Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and Servicescape on customer satisfaction at Ayam Penyet Restaurant Jakarta, Sisingamangaraja Branch, Medan. The research method used in this research is quantitative. This research starts from pre-research conducted in January 2022 until March 2022. The data collection techniques used are observation, literature study and questionnaires. The population in this study were 2,902 consumers of Ayam Penyet Restaurant Jakarta Sisingamangaraja Branch, with a total sample of 97 consumers. The type in this research is correlational (Correlational Studies). The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), Coefficient of Determination (R2). Based on the results of the service quality t test obtained tcount > ttable (9,993> 1,985) This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that service quality has a positive and significant influenceon consumer satisfactionChicken Penyet Restaurant Jakarta Sisingamangaraja Branch Medan. The results of the t-test obtained tcount > ttable (2.501> 1.985) It means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted which means service escapehas a positive influence on consumer satisfactionChicken Penyet Restaurant Jakarta Sisingamangaraja Branch Medan. Based on the results of the F (simultaneous) test, it shows that the value of Fcount > Ftable (90.854> 3.09). Thus, service quality and service escape simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Ayam Penyet Restaurant Jakarta, Sisingamangaraja Branch, Medan. The results of the determination coefficient test show that the effect of service quality and servicescape variables on customer satisfaction is 0.659 or 65.9%, while the remaining 34.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust and risk on the decision of customers shopping through SIPLah on CV.TIA. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative. The population in this research is customer CV TIA that shopping through SIPLah in particular are a few schools in North Sumatra as much as 230 school. the sample in this study was set as much as 70 respondents. This research was conducted at the Company CV TIA, which is located in jalan Menteng VII Gg. Self-Sufficiency No.28 Kecamatan Medan Denai, Medan, North Sumatra 20228. The research starts from December 2020 to June 2021. The results of this study show that trust partially positive and significant effect on the decision of customers shopping through the Information System the Procurement of School (SIPLah) on CV. TIA Medan, North Sumatra. The risk for partial negative effect not significant to the decision of customers shopping through the Information System the Procurement of School (SIPLah) on CV. TIA Medan, North Sumatra. Trust and risk simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the decision of customers shopping through the Information System the Procurement of School (SIPLah) on CV. TIA Medan, North Sumatra. The variables of trust and risk to explain its influence on the decision of customers shopping through the information system the procurement of school (SIPLah) on CV. TIA Medan, North Sumatra by 76,3% while the rest 23,7% is explained by other factors examined in penleitian such as variable variable security, quality of service and product quality.

Abstract

Berdasarkan struktur social dan budaya Indonesia memiliki makanan tradisional yang beragam. Setiap wilayah memiliki makanan khas tersendiri salah satunya yaitu dodol. Biasanya, dodol dijadikan oleh-oleh para wisatawan jika berkunjung ke pulau Jawa terutama dodol garut yang sudah terkenal di masyarakat. Namun, kami mengkreasikan dodol menjadi aneka dodol yang terbuat dari sayuran dan menjadi ciri khas dodol sumatera. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun kewirausahaan pengolahan dodol sayur di kelurahan terjun, kecamatan Medan Marelan Kota Medan. Adapun peserta dalam pengabidan ini adalah ibu-ibu anggota PKK yang berjumlah 40 orang. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode diskusi dan juga praktek dalam pembuatan dodol sayur. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengabdian yang dilakukan di kelurahan terjun, kecamatan Medan Marelan Kota Medan bahwa hampir  semua  peserta  95%  menyatakan  suka  dengan  hasil  kegiatan  ini karena  langsung  mempraktek  untuk  mengukur  efisiensi  dalam  proses  pembuatan dodol sayur,  termasuk  waktu  yang  diperlukan,  penggunaan  bahan  baku,  dan  pengaturan proses  produksi  sehingga  menambah  pengetahuan  ibu.  mengetahui  sejauh  mana produk   dodol yang   dibuat   memenuhi   harapan   mereka.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is important to measure the success of a business. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy and constraints in increasing the competitive position of the market for fish feed products at PT. Central Proteina Prima Tbk KIM II Mabar Deli Serdang. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research.the informants in this study were marketing and consumers from PT. Central Proteina Prima Tbk KIM II Mabar Deli Serdang The results of this study indicate that PT. Central Proteina Prima Tbk KIM II Mabar Deli Serdang has implemented a marketing mix strategy that uses 4P variables, namely Product, Price, Place and Promotion which is able to increase the sales volume of PT. Central Proteina Prima Tbk KIM II Mabar Deli Serdang. In this study, there are also supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing marketing strategies on the sale of fish feed products at PT. Central Proteina Prima Tbk KIM II Mabar Deli Serdang. The supporting factors are quality products, strategic locations and technology used. While the inhibiting factors for marketing strategies for fish feed products at PT. Central Proteina Prima Tbk KIM II Mabar Deli Serdang, namely promotions that have not been maximized and illegal fees often occur by irresponsible elements to suppliers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran profesionalisme guru terhadap tingkat analisis berpikir siswa pada SD Negeri 101990 Bangun Purba Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan termasuk penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif tipe deskriptif. Penentuan informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada SD Negeri 101990 Bangun Purba Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dalam pengumpulan data instrumen penelitian yang disediakan berupa: (a) Lembar observasi; (b) Pedoman wawancara; dan (c) Dokumentasi. Data yang di peroleh akan di analisis secara kualitatif yang mana di paparkan secara deskriptif. Data yang di peroleh di lapangan kemudian di olah secara kualitatif dengan melalui tiga tahap reduksi data, yaitu: (a) Reduksi data; (b) Penyajian data; dan (c) Penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakam uji keabsahan data dengan mengadakan member check. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Guru profesional dapat mengacu terhadap kompetensi penampilan unjuk kerja seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya, misalnya mampu menyusun RPP kemudian mampu mengelolah silabus dan menyusun persiapan mengajar yang efektif. Kegiatan belajar siswa dirancang sedemikian rupa sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuannya, guru yang bersangkutan mampu menciptakan berbagai bentuk kegiatan dalam meningkatkan analisis berpikir siswa. Guru sangat berperan penting dalam mendidik seperti membimbing, membina, mengasuh, dan mengajar yang bertujuan untuk menjadikan siswa siswi yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Indonesia has the largest Muslim market share in the world, with a large percentage of the Muslim population, the availability of foodstuffs is certainly an important factor in meeting the food consumption needs of the Indonesian population, not only good and healthy food but also halal. This study aims to determine the effect of halal labeling on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in Medan City. The population in this study is 406 business actors. This study used a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used using questionnaires/questionnaires. Questionnaires were given to business actors in Medan City. Based on the results of the study that halal labeling statistically has a significant effect on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). Based on the results of the study that halal labeling statistically has a significant effect on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test that halal labeling has a strong relationship (correlation) of 86.4%. The amount of adjusted R2 produced 0.743 means that 74.3% of the independent variable contributes an effective influence on the dependent variable while the remaining 25.7% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of business networks and information technology on the performance of Sapu Lidi and Sapu Ijuk MSMEs in Medan Sinembah Village, Tanjung Morawa District. The sample for this research was 30 Broom Stick and Broom Fiber MSMEs in Medan Sinembah Village, Tanjung Morawa District. The analysis techniques used are Multiple Regression, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination. The analysis results were obtained using the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 16.064 + 0.290X1 + 0.101X2. The t value of the Business Network variable (X1) is 4.654 when compared to the t table value of 1.703. So the calculated t obtained is greater than the t table value or 4.654 > 1.703. Then it can also be seen that the sig value is smaller than the value 0.00 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that the variable 1,703. So the calculated t obtained is greater than the t table value or 2.025 > 1.703. Then it can also be seen that the sig value is smaller than the probability value of 0.00 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that the variable 00>0.05 and Fcount value 96.467>Ftable 2.96. R square (R2) or R square shows the coefficient of determination is 0.877, meaning that the percentage of Business Networks (X1) and Information Technology (X2) on increasing MSME performance is 87.7% while the remaining 12.3% is influenced by other variables not examined by the this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan unutk mengetahui strategi permintaan, hambatan dan kendala yang dihadapi Galeri Ulos Sianipar dalam memasarkan produk ulos untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen di Galeri Ulos Sianipar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif.Responden atau informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 orang informan yang terdiri dari pemilik Galeri Ulos Sianipar (1), Penenun (10), Penannggung jawab penenun dan hasil tenun (1) dan konsumen (4). Data diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaStrategi yang sesuai untuk diterapkan pada Galeri Ulos Sianipar adalah strategi Agresif. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan nilai faktor eksternal dengan nilai faktor internal, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Galeri Ulos Sianipar berada pada kuadran I (strategi agresif). Posisi kuadran I, yaitu faktor eksternal positif dan faktor internal positif. Posisi ini menunjukkan bahwa peluang yang dihadapi lebih besar dibandingkan dengan ancaman yang ada, dan kekuatan yang dimiliki lebih besar dari pada kelemahannya. Adapun arah kebijakan yang dapat diterapkan oleh Galeri Ulos Sianipar adalah memanfaatkan kekuatan yang dimiliki semaksimal mungkin untuk mendapatkan peluang untuk pengembangan usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of charismatic leadership and entrepreneurial spirit on business success. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit (X2) had a positive effect on business success for MSME actors in Tanjung Morawa Village, Deli Serdang. This can be seen from the value of tcount > ttable (1.723 > 1.67528) with a significance of 5% or 0.05. Thus the decision taken is to accept the alternative hypothesis (H2) and reject the alternative hypothesis (H0). Together, the variables of charismatic leadership and entrepreneurial spirit have a significant influence on business success for MSME actors in Tanjung Morawa Village, Deli Serdang. This can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (4.036 > 3.17 ) with a significant value of 5% or 0.05. Thus, the decision taken is to accept the alternative hypothesis (H3) and reject the alternative hypothesis (H0). The coefficient of determination value reached 0.39, meaning that it was able to explain the dependent variable of charismatic leadership and entrepreneurial spirit to the Independent variable, namely business success for MSME actors in Tanjung Morawa Village, Deli Serdang by 39% while 61% percent was explained by other variables not explained in the this study.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether there is influence between product design and product innovation to competitive advantage in the PT. PT. Kreasi Akrilik Medan Terrain and sample in research 214. The Data Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. Based on the results of the research can be known that the Design of the Product (X1) has a value of t count of 4,321, and t table of 1,65251. If compared with t then the result 4,321 > 1,65251, so it can be concluded that the design of the product and the positive effect signifikat of competitive advantage (Y). Innovation and product cost (X2) has a t value of 11,827 if compared with t table then the result 11,827 > 1,65251, so it can be concluded that product innovations have a positive and signofikat against leunggulan compete (Y) . The simultaneous design of product have influence of playing and signifikat of competitive advantage. Meaning hypothesis in this study is accepted, it is evident from the value of F count > F table (131,753 > the 3.04). The results of the coefficient of determination indicates that the product design and product innovation influence on the competitive advantage at 0.555, or 55.5%, while the rest of 45,5% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
