Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena santri yang tidak dapat mencapai psychological well-being secara optimal. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui hubungan antara resiliensi dan religiusitas terhadap psychological well-being santri di pondok pesantren Fadllillah Sidoarjo. Metode pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif desain korelasi berganda dengan sampel sebanyak 291 santri menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak berstrata dari kelas VII sampai XII.  3 skala yang digunakan yakni : resiliensi, religiusitas dan psychological well-being. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan hipotesa penelitian diterima.  Skor F=63,899 dan p=0,000 menunjukkan hubungan positif secara simultan antara resiliensi dan religiusitas terhadap psychological well-being dan memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Variabel resiliensi maupun religiusitas secara terpisah juga memiliki hubungan dengan psychological well-being. Variabel resiliensi dan religiusitas secara simultan memberikan sumbangsi sebesar 30,7%, serta kategorisasi psychological well-being pada santri didominasi skor sedang 40%  dan tinggi 31%. Jadi, kesimpulannya resiliensi dan religiusitas secara simultan dapat mempengaruhi psychological well-being santri. Kata kunci: resiliensi, religiusitas dan psychological well-being, santri

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas, psychological well-being, dan filantropi dan menguji apakah psychological well-being dapat menjadi variabel mediator Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional untuk mengkaji fenomena dilapangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anggota Aisyiyah dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 1241 anggota. Penentuan Sampel menggunakan tabel Isacc dan Michael denga taraf 10% sehingga ditentukan sampel sebanyak 221 orang dan subjek yang berhasil dikumpulkan 239 anggota. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah skala religiusitas, psychological well-being dan filantropi yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dan telah diuji dan dapat dikatakan valid dan reliabel. Analisa data menggunakan mediation analysis dengan software JASP. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara religiusitas, psychological well-being, dan filantropi, selanjutnya juga ditemukan bahwa psychological well-being dapat memberikan efek mediasi parsial pada hubungan antara religiusitas dengan filantropi (z-value=2,825, p-value<.001). Hasil tersebut menandakan bahwa psychological well-being dapat menjadi mediator antara religiusitas dengan filantropi. Kata kunci: aisyiyah, filantropi, psychological well-being, religiusitas

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara spiritualitas dan regulasi emosi terhadap forgiveness pada siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketana kuantitatif metode korelasi. Sasaran pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas 10 SMK dengan populasi sebanyak 254 terdiri dari 3 jurusan yaitu otomotif (TKRO), listrik (KTL), mesin (TPM). Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 146 siswa kelas 10 SMK. Pengumpulan data berupa skala likert spiritualitas, skala forgiveness, skala regulasi emosi. Hasil penelitian bahwa dominan dikategori rendah 52% dan sedang 48%. Hasil uji hipotesis membuktikan dalam penelitian ini semakin tinggi tingkatan spiritualitas dan regulasi emosi maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkatan forgiveness, uji linear berganda menunjukkan nilai yang diberikan oleh spiritualitas dan regulasi emosi sebesar 23% kepada forgiveness dan hasil uji F spiritualitas dan regulasi emosi dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan kepada forgiveness. Kesimpulannya bahwa hasil hasil tersebut menunjukkan secara simultan maupun secara individual spiritualitas, regulasi emosi dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan kepada forgiveness. Abstract

Proses dari mengasuh orang lain atau yang disebut dengan caregiving seringkali menimbulkan stressor yang dapat berpengaruh kepada well-beingi dari caregiver tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara penerimaan diri dan regulasi emosi terhadap psychological well being caregiver lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 170 caregiver yang selanjutnya dikumpulkan dengan metode sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh anggota populasi menjadi sampel penelitian.  Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala penerimaan diri, skala ERQ dan skala psychological well being. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara penerimaan diri dan regulasi emosi dengan PWB yang signifikan. Hasil uji F penerimaan diri dan regulasi emosi memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap psychological well being dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 87,2 %. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian pemahaman terkait penerimaan diri dan juga regulasi emosi kepada sampel penelitian, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan psychological well-being yang dimiliki. Abstract

Fenomena Quarter Life Crisis terjadi pada mahasiswi di Sidoarjo ditunjukkan paling dominan yaitu membandingkan diri sendiri dengan orang lain, permasalahan yang dihadapi semakin menantang, dan memiliki emosi yang labil. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan Self Efficacy dengan Quarter Life Crisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi aktif usia dewasa. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 334 mahasiswa yang selanjutnya dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan quota sampling. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah Skala dukungan sosial, Skala Self Efficacy, dan Skala Quarter Life Crisis. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan self efficacy dengan quarter life crisis dengan nilai p<.001. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi bagi mahasiswa putri agar mendapatkan dukungan sosial serta edukasi mengenai self efficacy untuk meminimalisir quarter life crisis. Abstract

The problem of limited space in urban areas makes fertile agricultural land insufficient. Hydroponic empowerment in the Aisyiyah organization of Pepelegi Village aims to face and take advantage of existing opportunities, with the hope of increasing the prosperity of the village communities, and providing sustainable solutions in agriculture in Pepelegi Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used is a community approach, socialization and training, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, and community involvement. The implementation of this hydroponic empowerment provides great benefits as indicated by the success of planting vegetables using a simple hydroponic system that can be applied by the Aisyiyah Pepelegi Village branch administrator in the household scope.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and prosocial behavior among students at SMA Negeri 1 Taman. A quantitative correlational approach was employed, with a sample of 290 students selected using stratified random sampling from the total population of 1,118 students. Data collection involved psychological scales, and Spearman's rho was used for data analysis. The results revealed a significant correlation (p < 0.05) between emotional intelligence and prosocial behavior among the students, with a correlation coefficient of 0.951, indicating a strong positive correlation. The majority of students demonstrated high levels of both emotional intelligence (57.6%) and prosocial behavior (60.3%). These findings suggest that an increase in emotional intelligence positively influences prosocial behavior, while a decrease in emotional intelligence leads to a decline in prosocial behavior. The implications of this research provide a basis for understanding students' emotional intelligence and prosocial behavior levels, allowing for interventions to enhance emotional intelligence and maximize prosocial behavior. Future studies should consider increasing the sample size and exploring additional factors, such as mood, genetic factors, situational influences, and personality, which may impact prosocial behavior. Highlight: Significant correlation: The study establishes a significant correlation between emotional intelligence and prosocial behavior among high school students, indicating a strong positive relationship. Impact of emotional intelligence: Higher levels of emotional intelligence contribute to an increase in prosocial behavior, while a decrease in emotional intelligence leads to a decline in prosocial behavior. Implications for intervention: The findings provide a basis for developing interventions to enhance students' emotional intelligence and maximize their prosocial behavior. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the relationship between democratic parenting style and school readiness among first-grade students at SD Negeri Sidokare 2 Sidoarjo. The research aims to examine whether a correlation exists between the two variables. Data were collected through questionnaires and the Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheids Test (NST). The sample comprised 66 students selected using accidental sampling. The data analysis involved Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient in SPSS 26.0. The results indicate a significant positive correlation (rxy = 0.662, p = 0.000) between democratic parenting style and school readiness. Higher levels of democratic parenting style correspond to higher levels of school readiness among first-grade students. These findings imply that parents who adopt a democratic parenting style contribute to their children's preparedness for elementary school. The study suggests that schools provide training on the importance of parenting styles, particularly democratic parenting, to foster children's potential as they enter elementary school. Highlight: Positive correlation: The study reveals a significant positive correlation (rxy = 0.662, p = 0.000) between democratic parenting style and school readiness among first-grade students. Impact of democratic parenting: Higher levels of democratic parenting style are associated with higher levels of school readiness among children entering elementary school. Abstract

This quantitative correlational study aims to examine the relationship between religiosity and work stress among teachers in SDN Krembung District. The sample consisted of 148 teachers selected using incidental sampling. Data analysis included normality test, linearity test, and simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The findings revealed a negative relationship between religiosity and work stress among SDN teachers in Krembung District, with a significant correlation coefficient of -0.205 (p = 0.006 < 0.05). These results support the researcher's hypothesis, indicating that higher levels of religiosity are associated with lower work stress. However, it is important to note that religiosity explains only 3.5% of the variation in work stress, with 96.5% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The limitations of this research include the pandemic-related time constraints and the focus solely on the variable of religiosity without considering other potential correlates of work stress. The implications of this study suggest the importance of promoting religiosity among teachers through activities such as collective prayers before classes, weekly istiqosah (spiritual gathering), and annual nature contemplation. These activities can help reduce work stress and inspire new teaching ideas, benefiting both teachers and schools in SDN Krembung District. Sample: The study included 148 teachers from SDN in Krembung sub-district, providing valuable insights into the local context. Abstract

This descriptive quantitative research aimed to investigate the readiness of grade 1 elementary school students to enter primary education in the Jabon sub-district. A sample of 102 students out of a total population of 110 was selected using non-probability accidental sampling. Data analysis, employing the SPSS 17.0 for Windows program, involved descriptive statistics to assess school readiness based on measures such as mode, mean, median, standard deviation, and variance range. The findings revealed that among grade 1 students at SD Jabon Sidoarjo District, 85.3% (87 students) exhibited high readiness, 8.8% (9 students) demonstrated sufficient readiness, and 5.9% (6 students) displayed less readiness to enter elementary school. These results shed light on the preparedness of children for formal education and have implications for educational stakeholders in fostering optimal learning environments and supporting students' smooth transition to elementary school. Highlights: The study examined the readiness of grade 1 students to enter elementary school, providing insights into their preparedness for formal education. A significant majority of grade 1 students (85.3%) demonstrated high readiness, emphasizing the positive foundation for their academic journey. The findings have implications for educational stakeholders, highlighting the importance of creating supportive learning environments and facilitating a smooth transition into elementary school.
