Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap kopi Kapal Api dan kopi Sanggabuana serta mengetahui perbandingan preferensi konsumen terhadap kopi Kapal Api dan kopi Sanggabuana. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah penelitian komparatif.  Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 96 responden yang merupakan karyawan di PT Suryacipta Swadaya. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dan untuk melakukan analisis perbandingan dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen lebih menyukai citarasa aroma khas untuk kopi Sanggabuana, sedangkan untuk kopi Kapal Api yang paling disukai adalah citarasa keharuman saat diseduh. Perbandingan preferensi konsumen terhadap citarasa kopi Kapal Api dan kopi Sanggabuana tidak berbeda secara signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bagi produsen kopi Sanggabuana adalah meningkatkan kegiatan pemasaran.

Abstract

Kota Samarinda merupakan salah satu kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang kerap dilanda banjir saat musim hujan dan berdasarkan Peta Kajian Risiko Bencana (KRB), wilayah ini termasuk dalam kategori risiko tinggi terhadap bencana banjir. Salah satu kawasan yang kerap terdampak adalah Sub DAS Loa Bakung, Kecamatan Sungai Kunjang, Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan dan menganalisis karakteristik penggunaan lahan terhadap genangan banjir di Sub DAS Loa Bakung. Kajian penggunaan lahan berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dengan menggunakan citra Google Satellite dari SAS Planet dan Landsat 8/9 OLI TIRS dari USGS dengan resolusi 0,5 – 30 meter/pixel. Hasil digitasi citra menunjukkan klasifikasi penggunaan lahan, yaitu: permukiman (28,7%), badan air (5%), pertanian lahan kering (34,9%), semak belukar (6,8%), dan hutan (24,5%). Hasil pengolahan juga diperkuat dengan analisis Normalized Difference Built-up Index (NDBI) yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi wilayah terbangun, sedangkan Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat tutupan vegetasi. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi bahwa nilai NDBI tinggi terkonsentrasi pada kawasan permukiman padat di sepanjang sungai dan jaringan jalan utama, yang mengindikasikan dominasi lahan terbangun dan minimnya area resapan air. Sementara itu, nilai NDVI yang rendah pada wilayah yang sama menunjukkan rendahnya tutupan vegetasi yang berperan sebagai penyerapan alami. Berdasarkan hasil validasi lapangan dan overlay peta KRB Kota Samarinda, mengonfirmasi bahwa genangan banjir terjadi terutama di sepanjang Jalan Padat Karya dan Jalan Jakarta, Kelurahan Loa Bakung yang wilayah dengan intensitas pemanfaatan lahan tinggi serta rendahnya ruang terbuka hijau. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pola dan intensitas penggunaan lahan, terutama konversi lahan menjadi area terbangun dengan vegetasi minim, secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya risiko genangan banjir di Sub DAS Loa Bakung, Kota Samarinda.Kata kunci: penggunaan lahan, kerentanan banjir, sub DAS Loa Bakung, SIG, NDBI, NDVI

Abstract

The digitalization of education encourages the need for an efficient and accurate attendance system. SMPIT Ummul Qurro' Batam still uses manual methods that are time-consuming and error-prone. This study designed a mobile-based attendance application using the Agile Software Development method. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and needs analysis with teachers, staff, and school leaders. Development is carried out through six stages: planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. The results of black-box testing showed that the application was able to support real-time attendance and exit, user data management, and automatic recap. This research proves that the Agile Software Development method is effective in producing a simple and reliable system, which increases efficiency, accuracy, and transparency while supporting the school's digital transformation.

Abstract

The hydroponic training activity in Babulu Darat Village was carried out to support household food security through the empowerment of Posyandu cadres. This program aimed to improve participants’ knowledge and practical skills in applying the Deep Flow Technique (DFT) hydroponic system that can be implemented in home gardens. Using a participatory approach, the training included presentations, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in assembling installations and cultivating leafy vegetables. Evaluation results based on pre-test and post-test assessments of 25 participants showed a significant improvement in knowledge, with the average score increasing from 56% to 81% after the training. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the DFT-based hydroponic training in enhancing both understanding and application skills. Participants expressed strong enthusiasm and readiness to continue developing hydroponics independently. The program contributed directly to strengthening household food security and supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 2 is Zero Hunger through the promotion of community-based sustainable food self-reliance.

Abstract

Carbon is one of the abundant elements obtained from organic matter, one of which is found in the fronds of oil palm trees which is found on the Kalimantan Island. This research uses local organic waste in East Kalimantan to be used as activated carbon material, palm frond waste. Activated carbon material is one of the materials that has a high surface area and is widely applied for adsorbent materials. This study aims to analyze and compare the surface area of activated carbon synthesized from palm frond waste using different activating agents. This research also analyzes the nature of the material structure, surface area, pore size and pore volume of activated carbon. The method used is the process of thermal activation and chemical activation to convert carbon into activated carbon with variations of activating agents, phosphoric acid (H3PO4) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH). XRD, BET-SAA and SEM-EDX characterization tests were conducted. The results obtained show that the amorphous structure of activated carbon has been formed and there is an increase in BET surface area due to the activation process. The surface area obtained for the Non-Activated Carbon (C) sample is 15,149 m2/g, Activated Carbon-NaOH (AC-1) is 2,082 m2/g, Activated Carbon-H3PO4 (AC-2) is 307,692 m2/g. This shows that the best sample with the highest surface area is the AC-2 sample which uses the H3PO4 chemical activator solution.
