Abstract

Upaya peningkatan derajat kesehatan Ibu hamil terus dilakukan, meningat masiht ingginya Angka kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia, Di masa pandemic mengakibatkan berbagai permasalahan kesehatan termasuk kesehatan ibu hamil. Kebijakan pemerintah untuk menerapkan menjaga jarak sosial, menjaga jarak fisik dan bekerja dari rumah sebagai upaya untuk pencegahan penularan covid-19, menyebabkan kegiatan kelas ibu hamil tidak bisa dilaksanakan. Sehingga tujuan dari kelas ibu hamil sebagai salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian ibu dan bayi melalui kelas ibu hamil yang merupakan bagian dari antenatal berkualitas tidak tedapat terlaksana. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra berdasarkan hasil observasi dan dikusi antara lain kecemasan ibu hamil bersalin dimasa pandemi dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang cara mengatasi stress selama kehamilan, kebutuhan senam hamil belum terpenuhi, kurangnya pemberdayaan ibu hamil untuk meningkatkan status kesehatan. Solusi permasalahan mitra dengan melakukan pendampingan kelas ibu hamil di masa pandemi. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada tanggal 29 Desember 2020 sampai 12 Januari 2021 pada kelas ibu hamil desa Ketimang Kecamatan Wonoayu Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pendampingan kelas ibu hamil, kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan dan pelatihan pada ibu hamil. Hasilnya ada peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang manajemen stres, senam hamil dan akupresur untuk meningkatkan status kesehatan ibu hamil

Abstract

This study is in the background by the existence of School Well-Being Problems in Vocational Students. This study aims to determine the relationship between Social Maturity and School Well-Being of Class X and XI Students in November 10, Sidoarjo Vocational High School. This research is a correlational quantitative study. This study uses a sample of 186 students consisting of classes X and XI. The sampling technique used is Statified Random Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used 2 scales, the first was the social maturity scale and the School Well-Being scale. The results showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.993 with a significance level of p = 0.000 where p was smaller than 0.05. The results show that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. There is a relationship between social maturity with school well- being in class X and XI students in November 10, Sidoarjo Vocational High School.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between adversity quotient and empty nest syndrome in elderly women in Larangan village, Sidoarjo. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a negative relationship between adversity quotient and empty nest syndrome in elderly women in Larangan Sidoarjo village, namely the higher the adversity quotient of elderly women, the lower the empty nest syndrome of elderly women, and vice versa. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach with a sample of elderly women in Larangan Village, Sidoarjo, with a total sample of 199 from a total population of 424 elderly. In this study, two scales were used, the adversity quotient variable using the adversity quotient scale and the empty nest syndrome. Hypothesis analysis was performed using Pearson's product moment correlation technique on SPSS version 20.0 for windows. Based on the results of the study, the correlation coefficient (r) between adversity quotient and empty nest syndrome in elderly women in Larangan Sidoarjo village was (r) = -0.441, with a significant value (p) = 0.000 (p <0.05) and the test results coefficient of determination 0.194 (adjusted R Square) which indicates that the hypothesis of this study is accepted, namely there is a relationship between adversity quotient and empty nest syndrome in elderly women in Larangan Sidoarjo Village and Adversity Quotient provides an effective contribution of 19.4% to the Empty nest variable. syndrome and 80.6% were influenced by other factors, such as gender, age, spirituality, etc.

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar (SD) merupakan jenjang lanjutan pendidikan formal dasar setelah taman kanak- kanan/ pendidikan anak usia dini “PAUD”. Dua hal penting yang saling memiliki keterkaitan dalam persiapan pendidikan anak di sekolah dasar, yakni kematangan masuk sekolah (school maturity dan kesiapan masuk sekolah (school readiness). Kematangan meliputi pertumbuhan fisik sedangkan kesiapan terkait kualitas/keterampilan individu yang disebabkan oleh kematangan dan proses belajar. Variabel Y dalam penelitian ini adalah kesiapan masuk sekolah dasar dan variabel X adalah inteligensi (IQ). Penelitian bersifat deskriptif dan kuantitatif yang artinya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis dan menggambarkan hasil hubungan antara variabel kesiapan masuk SD dengan Inteligensi anak. Subyek penelitian ini adalah calon siswa sekolah dasar dan Madrasah ibtidaiyah baik negeri maupun swasta di Jawa Timur dengan jumlah 295 calon siswa dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data adalah dokumen hasil tes CPM, dan NST calon siswa. Hasil analisa Korelasi Pearson dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS menunjukan hasil rxy= 0,342 dan p= 0,000, artinya hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara inteligensi dengan kesiapan masuk sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya fenomena santri yang mengalami permasalahan regulasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan positif antara religiusitas dan regulasi diri pada santri madrasah diniyah di Sidoarjo. Variabel yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah religiusitas sebagai variabel bebas dan regulasi diri sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di madrasah diniyah dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 santri yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala psikologi model Likert, yaitu skala religiusitas dan skala regulasi diri. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan positif antara religiusitas dengan regulasi diri pada santri madrasah diniyah di Sidoarjo. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistik korelasi product moment dari Pearson menggunakan bantuan program SPSS for windows. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,720 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya ada hubungan positif antara religiusitas dengan regulasi diri yang signifikan dan searah. Sehingga semakin tinggi religiusitas maka semakin tinggi pula regulasi diri pada santri di Madrasah Diniyah di Sidoarjo, begitu pula sebaliknya. Adapun sumbangan efektif religiusitas terhadap regulasi diri adalah sebesar 51,1%.

Abstract

This research was motivated by UMKM in Sidoarjo Regency, totaling 2635 businesses involving female workers as employees, one of whom was a homeworker. This study aims to describe the description of women's subjective happiness who work with the putting out system. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. The subject of this study amounted to 3 women workers with putting out system. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods using semi-structured interview techniques. The results of the study describe each subject experiencing subjective happiness such as being satisfied with themselves, satisfied with life with family, good relations with peers, optimistic about the future, satisfied with health conditions and enjoying leisure time with family. Each subject has a picture of positive affect as well as feeling happy with the work that is currently occupied and does not cause signs of depression, sadness, despair so that there is no negative affect resulting from working with the putting out system. Abstract

Schools have large potential of human resources. Unfortunately, this potential has not effectively supported the Sekolah Adiwiyata program. Two junior high schools in Tulangan Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, have potential human resources that can be optimized in initiating the Sekolah Adiwiyata program. Post-training training and mentoring were provided as a form of social support for the initiation of the Sekolah Adiwiyata program. The results show that social support strengthens the teacher's healthy behavior as the initiator of the Sekolah Adiwiyata.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of peer conformity and permissive parenting with the discipline behavior of class XI and XII students at Sidoarjo High School. This research is a quantitative correlational study using multiple regression methods. The research subjects used 222 students consisting of grade XI and XII Natural Sciences and Social Sciences students. Determination of research subjects using quota sampling techniques. The method of data collection uses a psychological scale, namely the Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that there is a negative relationship between peer conformity and permissive parenting with the discipline behavior of class XI and XII students at Sidoarjo High School. With a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0, 285 and a coefficient of determination of 7.3%. But this research cannot provide a large contribution. The implications for this study for students are expected to be more selective in choosing friends, while for parents it is expected to be more selective with whom children make friends, for the school can choose activities that are good for students and give parenting to parents about parenting.

Abstract

This research is aimed to determine the relationship between family well being and the students’ aggressiveness. The proposed hypothesis is that there is a negative relationship between family well being and aggressiveness of junior high school students. Quantitative research method with correlational research was used to conduct this study. The sample of this study was 172 students recruited from 338 students in the population by implementing simple random sampling technique. Likert scale model was used as data collection technique to measure the family well being and aggressiveness. Pearson’s Product Moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows was performed to analyze the data. The results showed that there was -0.225 correlation coefficient  with the significance value of 0.001 <0.05, meaning that there is a negative relationship between family well being and aggressiveness among the seventh grade students of a private junior high school in Buduran sub-district. It means that the higher the family well being is, the lower the aggressiveness is and vice versa. Family well being contributes 4.5% to the aggressiveness variable.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of Consumptive Behaviors of SMK YAPALIS Krian students. This study aims to determine the description of consumptive behavior in students of SMK YAPALIS Krian. The variable in this study is Consumptive Behavior. The sample in this study were students of SMK YAPALIS Krian, totaling 286 students of grade 10 to grade 12. Determination of the sample using proportionate stratified random sampling on students of SMK YAPALIS Krian. Data collection was carried out using a Consumptive Behavior psychology scale with a Likert scale model. The analysis technique used descriptive quantitative with the help of SPSS 18.0 for windows. The results of the analysis of Consumptive Behavior in YAPALIS Krian Vocational High School students obtained the results of 21 students who had very high Consumptive Behavior, 63 students had high Consumptive Behavior, 116 students had moderate Consumptive Behavior, 67 students who have Low Consumptive Behavior and 19 students have Low Consumptive Behavior, it can be said that YAPALIS Krian Vocational School students have Consumptive Behavior with a Medium Category tending to the top Highlights: Consumptive behavior prevalence: The study highlights the distribution of consumptive behavior among students of SMK YAPALIS Krian, indicating the varying levels of consumption exhibited by the students. Sample size and methodology: The study involved a sample of 286 students from grades 10 to 12, selected through proportionate stratified random sampling, providing a comprehensive representation of the student population. Descriptive analysis results: The analysis revealed that a significant portion of the students exhibited moderate to high levels of consumptive behavior, emphasizing the need for further investigation and potential intervention to address this behavior pattern.
