This study aimed to analyze the Comparative Effects of Brand Equity between Indomie Noodles brand and Sedaap noodles by using t test analysis in Two independent variables. The sample in this study were students of Mulawarman university Samarinda with amount of samples are 80 respondents by using hair method. The hypothesis of this study showed that between equity Indomie and Sedaap have significant differences.The results of hypothes test in Two Variables t test showed that, brand equity of Indomie and Mie Sedaap have significant differences.Keyword: Comparison of brand equity

Research aims to know the influence of the Service Performance and Costumer Satisfaction loyality to the obligor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda as well as to self relianthknowing variable does influential dominant among variable Service Performance and Customer Satisfaction of the Loyalty of the depositor Bank Mandiri branch self contained Samarinda.Sample on the basis Formula Solvin by Umar (2003: 146) obtained 95 or use calculationang depositor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda.Method of data gathering used directly to the pil is interview involved with the matters discussed and give a list of question to depositor savings Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda.Analyzed data using equipment analysis multiple regression the testing done with t test, and test coefficient of determination to assistance software SPSS.Research Results show that collectively same Service performance and Costumer satisfaction influential Significant agains Loyality depositor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda.Variable Costumer Satisfaction have influence dominant Loyalty to the obligor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda. Nugroho ( 2005 : 11 ) declare that to regression compounded better use R Square yes have adjustable or written adjusted R Square method of 0,120 this give a sense 12% of variation variable dependent that is Loyalty of the depositor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda can descoribed by the independent variable Service Performance and Customer Satisfaction now the rest 88% annotated by factors of variable other unknown and notiucluded in the research.

Performance Appraisal Information System, Supplementary Income Benefits, and Performance Employees are meruapakan one unity and mutually related to each other in the performance appraisal and compensation to the Government of Samarinda City. The application of performance appraisal and compensation information system in the form of additional income support is an effort of Samarinda City Government in an effort to give motivation to the employees to improve their performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of performance appraisal information systems and additional income allowances on the performance of employees of the Department of Education Samarinda City. This research was conducted in Samarinda City Education Office. The population in this study as many as 120 employees, while the samples taken as many as 55 respondents selected simple random sampling. Validity test and test reliability of variable indicator questionnaire using SmartPLS version 3.2.6 with requirements to meet outer model, while hypothesis testing using model structure test (inner model) using SmartPLS program version 3.2.6. The result of the research indicates that the items of variable indicator have fulfilled the criteria of validity and reliability. Test the validity of loading factor, cross loading, AVE value indicates that the instrument is valid. The reliability test tested using composite realibility and Cronbach's Alpha has been eligible. Furthermore, the hypothesis test by using SmartPLS shows that the system of performance appraisal information (e-logbook) has positive and significant effect to the additional allowance of earnings, the additional allowance of earnings has positive and significant effect to the employee performance, while the performance appraisal e-logbook system has positive Not significant to employee performance. The suggestion that can be given is that the city government of Samarinda should improve the performance appraisal information system so that it can describe the performance of the employees, not just the daily activities.Keywords: performance appraisal information system, additional income supplement, employee performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi serta karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan motivasi pada PT BRI Syariah Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan sarana software SPSS versi 20. Data penelitian dilakukan dengan memberi angket kuesioner terhadap 100 orang responden karyawan PT BRI Syariah Samarinda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Variabel kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi, kemudian variabel karakteristik pekerjaan secara langsung berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi. Variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Kepememimpinan, budaya organisasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi melalui kepuasan kerja.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Daya Tarik Wisata, Citra Destinasi dan Sarana Wisata tehadap Kepuasan Wisatawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 80 responden wisatawan luar kota Samarinda sebagai sampel secara acak dan sederhana, analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM) dan diolah dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Variabel Daya Tarik Wisata dan Citra Destinasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan, sedangkan variabel Sarana Wisata tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan di Citra Niaga Samarinda.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada aplikasi Traveloka. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Harga dan Kualitas Layanan sementara variabel terikat adalah Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada penguna aplikasi traveloka di Samarinda yang terdiri dari 50 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner tertutup, responden hanya memilih jawaban dari opsi yang telah ditentukan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan kualitas layanan secara positif dan signifikan mampu mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian.

Penerapan dana desa di Kabupaten Kutai Timur telah berjalan lebih kurang selama lima tahun dan menghabiskan anggaran yang tidak sedikit. Namun hanya sedikit sekali desa di Kabupaten Kutai Timur yang mampu memanfaatkan dana desa yang mereka terima dengan baik hingga berhasil menjadi Desa Mandiri dan Desa Maju. Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengelolaan dan penggunaan dana desa di Kabupaten Kutai Timur menggunakan wawancara terstruktur sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang berpedoman pada PP No. 60 Tahun 2014 dan Permendesa No. 16 Tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penganggaran dana desa secara penuh merupakan wewenang Pemerintah Pusat sedangkan pengalokasian dana desa diatur dalam Peraturan Bupati Kutai Timur dengan mempertimbangkan jumlah penduduk desa, luas wilayah desa, angka kemiskinan di desa, dan tingkat kesulitan geografis setiap desa tersebut. Penyaluran dana desa diatur dalam regulasi yang cukup jelas, tetapi seringkali terlambat karena kurangnya kuantitas aparatur desa yang memiliki kompetensi dan terlambatnya penerbitan Peraturan Bupati terkait rincian dana desa dan penggunaannya. Proses penatausahaan pengelolaan keuangan desa untuk desa-desa di Kabupaten Kutai Timur telah seragam dan sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah karena penggunaan aplikasi Siskeudes. Penggunaan dana desa di Kabupaten Kutai Timur telah mengutamakan hak dan kepentingan seluruh warganya serta sejalan dengan karakteristik wilayah dari masing-masing desa. Seluruh kegiatan pengelolaan dana desa telah dipantau dan dievaluasi secara internal oleh perangkat desa yang didampingi oleh pendamping lokal desa dari Kementerian Desa. Selain itu pengawasan dan evaluasi juga rutin dilakukan oleh masing-masing Kecamatan yang berkoordinasi dengan DPMD.
