This research was conducted because of the phenomenon of the readiness of children to enter elementary school carried out by grade 1 elementary school students in Trompoasri village. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between family well-being and the readiness of children to enter elementary school by 1st grade elementary school children. This type of research is correlational quantitative research. The variables in this study were family well being as the independent variable and the readiness of children to enter elementary school as the dependent variable. The population in this study was 57 students. The sample in this study amounted to 53 students from a total population of 57 students. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique in the form of saturated sampling. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between family well-being and the readiness of children to enter elementary school in grade 1 elementary school children.Data analysis using Pearson product moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS 26.0 for windows program. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, the correlation coefficient is 0.295 with a significance value (0.044 < 0.05), meaning that there is a positive relationship between family well-being and the readiness of children to enter elementary school for grade 1 elementary school children in Trompoasri village. The higher the family well being, the higher the readiness of children to enter elementary school, and vice versa, the lower the family well being, the lower the readiness of children to enter elementary school.

SEFT® therapy was given to maximize the effectivity of the body energy system which used the EFT technique (tapping) with spiritual power (pray and surrender). The aim was stabling mind and feeling in order to positivy the self concept and the self control of early adolescent. This research was quantitative experimental approach with pretest-posttest one group design. The variable was SEFT® therapy as the independ ent variable and the smoking prefference as the dependent variable. The sampling technique was cluster random sampling gotten two Yunior High School in Waru region and random assignment gotten twelve students as experimental group research. The instruments data collection was the prefference smoking scale. The data was, analyzed by Wilcoxon Mathch Pairs Test,with SPSS 16 program, gotten ( p = 0,004; p<0,01), it was meant that there was the differences between the smoking prefference on early adolescents before and after given SEFT® therapy. The difference of smoking prefference was seen from the average posttest was lower than pretest (49 < 60), the result of follow up average was lower than the posttest (41 < 49). The result of the research showed that SEFT® therapy able to decerase the smoking prefference of early adolescents.

The aim of this study was to describe the characteristics and resilience factors for mothers who have children experiencing Down Syndrome. That is factors that help mother finds the strength to face the problem. The method was a qualitative exploratory study using three subjects 30-45 years old mother who has a child with Down syndrome and has resilience. The determination of the subject used purposive sampling techniques and located in some places according to the agreement of subject and significant others. Data collection methods used were interviews equipped with general guidelines as well as the recording field. The results showed that each mother were different in terms of characteristics and resilience factors and differences in educational factors, economic and employment background. Factors that affected the subject resilience also have differences. Some of the factors supporting emerging resilience, the family support factor was the support obtained by the subject.

Smoking is a one of a juvenile delinquency. However, if it is not handled properly, it will have an impact on adolescent tendency to a higher juvenile. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between peer social support and personality type with a trend of smoking on SMK Students in Sidoarjo. The hypothesis was that there is a positive relationship between social support of SMK Students (T) with a trend to smoke, there is a positive correlation between the personality type of vocational students (T) with a trend to smoke, and there is a positive relationship between social support and personality type with a trend to smoke. This research used three variables: two independent variables X1: peer social support, X2: personality type; and the dependent variable Y: the trends in smoking of SMK Students in Sidoarjo. The research data analysis used multiple correlation technique using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results obtained with the correlation coefficient ρ-0.073 (0.146)> 0.05, meaning that peer social support variables relationship with smoking trends were not significant; the correlation coefficient r with ρ 0.006 (0.904)> 0.05, meaning that the personality type variable relationship with smoking trends were not significant. These results showed that the hypothesis of the reseach were not proven.

The role of guidance and counseling teachers is very strategic in school programs. Guidance and counseling activities have many important functions for the development of students in schools which ultimately lead to an increase in academic achievement and a decrease in student behavior problems. The goal of IbM BK teachers for high school and equivalent in Sidoarjo District is to improve the quality of BK teacher services. The first specific target is to increase the capacity of BK teachers in conducting individual group counseling using choice theory. The second is the provision of student development books so that BK teachers have a source of information to communicate student problems with parents, principals, subject teachers, and other parties such as psychologists or psychiatrists for sustainable treatment. The third is an increase in the network of cooperation between schools and the Sidoarjo Health Office regarding referral services in severe cases that are difficult for BK teachers to handle alone. The results obtained are 1) BK teachers have started using individual and group counseling in handling students on the basis of choice theory; 2) They have also begun to be able to use the principle of choice theory in interacting with other students and teachers so that students seem less tense when dealing with BK teachers; 3) By applying the principles of choice theory, BK teachers feel that the counseling carried out can be more directed, structured, and the impact of change is more visible on the students they treat; 4) BK teachers can conduct classroom action research (CAR) using the instruments provided in the student development book; 5) With the SOP for Transfer of Hands, teachers can have an idea of the flow and parties who need to be invited to work together if they get students with severe psychological problems that are difficult to handle on their own, although currently they have not yet received such cases.

This study aims to explore the correlation between the readiness of students to enter elementary school with problem solving ability, as well as to describe the problem solving ability and the school readiness of students. The respondents involved in this study were 87 kindergarten students (TK-B). Sample determination was done by using saturated sampling technique. Data collection was done by administering two instruments, namely NST and WPPSI. NST is used to measure students 'readiness and WPPSI is used to measure students' problem solving ability. Data analyzed using Product-Moment correlation with correlation coefficient value (rxy) of 0.432 and significance level (p) of 0.000. The results showed that the problem solving ability has a significant relationship with the readiness of students in kindergarten level.

Teknik Self Talk merupakan salah satu terapi kognitif yang dapat mengurangi stres akademik pada siswa dengan menggunakan kata-kata positif untuk mengubah pikiran negatif dari seorang individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi stres akademik pada siswa kelas XII dengan metode Self Talk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian one group pre-test and post-test design. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks Test dengan skala stres akademik yaitu Educational Stress Scale of Adolescent (ESSA). Hasil pre-test – post-test menunjukkan bahwa p = 0,002 (p > 0,05) atau dapat dikatakan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada stres akademik siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan Self Talk.

Adolescents need high subjective well-being because adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood so that they are vulnerable to various problems. The same applies to teenage students who live in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to determine the description of subjective well being in adolescent students at Pondok Pesantren An - Nur Sidoarjo. The number of subjects in this study were 123 students using the proportional stratified random sampling technique from 190 total populations. Collecting data using a Likert scale model on the subjective well being variable. The research analysis uses descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach and utilizes the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that most of the subjective well being students are in the moderate category with a percentage of 38% of 47 students. The next result is a description of subjective well being based on gender and age. Subjective well being based on gender shows that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.023 <0.05, then there is a significant difference between the subjective well being of male students. Subjective well being based on the age factor of the students at the An-Nur Islamic Boarding School can show that the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the average subjective well being based on age is significantly different.

This studied aimed to described the form of parental involvement in kindergarten who have achievement in drawing. Parental involvement can be seen from the activities of (1) parenting, (2) communicating, (3) volunteering, (4) learning at home, (5) decision making, (6) collaborating with the community. This research method used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Six respondents were chosen by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using interviews and field notes conducted on six parents of students who have achievement in drawing. The results showed that parents who did not work could involve themselves more real to support their children's achievements.

Stuttering is a speech disorder characterized by repeating sounds, syllables, or prolonging sounds. Individuals with a stutter know precisely what they want to say but have difficulty producing a regular flow of speech. Stuttering, which may be accompanied by behaviors such as rapid eye blinking or lip trembling. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and peer support with social anxiety in stutter survivors in the Indonesia Stuttering Community. The sample for this study was 209 members of the Indonesia Stuttering Community out of a population 0f 537 members. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique with criteria of individual who have speech disorders (stuttering) and are part of the ISC community. Data collection uses three psychological scale, namely self-concept scale, peer support scale and social anxiety scale. The result of this study indicate that the effective contribution value is 46.1%, It can be concluded that there is an influence betweet self-concept and peer support on social anxiety among stuttering survivors who are part of the ISC community.
