Abstract

Abstract

The hydroponic training activity in Babulu Darat Village was carried out to support household food security through the empowerment of Posyandu cadres. This program aimed to improve participants’ knowledge and practical skills in applying the Deep Flow Technique (DFT) hydroponic system that can be implemented in home gardens. Using a participatory approach, the training included presentations, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in assembling installations and cultivating leafy vegetables. Evaluation results based on pre-test and post-test assessments of 25 participants showed a significant improvement in knowledge, with the average score increasing from 56% to 81% after the training. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the DFT-based hydroponic training in enhancing both understanding and application skills. Participants expressed strong enthusiasm and readiness to continue developing hydroponics independently. The program contributed directly to strengthening household food security and supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 2 is Zero Hunger through the promotion of community-based sustainable food self-reliance.

Abstract

An oil and gas field containing less than 50% carbon dioxide (CO₂) impurities is considered economically viable. This study focuses on the 'X' area, located in the northern part of the South Sumatra Basin, and evaluates the sensitivity of elastic parameters—specifically P-impedance and Vp/Vs ratio—to hydrocarbon presence. Additionally, the study assesses the distribution of sandstone reservoirs within the Lower Talang Akar Formation (LTAF) using seismic reservoir characterization methods, while also analyzing the spatial correlation of natural CO₂ impurities. Using data from 11 wells equipped with S-wave logs, a multi-attribute analysis was applied to predict reservoir properties in 57 additional wells. Sensitivity analysis of hydrocarbons, reservoir, and non-reservoir zones was then conducted using elastic log parameters. Seismic attributes such as variance and ant tracking were utilized to detect fault patterns and potential fractures. Moreover, Relative Acoustic Impedance maps—based on negative and minimum amplitude summations—were generated to visualize sandstone reservoir distribution and CO₂ impurity saturation derived from well tests. Results show that hydrocarbons exhibit greater sensitivity to the Vp/Vs ratio than to P-impedance, although sandstone reservoirs generally display low P-impedance values. Faults in the LTAF surface trend north-south, northwest-southeast, and northeast-southwest, with the highest density in the eastern region of area 'X'. Thick sandstone reservoirs are predominantly found in the northern, southern, western, and southeastern sectors. CO₂ saturation trends decrease westward, aligning with reservoir presence and fracture intensity. Zones with thick reservoirs and low CO₂ levels are identified as key targets for future exploration and development.

Abstract

LiFePO4-Silicon doped has been widely developed as a battery cathode material. Due to the doping of silicon atoms, this study aims to determine the peak energy (E0), oxidation state and percentage of component composition for Fe K-edge. The experimental sample used are LFP Si-0%, LFP Si-1%, LFP Si-3% and LFP Si-6%. These samples were characterized using XAS (X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy). XANES spectrum showed the peak energy of Pre-edge area is 7113.08 – 7114.49 eV. The oxidation state of Fe atoms were increased and tend to be Fe3+ than Fe2+. Moreover, Linear Combination Fitting (LCF) used to determine the ratio composition FeO/Fe2O3 in experimental samples. The ratio composition indicated Fe atom is multivalent, when the percentage of silicon-doped increases, the ratio of Fe3+ increased. It has been found that the presence of silicon atoms in the LiFePO4 structure has an effect in electronic structure.
