Abstract

ABSTRACT This article discusses the perceptions of the people of Barombong District, Gowa Regency regarding the implementation of isbat meetings by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, this paper examines in depth how the results of isbat meetings are in the public's view. This research is classified as field research with a syar'i and sociological approach, the data used comes from interviews and field observations. The results of research on people's perceptions of the people of Barombong Sub-District regarding the implementation of isbat meetings, the community considers that isbat meetings are very important to provide certainty to the community besides that the community thinks that the decisions of isbat meetings are government policies that are part of the duties and functions of the Ministry of Religion as a government representation. The response of the Barombong Subdistrict Community to the decision of the Isbat meeting in determining the beginning of the month of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, the majority of the people make the decision of the Isbat meeting as a reference or guide in carrying out Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr fasting, this certainly strengthens the position and role of the Ministry of Religion as the government's representative in deciding and establishing implementation of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr fasting in Indonesia. It is hoped that the Ministry of Religion will make efforts to approach Islamic organizations in Indonesia to create a new formula in the framework of unifying Islamic holidays in Indonesia. It is hoped that experts, experts, academics and practitioners of astronomy will study and explore the method of determining the beginning of the lunar month by seeking the presence of standardization methods nationally as well as efforts to unify the international Islamic calendar.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore the role of Maqashid Syariah in enhancing business sustainability through the integration of Green Dynamic Capability and marketing strategies, focusing on PT Bank Muamalat in the Central Java province. A quantitative research approach was employed, using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to analyze the relationships between variables. SEM PLS was chosen for its ability to evaluate complex models and measure latent variables that cannot be directly observed. Data were collected through a survey targeting 280 permanent employees of Bank Muamalat, using a saturated sampling technique to ensure comprehensive representativeness. The results of the study supported several hypotheses, showing that Maqashid Syariah positively influences marketing strategies and business sustainability. However, the impact of Green Dynamic Capability on innovation and business sustainability was not fully significant, indicating the need for further optimization in the implementation of green strategies. These findings suggest that Bank Muamalat can enhance its competitiveness by strengthening the application of Maqashid Syariah principles, particularly in marketing strategies, while simultaneously improving the integration of environmental sustainability initiatives. The study provides critical managerial implications, highlighting the importance of continuous monitoring and evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of these strategies in achieving long-term sustainability.

Abstract

The increasing demand for sustainable practices in the metal casting industry has driven the use of recycled aluminum alloys such as ADC12. However, the addition of aluminum scrap tends to increase oxide inclusions, which reduce melt fluidity and compromise casting quality. This study utilizes the Inclusion and Fluidity Measurement Instrument (IFMI), equipped with mullite ceramic filters, to assess the melt quality of ADC12 aluminum alloy containing 30% scrap. Fluidity and inclusion characteristics were evaluated at five pouring temperatures (660°C, 680°C, 700°C, 720°C, and 740°C). The results show that fluidity increased with temperature, reaching a peak of 84.6 g·s⁻¹ at 740°C, before declining due to excessive oxide inclusions. Quantitative analysis revealed that the average inclusion volume decreased from 0.257% in unfiltered samples to 0.114% in filtered ones, confirming the effectiveness of the filtration system. These findings demonstrate that IFMI can be used as a practical and real-time tool to evaluate melt quality in foundry applications, particularly when processing secondary aluminum alloys.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan Sharia Business Strategy dengan menganalisis efek sinergis antara Sharia Market Orientation dan Sharia Product Knowledge terhadap Sustainable Competitive Advantage di PT Bank Muamalat Kanwil Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menganalisis data. SEM PLS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani model yang kompleks dan hubungan kausal antar variabel. Seluruh karyawan PT Bank Muamalat Kanwil Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 260 orang digunakan sebagai sampel jenuh.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sharia Business Strategy, Sharia Market Orientation, dan Sharia Product Knowledge memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Sustainable Competitive Advantage. Lebih lanjut, Sharia Product Knowledge berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan antara Sharia Business Strategy dan Sharia Market Orientation terhadap Sustainable Competitive Advantage. Ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang produk syariah dapat memperkuat hubungan antara strategi bisnis syariah dan orientasi pasar syariah yang dimiliki perusahaan, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan.Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya investasi dalam pengembangan kompetensi karyawan terkait produk syariah, karena pengetahuan ini secara langsung mempengaruhi kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dan mempertahankan daya saingnya.Kata Kunci : Sharia Market Orientation, Sharia Product Knowledge, Sharia Business Strategy, Sustainable Competitive Advantage
