Abstract

The current developments that are increasingly developing and advancing have a lot of impact on the sophistication of technology. systems that used to be manual are now electronic, such as fingerprint-based electronic attendance. Likewise, the application of Finger Print attendance at SD Muhammadiyah 7 schools is very appropriate in order to improve the work discipline of employees at school. With fingerprints, employees don't just go to and from school as they please, the benefits of having fingerprints indirectly educate employees so that they have work discipline, the benefits of disciplined work are our productivity and service to our consumers at institutions will run well and optimally. In carrying out its implementation, apart from fingerprinting, SD Muhammadiyah 7 schools also apply manual absences as well to avoid damage or problems with the machine. With the implementation of this finger print absence, employee discipline at SD Muhammadiyah 7 increases, employees are in an orderly manner when entering and leaving work at school in accordance with the schedule set by the school. Employees who cannot print their finger due to illness, assignments from school, and other matters are sufficient to provide evidence and report to the designated school to provide an explanation.

Abstract

Bukanlah merupakan isu kesehatan yang baru, pada dasarnya stunting sudah menjadi perhatian khusus dalam dunia global, terutama di Indonesia sebab dampaknya yang berpengaruh pada kecerdasan kognitif anak. Beragam cara telah diupayakan untuk menekan angka stunting di Indonesia, salah satu upaya tersebut ialah bentuk kontribusi mahasiswa KKN UIN Salatiga yang melangsungkan pengabdianya di Desa Rowoboni dan bermitra dengan puskesmas setempat untuk mencanangkan program pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan stunting dengan ibu hamil, ibu balita, remaja, serta kader posyandu yang menjadi sasaran utama dalam program ini. keluarga yang bertujuan untuk menjawab isu stunting Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini ialah, metode PAR (Participatory Action Research) berupa pendekatan penelitian yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam proses penelitian

Abstract

The production of eggshell powder as a water purifier has the potential to be utilized in Senoni Village, Sebulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. Based on the results of initial observations the majority of residents there use Mahakam river water for daily needs where the water is still classified as cloudy. The purpose of implementing Community Service Activities is through socializing the production and utilization of eggshell powder as a water purifier and providing assistance through training activities on the powder as a water purifier. The approach method used were the lecture method, demonstration method, and mentoring method. Furthermore, the stages of socialization implementation as a solution to overcome the problems are as follows: 1) sample preparation stage, 2) socialization preparation stage, 3) implementation stage, and 4) evaluation stage. The results of the activity showed that an increase of 84% of participants knew the procedure for making eggshell flour, and 60% felt that it was very easy to make so it was very possible for participants to make it independently at their respective homes. This activity went well and smoothly without any significant problems. Participants are interested and want to implement the new knowledge that has been obtained through this socialization method, scientific findings results, and a short conclusion. The abstract should only be typed in one paragraph and one-column format.

Abstract

Creating corporate value is the company's main goal, making various strategic decisions continuously sothat it has a positive impact on the company and its esteem on the prosperity of shareholders. This studyaims to analyze the Creation of Company Value through Mergers and Acquisitions.This study uses a quantitative descriptive verification approach, the object of research in public sectorbanking companies in Indonesia. To know the difference in the value of the company before and after M &A by using Paired sample T test.The results showed that the asset restructuring strategy through Mergers and Acquisitions did not have apositive and significant impact on corporate value creation. Abstract

DAMIU (Refill Drinking Water Depot) is an individual or group business that manages refill drinking water for public consumption directly filled on the spot and not in packaged form, this water must meet the standardization of drinking water quality requirements with one of its parameters, namely physical parameters that do not directly related to health, namely temperature, pH, total dissolved solids and electrical conductivity. This research was conducted to determine the quality of refill drinking water in Tanjung Redeb Subdistrict, whether it complies with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010 concerning drinking water quality requirements and to determine the effect of the duration of water storage on drinking water quality with parameters physical. This research was conducted in Tanjung Redeb District, Berau Regency and was carried out with 2 different water sources, namely drilled wells and PDAM. Water quality is measured using a TDS meter. Based on the research that has been done, the results of measuring the quality of refill drinking water in Tanjung Redeb District, Berau Regency, namely the water quality meets the standardization of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010 concerning drinking water quality requirements and the result is that the storage time for 15 days had an effect on changes in the values ​​of the parameters pH, TDS and DHL and even though they were stored for 15 days the quality still met drinking water quality standards while the temperature parameter had no effect.

Abstract

ABSTRAKEnergi listrik merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi masyarakat pada modern sekarang ini, dimana keberadaanya sangat mempengaruhi berbagai sendi kehidupan. Keterbasan dalam penyaluran energi listrik disebabkan oleh faktor geografis yang sulit dijangkau mempengaruhi peningkatan biaya investasi dalam pemasangan instalasi dan distribusi jaringan listrik. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi tingkat kebutuhan energi listrik dan memberikan sosialisasi serta penyuluhan kepada masyarakat mengenai Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) sel surya. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan penerapan energi terbarukan melalui konversi sumber energi matahari menjadi energi listrik secara langsung yang merupakan solusi alternatif dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan energi listrik sehari-hari untuk daerah-daerah yang belum terjangkau jaringan listrik PLN. Metode yang digunakan untuk penerapan teknologi sel surya ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan pelatihan, penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat di sekitar Desa Muara Enggelam, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Hasil dan kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memperoleh wawasan dan kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan teknologi sel surya. Selain itu kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan prototipe Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) yang kompatibel, berdaya guna, dan mudah dioperasikan bagi pengguna listrik DC, AC dan gabungannya (DC+AC) untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan listrik sehari-hari. Penerapan jangka panjang dari prototipe TTG ini perlu dilakukan kajian, baik terkait kelayakan kinerja teknologi sel surya yang melibatkan banyak faktor maupun kajian kelayakan secara ekonomi terkait pembiayaan teknologi sel surya ini.           Kata kunci: : energi listrik; energi matahari; sel surya; prototipe TTG; kelayakan. ABSTRACTElectrical energy is a basic need for people in today's modern society, where its existence greatly affects various aspects of life. Limitations in the distribution of electrical energy caused by geographical factors that are difficult to reach affect the increase in investment costs in the installation and distribution of electricity networks. The purpose of this service is to identify the level of electrical energy needs and provide socialization and counseling to the community regarding appropriate technology (TTG) solar cells. The effort made is the application of renewable energy through the conversion of solar energy sources into electrical energy directly which is an alternative solution in meeting daily electrical energy needs for areas that have not been reached by the PLN electricity network. The method used for the application of solar cell technology is carried out through training, counseling and mentoring activities for the community around Muara Enggelam Village, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The results and activities showed that the community gained insight and ability to operate solar cell technology. In addition, this activity also produced a prototype of Appropriate Technology (TTG) that is compatible, effective, and easy to operate for users of DC, AC and combined electricity (DC + AC) to fulfill their daily electricity needs. The long-term application of this TTG prototype needs to be studied, both related to the feasibility of solar cell technology performance involving many factors and economic feasibility studies related to the financing of this solar cell technology. Keywords: electrical energy; solar energy; solar cell; TTG prototype; feasibility.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the performance of a-Si: H solar cells, particularly in terms of carrier transport properties, through a numerical design approach utilizing AFORS-HET simulation software. By performing a series of rigorous computer simulations, we explore the potential regulation of the intrinsic layer thickness, carrier mobility, loading factor, and density of states (DoS) distribution in the solar cell's intrinsic layer. Recombination losses are reduced, and light absorption efficiency is significantly increased when the intrinsic layer thickness is adjusted, as shown by simulation findings. Moreover, reduction of transit times and enhancement of the total efficiency of the solar cells depend on increased carrier mobility. Parameters can be adjusted to attain optimal performance under various operating situations by adjusting the DoS and load factors. Furthermore, the simulations provide insightful information about the interactions between the junctions in solar cells with double junctions. Our results of this research provide an important contribution to efforts to develop more efficient and sustainable a-Si: H solar cells and emphasize the importance of numerical design approaches in photovoltaic technology.

Abstract

Heavy metal pollution is still a serious problem today. One method that can be used to remove heavy metal content from water is the adsorption method. In the adsorption method, the choice of adsorbent is very important to optimize the adsorption process. One of the materials that can be used as an adsorbent is tea waste. Tea waste contains cellulose, which can be used to bind heavy metal ions. This research was conducted to synthesize adsorbents using tea waste and then test their ability to adsorb lead ions. The adsorbent synthesis process is divided into several stages, namely washing, drying, refining, soaking in HCl solution, and drying again. The results of the adsorption tests conducted found that the tea waste adsorbent could remove 99% of the lead metal ion content in the water. The conclusion from these results is that the synthesis process has succeeded in making tea waste adsorbent that can adsorb lead ions in water.

Abstract

Multiparty cooperatives are an innovation in cooperative management in Indonesia which was initiated through the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Regulation Number 8 of 2021. This research aims to analyze the characteristics, benefits and challenges of this cooperative model in the context of the modern economy. The method used is normative juridical with a case study approach and literature analysis. The research results show that multy stakeholder cooperatives involve various stakeholders, including individuals, organizations, government, and the private sector, who collaborate to achieve common goals. This model not only increases product competitiveness but also strengthens social networks among members. However, challenges such as differences in interests and efficient management of resources need to be overcome to ensure the survival of cooperatives.

Abstract

Risk control management in an effort to reduce Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in the Sumedang Regency Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) was carried out for two days involving 30 participants from 15 cooperatives. This activity aims to increase the understanding and skills of KSP administrators in managing risks that can affect the financial health of cooperatives. The training, which was guided by Udin Hidayat as trainer and Dadan Hamdani as material writer, used learning methods that included theory, practice and group discussions. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of risk management, with the average pre-test score increasing from 60% to 85% after the training. Participants succeeded in developing several risk mitigation strategies, such as improving the credit selection process and developing financial education programs for cooperative members. Feedback from participants shows that this training is very relevant and useful for KSP management. Based on the results of the training, it is recommended that KSP carry out follow-up actions through regular mentoring and evaluation sessions to ensure the implementation of the strategies that have been prepared. Apart from that, the development of continuing education programs for cooperative members is also highly recommended to increase awareness of financial responsibility. Thus, it is hoped that this training can contribute to reducing NPLs and improving the financial health of KSPs in Sumedang Regency in a sustainable manner.
