuai dengan persyaratan yang berlaku. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan keselamatan radiasi pada instalasi radiologi Rumah Sakit Madani belum sesuai dengan Peraturan Kepala Badan Pengawas Tenaga Nuklir Nomor 4 Tahun 2020.Kata Kunci : Penerapan  K3 Instalasi Radiologi, Radiasi, Rumah Sakit

Abstract

Background: Pekanbaru Madani Hospital is one of the patient referral hospitals that serve the treatment of patients who are confirmed positive for COVID-19. The increasing number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 patients who have been served by the hospital will have a major impact on the work guidelines and workload of health workers. The number of patients who have been served due to COVID-19 cases was 352 people in 2020 while health workers working at the Madani Regional Hospital confirmed COVID-19 until September 2021. Objective: To find out the factors causing the high number of positive COVID-19 cases in Pinere Room nurses. at the Madani Regional Hospital, Pekanbaru City  Method: quantitative with an analytical survey research type design cross-sectional with collection technique with purposive sampling. The study was conducted in August – September 2021 at the Madani Hospital, the research sample was a total sampling technique of 91 nurses. Collecting data through Google form with univariate analysis, bivariate using chi-square, and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression. Research Results: The proportion of nurses who were confirmed positive for COVID-19 was 15 people (16.5%) with bivariate analysis there was a relationship between the use of PPE, application of health protocols, work stress, and work shifts with positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 in nurses. While the results of the multivariate analysis showed that there was a causal relationship between the use of PPE (p-value = 0.009;) and work stress (p-value 0.028) variables that did not have a causal relationship between health protocols (p-value = 0.85) and work shifts (p-value = 0.121). Conclusion: The dominant variable influencing positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 at Madani Hospital is the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Suggestion: Improve the supervisory function of nurses who use PPE when working each shift.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires us to limit physical interaction and contact to avoid the transmission of Covid-19. This restriction also applies to the learning process in schools, so that learning from becomes an option. Evaluation of ineffective online learning requires face-to-face learning to be carried out by students. On the other hand, the readiness of schools to implement face-to-face school health protocols is also still experiencing obstacles. This study aims to evaluate the Application of Health Protocols During the Covid-19 Pandemic Period at 003 Pasenggerahan State Elementary School. This evaluation research uses a qualitative approach, where researchers evaluate the implementation of education during the COVID-19 pandemic at SDN 003 Pesangrahan. The results of the study illustrate that administrative readiness has been fulfilled, the readiness of supporting facilities and equipment has been complete. In addition, the development of health protocol habits has been carried out, as well as sustainability efforts have also been carried out well. The conclusion from the research, administratively and technically, limited face-to-face school requirements can be done at SDN 003 Pasenggarahan. Suggestions can be given to managers to form a Covid-19 task force, rather that limited face-to-face education can be monitored continuously.

Abstract

Pengorganisasian merupakan sesuatu proses penentuan, pengelompokan serta pengaturan bermacama-macam kegiatan yang dibutuhkan untuk menggapai tujuan. Salah satu program Dinas Kesehatan merupakan program pencegahan serta pengendalian penyakit tidak menular (PTM). Puskemas Langsat merupakan salah satu Puskesmas dari 21 Puskesmas yang terdapat di Pekanbaru yang telah mempunyai pengorganisasian program PTM. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengenali bagaimana pengorganisaian program PTM di Puskesmas Langsat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-September 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalaui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 orang yaitu pengelola program PTM, koordinator UKM, Kader, dan Ka. Tu Puskesmas Langsat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pembagian kerja telah dilakukan, pengelompokan pekerjaan telah dicoba bersumber pada jenis daerah, tipe penderita serta tipe aktivitas. Hubungan relasi berjalan baik antara tim, sedangkan untuk koordinasi belum berjalan secara optimal. Puskesmas Langsat bisa melaksanakan pembagian kerja secara secara rinci berupa dokumen kerja, melaksanakan analisis beban petugas serta menetapkan kebutuhan SDM dan meningkatkan rapat antar sektor supaya masing- masing program dapat meraih tujuannya.
