Abstract

Penelitian ini secara empiris bertujuan menganalisis apakah board size dan board independen dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan melalui intellectual capital disclosure. Sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan data dari sekto pertanian yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 21 perusahaan dan telah dilakukan penyaringan maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 14 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebagai pengambilan sampel. Model analisis penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan sumber data yang diperoleh dari situs idx periode 2012-2016. Penulis menemukan hasil bahwa kepemilikan board size dan board independen meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan pengungkapan intellectual capital yang tinggi. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dengan direktur yang tinggi pada suatu perusahaan mampu meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan pengungkapan intellectual capital.

Abstract

Perusahaan pada masa 4.0 masa global ini dituntut memiliki keunikan dalam memperkenalkan produk baik jasa maupun barang yang dihasilkan, untuk memberikan suatu manfaat lebih sehingga menjadi pilihan terbaik untuk dapat bekerjasama dengan perusahaan rekanan maupun perusahaan konsumen. Dengan Ketatnya persaingan dalam dunia industry, perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik demi mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Sehingga seluruh aktifitas operasional perusahaan mengharuskan untuk memiliki karyawan yang kompeten sesuai pada bidangnya untuk mendapatkan kinerja yang optimal dan baik dalam memproduksi produk dan jasa yang dihasilkan, bermanfaat memiliki nilai guna lebih bagi konsumennya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti secara Empiris pengaruh kompensasi, komitmen perusahan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan serta stres kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Mustika Surya Electric yang dengan menggunakan Teknik Sample Jenuh, berjumlah 80 sample karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil uji analisis atas data yang ada diperoleh bahwa Variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap variabel Motivasi. Variabel Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi. Variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap variabel Motivasi. Kemudian variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja. Variabel Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. Variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja dan variabel Stress Kerja. Serta variabel stress kerja tidak menjadi pengaruh kuat dalam memodrasi hubungan antara motivasi ke kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan: pertama, untuk menganalisis pengaruh growth opportunities terhadap kinerja keuangan serta efek moderasi intellectual capital antara growth opportunities dan kinerja keuangan. Kedua, pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sampel diperoleh berdasarkan purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 11 perusahaan sub-sektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018 dengan 55 observasi sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi yaitu data yang diperoleh diambil dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif statistik dan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa growth opportunities berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, intellectual capital berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan,dan intellectual capital memoderasi pengaruh growth opportunities terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the increased effectiveness of the team at the Human Resources Development Agency of East Kalimantan Province. This study uses a cross-sectional design that is data collection that is conducted one time at a predetermined respondent with data analysis used is the partial least square (PLS) approach. A high level of trust will have a positive effect on the greater team effectiveness, so that at the same time team members will feel satisfaction in working with the group which will then affect the success of the team to achieve group goals. Thus, the more team members who are satisfied with the team, the better the performance of the interdependent team in completing the given task.

Abstract

Halal information on Food and Beverage Preparations, analyze for influence on Purchasing Decisions. Novelty research is the Role of Moderation to the relationship of Halal Information to Purchasing Decisions. Using structural model equations (SEM), there is a positive and significant impact of Halal Information on Purchasing Decisions. There is a positive and considerable moderation of Religiosity to the relationship between Halal Information and Purchasing Decisions. The practical implications of the study's results, empirically proving that Halal Information listed on Food and Beverage Preparations led to an increase in Purchasing Decisions, and consumer Religiosity showed significant differences. Advice for Food and Beverage manufacturers to keep halal information on Food and Beverage Preparations because it affects positive buying decisions.

Abstract

This study explored the influence of job engagement, goal orientation, and career satisfaction on organizational commitment at the Regional Staffing Agency of Kalimantan Timur Province. Organizational commitment, which is essential for enhancing performance and trust in government agencies, is analyzed through three dimensions: affective, continuance, and normative commitment. This study utilizes a population of 71 civil servants from the Regional Staffing Agency and employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS to analyze the relationships between variables. The study found that job engagement positively affects career satisfaction but has no significant direct impact on organizational commitment. Goal orientation had no significant influence on either career satisfaction or organizational commitment. Career satisfaction, although an important factor, does not directly impact organizational commitment. These findings highlight the complexities of the government’s work environment, where job security and rigid regulations may diminish the role of engagement and satisfaction in fostering commitment. The study concludes with recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and aligning organizational goals with personal aspirations to improve commitment and performance.

Abstract

Background: Work accidents and work-related diseases are still considered as nightmares in Indonesia, especially in the coal mining sector. Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan (Social Security Agency for Employment) reported that there were as many as 234,370 cases of work accidents and work-related diseases in 2021, where the mining sector contributed as many as 6,565 cases. This study aims to present the analysis and synthesis of various research to provide solution recommendations in the management of accident reporting which are suitable to the characteristics of coal mining in Indonesia. Method: This study is a Systematic literature review of a number of studies sourced from Elsevier, Science Direct, Google Scholar, Pubmed, Proquest, DOAJ, Perpusnas RI, Garuda, and other sources. Results: Based on the literature analysis, it is found out that reporting management based on digitalization either in the form of website portal or application is a solution to optimize the effort to control work accidents and work-related disease in coal mining. Conclusion: This reporting system can be applied in coal mining in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support on employee engagement and job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at the East Kutai Regency Youth and Sports Office. The method used is quantitative with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The research population is all employees in the agency with proportional sampling techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS to test the relationships between variables. The results of the study show that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement and job satisfaction. Employee engagement and job satisfaction also contribute positively and significantly to employee performance. In addition to organizational support, it directly affects the improvement of employee performance. These findings affirm the importance of the role of organizational support in creating a conducive work environment that increases engagement and job satisfaction which has an impact on improving performance. The recommendation of this study is to strengthen organizational support policies, such as improving work facilities, reward systems, and career development, to support optimal employee performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several external factors affecting the palm oil industry, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the decline in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) prices, cooking oil scarcity, and the government's CPO export ban policy, all of which have impacted the economic and operational performance of palm oil companies. This study focuses on analyzing the influence of Inventory Turnover (ITO) and Sales Growth (SG) on profitability, measured by Return on Assets (ROA), in palm oil companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. Furthermore, this study explores the moderating role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), measured through the board of directors and the board of commissioners, in the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The research employs a quantitative method with panel data regression analysis. A sample of 16 companies was selected using purposive sampling, with data sourced from financial statements and other secondary sources. Data processing was conducted using EViews 13 software. The results indicate that ITO negatively and significantly affects ROA, likely due to price volatility and market conditions. Conversely, SG demonstrates a positive and significant influence on ROA, suggesting that increased sales positively impact company profits. GCG significantly moderates the relationship between ITO and ROA, but does not significantly moderate the relationship between SG and ROA. These findings highlight the importance of applying good corporate governance principles, especially when facing uncertain economic conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh  parsial kompetensi pegawai, motivasi pegawai dan kompensasi pegawai terhadap kinerja  pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi. Pengaruh parsial kompetensi pegawai, motivasi pegawai dan kompensasi pegawai terhadap  kepuasan   pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi. Pengaruh kepuasan pegawai terhadap kinerja pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota  Samarinda Rancangan penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai pengelola PPID yang meliputi PPID pembantu yang berada dimasing-masing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Samarinda dan pengelola PPID Utama Pemerintah Kota Samarinda yaitu Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda berjumlah 112 orang. Dengan metode eksplanatif, penelitian digunakan dengan jenis penelitian sensus atau sampel total (total sampling), sehingga jumlah sampel 112 orang. Metode statistik adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda. Kepuasan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda Sedangkan motivasi pegawai maupun kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda.
