Abstract

SubagyaABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat menulis puisi pada siswa kelas VI SD Bumijo Yogyakarta dengan sumber belajar alam sekitar melalui pendekatan kontekstual. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 39 orang siswa dengan nilai kemampuan rata-rata awal menulis puisi adalah 68,4. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Taggart dengan tahapan perencanaan, alternatif pemecahan masalah, tindakan, analisis, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata awal kelompok adalah 68,4 dan mandiri 65,2, meningkat menjadi 73,3 (nilai rata-rata kelompok) serta 71,20 (nilai rata-rata mandiri) di siklus I, dan menjadi 79,4 (nilai rata-rata kelompok) serta 78,0 (nilai rata-rata mandiri) di siklus II.Kata kunci: menulis puisi, sumber belajar, alam sekitar, pembelajaran kontekstualThe aims of this research are to increase students’ interest in writing poems for 6th grade students of elementary school at SD Bumijo Yogyakarta through environment learning resources by contextual approach. The subjects of research are 39 students with pre-average score of writing poems are 68,4. This research is classroom action research of Kemmis dan Taggart model with several steps are planning, problem solving alternative, action, analysis, and reflection. The results of this research show that pre-avarage score of writing poems in team are 68,4 and individual 65,2, increase to 73,3 (team average score) and 71,20 (individual average score) in 1st cycle, then become 79,4 (team average score) and 78,0 (individual average score) in 2nd cycle.Keywords: writing poems, learning resources, environment, contextual learning

Abstract

ABSTRAKKerajinan kerang simping atau dalam bahasa latinnya Amusium pleuronectes banyak diminati oleh konsumen. Umumnya produknya berupa kap lampu yang dibuat dengan sistem bingkai menggunakan kuningan. Pada beberapa daerah kuningan sulit diperoleh, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian produk kerang dengan sistem bingkai menggunakan rotan antik lebar ± 4mm. Produk yang dibuat berupa kap lampu dan sketsel. Produk dipasang di ruang pamer BBKB dan dilakukan wawancara dengan 30 responden, 10 butir instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data. Sistem penilaian dilakukan dengan skala Likert dan diperoleh nilai kualitas dari produk adalah 71 ( untuk skor tertinggi 100) atau 71% dari kualitas yang diharapkan. Ini artinya produk yang dibuat kualitasnya baik. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah desain produk kerajinan kerang agar dapat dikembangkan karena banyak peminatnya dan dapat dipasarkan dengan harga yang cukup baik sesuai dengan desain produk dan tingkat kesulitan dalam pembuatannya.Kata kunci : kerang simping, sistem bingkai, rotan.ABSTRACTCraft capiz shells (Amusium pleuronectes) has great demand. Generally, products in the form of lamp shades is made with a system using a brass frame. In some regions, the brass is difficult to obtain, so we need research products using a frame systems shells with antique rattan ± 4mm wide. Products are made in the form of lampshade and partition. Products are installed in the showroom BBKB and interviews were conducted with 30 respondents, using 10 items of instruments. Assessment system with Likert scale and value of quality product is 71 (for the highest score 100) or 71% of the expected quality. It means products have good quality. Design of shells for craft products can be developed caused by great demand and can be marketed with a good price according with the design of products and level of difficulty in the making.Key words : capiz shells (Amusium pleuronectes) , frame system, rattan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pola pendidikan toleransi dalam rangka penguatan ideologi Pancasila di kampung moderasi beragama dan aktor lokal yang terlibat dalam penguatan toleransi di kampung moderasi beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan sehingga teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah studi dokumen. Selain itu, analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan hermeunitik dengan menekankan pada intreprestasi pada data yang sudah disederhanakan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan toleransi di kampung moderasi beragama dapat melakukan penguatan ideologi Pancasila dengan pola pendidikan toleransi dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang berbasis kearifan lokal, karena dapat menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dan kehidupan masyarakat yang heterogen di kampung moderasi beragama sehingga dapat membangun ketahanan ideologi Pancasila yang tangguh. Dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan toleransi dengan pendegkatan partisipatif yang berbasis kearifan lokal dibutuhkan peran dan kerja sama aktor lokal, dari pemerintah desa, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, dan tokoh pemuda yang tergabung di dalam karang taruna. Melalui keterlibatan aktor lokal tersebut ternyata dapat membangun kesadaran ideologis masyarakat, keharmonisan kehidupan antar perbedaan, dan mengatisipasi tindakan intoleransi. Pada dasarnya pola pendidikan toleransi dengan pendekatan partisipatif berbasis kearifan lokal yang diterapkan di kampung moderasi beragama dapat difungsikan untuk  penguatan ideologi Pancasila di kampung moderasi beragama sehingga dapat membangun ketahanan ideologi Pancasila yang tangguh.

Abstract

Critical reading is increasingly essential in EFL/ESP higher education, yet many students still struggle to evaluate claims, evidence, and reasoning in disciplinary texts. Project-Based Learning (PBL) is frequently recommended to strengthen higher-order literacy; however, prior studies often report outcomes without clearly specifying how PBL produces gains in critical reading skills (CRS). This theory-driven systematic conceptual literature review synthesizes research to construct a mechanism-based explanation of the PBL→CRS relationship through engagement and argument quality, while identifying academic self-efficacy (ASE) as a plausible boundary condition. Using a PRISMA-informed Scopus-only search built from five keyword sets (PBL, critical reading, engagement, argumentation, and ASE), journal articles were screened with cluster-specific inclusion criteria and appraised for reporting transparency as a rigor check. Thirty studies were included and analyzed via qualitative content analysis and constant comparison across four evidence clusters (PBL-focused, engagement-focused, CRS/argumentation-focused, and ASE-focused). The synthesis indicates that PBL influences CRS by (a) activating multidimensional engagement (behavioral, cognitive, emotional, and agentic) through authentic inquiry, collaboration, and iterative task cycles, and (b) improving argument quality when projects embed explicit routines for claims–evidence–reasoning, critique, and text-based justification. ASE appears to strengthen these pathways by shaping persistence, strategy use, and willingness to engage in cognitively demanding argument work. The review contributes a provisional, testable program theory for argument-rich PBL in ESP/non-STEM contexts and outlines empirical directions (e.g., longitudinal designs, multilevel SEM, and cluster RCTs) to validate the proposed mechanisms.

Abstract

Mastery of English vocabulary is an important part of early childhood English learning in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. The use of digital learning media such as augmented reality flashcards is also needed as a way to teach English to early childhood who are now accustomed to the use of advances in digital technology. The purpose of this study was to improve the mastery of English vocabulary in children aged 4-5 years by using augmented reality flashcards. This research was conducted in August-September 2022. This research is a classroom- action research using Kurt Lewin's model which consists of 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques use observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model for qualitative data and simple statistics (percentages) for quantitative data. The subjects of this research are all children aged 4-5 years at Marsudisiwi Kindergarten, Laweyan Surakarta, totaling 20 children. The results show that there was an increase in children's English vocabulary mastery from cycle 1 by 35% and increased to 85% at the end of cycle 3 for the very well-developed category (BSB). The increase was also seen from the number of vocabulary that the children acquired, the correct pronunciation of the given vocabulary, and the ability to distinguish the meaning of one word from another.

Abstract

As a learning medium, modules undoubtedly possess an essential role in conveying information to students, with their characteristics of displaying more easily accepted information by students. This research, therefore, aims to analyze learning modules reviewed from self-efficacy for students with visual impairments. The research method employed is quantitative, with a quasi-experimental model, where two groups comprised experimental and control groups. The data collection technique used was a self-efficacy questionnaire, and the data were then analyzed utilizing descriptive statistics. This research examined 30 respondents who were students with visual impairments in class VII-IX SMP LB at SLB A YAAT Klaten and SLB A YKAB Surakarta. The research results revealed that the learning module used for students with visual impairments effectively increased student self-efficacy

Abstract

Tinjauan sistematis telah dilakukan terhadap studi-studi tentang pembelajaran eksperiensial di pendidikan tinggi. Dari 30 artikel, 2 di antaranya sepenuhnya mematuhi pedoman siklus Kolb. Kelemahan yang ditemukan dalam artikel-artikel lainnya dan contoh-contoh penting penerapan siklus tersebut dibahas. Meningkatkan penerapan Pembelajaran Eksperiensial Kolb dapat meningkatkan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa dan berkontribusi pada pembelajaran mendalam mereka.

Abstract

Natural enemies play an important role in the rice field ecosystem in achieving pest population balance. The jajar legowo planting system is a planting system that provides empty space for rows of plants that are thought to affect the types and population dynamics of natural enemies. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of applying the jajar legowo cropping system to the types and populations of natural enemies of rice pests. The research was conducted from April-June 2022 in Karanglo Village, Polanharjo, Klaten and the Laboratory of Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sebelas Maret. The research was carried out in rice fields with conventional spacing systems (tegel) and jajar legowo 2:1. The variables observed were the type and population of predators and parasitoids along with the degree of parasitization of the rice pests. The results showed that the types of predators found in conventional land and Jajar Legowo were not different. The application of the jajar legowo cropping system increased the population of Paederus and Tetragnatha spider.
