Abstract

Balanced nutrition is a daily food composition that contains nutrients in types and quantities that suit body's needs, taking into account the principles of food diversity or variety, physical activity, cleanliness and ideal body weight (BB). Aim of this counseling was to increase knowledge and understanding of balanced nutrition among students at Sahid Vocational School, Surakarta. Methods used were lectures and discussions. Media used in this counseling were leaflets and flashcards. Participants in this community service activity were students of SMK Sahid Surakarta class XI TBO 2. Implementation of this counseling received a good response from students with an attendance percentage of 86,7%. Results of community service activity effectiveness could be seen from N-gain value = 0,56 in medium category. Keywords: counseling, balanced nutrition, student, leaflet, flashcard

Abstract

Background: The incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia is still relatively high which has an impact on mothers and babies born. One of the causes of anemia in pregnancy is the inappropriate quantity and quality of diet.Objectives: This study aims to determine differences in the quality of the diet of anemic and non-anemic pregnant women.Methods: Observational study with a case control design. The sample population taken in this study were pregnant women with as many as 80 people. The number of samples was 54 pregnant women divided into 27 anemia groups and 27 non-anemic groups using purposive sampling technique. The time of research was September 2022 – February 2023. The instrument in this study was the Semi Quantitative-Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ), the Diet Quality Index (DQI) form. Data analysis used the Mann Whitney test. Results: The study showed that the average score for quality of diet in the anemic group was 52.18% (low), in the non-anemic group it was 65.48% (good). There were differences in the components of variation in the two groups (p=0.015). There were differences in the adequacy and moderation components in the two groups (p=0.000). There was no difference in the overall balance component in the two groups (p=1.000). There was a difference in the score of the quality of the diet for the anemic and non-anemic groups (p=0.000).Conclusions: There are differences in the quality of the diet of pregnant women in the anemic and non-anemic groups. In anemic pregnant women, the quality of the diet is lower than in non-anemic pregnant women. Pregnant women are expected to improve the quality of the diet consumed in order to achieve optimal health.

Abstract

Narkoba adalah zat atau obat yang berasal dari tanaman atau bukan tanaman, baik sintetis ataupun semi sintetis yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan atau perubahan kesadaran, hilangnya rasa, mengurangi bahkan sampai menghilangkan rasa nyeri, dan dapat menimbulkan ketergantungan. Sesuai Pasal 1 Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan HAM yang dimaksud Penyuluhan Hukum adalah salah satu kegiatan penyebar luasan informasi dan pemahaman terhadap norma Hukum dan Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku guna mewujudkan dan mengembangkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat sehingga tercipta Budaya Hukum dalam bentuk tertib dan taat atau patuh terhadap norma Hukum dan Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku demi tegaknya supremasi Hukum. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi penyuluhan hukum bersifat kognitif namun dikemas dengan informasi yang menyenangkan. Selain itu metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini melalui metode penyampaian meteri lalu kemudian diakhir acara diadakan tanya jawab, dengan tanya jawab ini masyarakat diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya sesuai dengan tema penyuluhan, atau masyarakat dapat bertanya di luar tema yang telah ditentukan. Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika mengatur upaya pemberantasan terhadap tindak pidana Narkotika melalui ancaman pidana denda, pidana penjara, pidana seumur hidup, dan pidana mati. Upaya pencegahannya diantaranya dengan upaya preventif yaitu upaya untuk mencegah pelanggaran hukum. Contohnya selektif dalam memilih teman dan menjauhi lingkungan masyarakat yang dapat memberikan dampak negatif untuk diri sendiri serta dengan upaya represif yaitu upaya untuk memulihkan keadaan setelah terjadi penyimpangan. Contohnya diberikan bimbingan atau konseling kepada para pelaku tindak pidana narkotika dan melakukan penindakan kepada orang yang diduga menggunakan, menyimpan dan menjual narkotika.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang paling banyak diderita masyarakat Indonesia dan menjadi penyebab kematian yang tinggi di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan penyakit hipertensi menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes serta mengevaluasi tingkat akurasinya. Data yang digunakan berasal dari pasien hipertensi di RSUD Undata Palu dengan total 311 data dan delapan variabel gejala. Proses klasifikasi dilakukan dengan beberapa proporsi pembagian data training dan testing, yaitu 60:40, 70:30, 80:20, dan 90:10. Hasil klasifikasi menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes mampu mengidentifikasi jenis hipertensi dengan tingkat akurasi tertinggi sebesar 98,38% pada proporsi 80:20. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes dapat diandalkan dalam membantu diagnosa awal penyakit hipertensi berdasarkan gejala yang dialami pasien.
