Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi mitra dalam hal akreditasi institusi di perguruan tinggi, harapannya adalah agar mitra kerja terbantu dalam hal akreditasi yang ingin dicapai yaitu akreditasi unggul. Pengabdian ini dilakukan oleh tim vasilitator LLDikti Wilayah 1 terhadap mitra kerja yaitu akademik keperawatan HKBP Balige. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa pendidikan dan pendampingan, focus group discussion, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan melibatkan berbagai bidang keahlian atau kepakaran untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan proioritas mitra. Antusias dan semangat dari mitra kerja diharapkan dapat mengubah akreditasi yang sebelumnya baik menjadi unggul sangat membawa dampak posisif bagi isntitusi.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the influence of business tenure, collateral, number of family dependents, customer age, and the presence of an internal control system on bank credit lending practices. The methodology utilized was a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data sources, namely, information obtained directly from the first source. The sample size for this study was 133 respondents, all of whom were customers of KUR loans. A random sampling technique was employed to select the sample, with data collection carried out using a questionnaire. A Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach was then used to analyze the data, with the results of this process then processed through the Smart PLS tools. This entailed examining both the results of the Measurement Model Analysis Test (outer model) and the Model Analysis Test (inner model). The findings revealed a negative association between business tenure and credit lending, with no impact on credit lending. Collateral demonstrated a positive and statistically significant impact on credit lending. Conversely, the number of dependents exhibited a negative correlation with credit lending. Furthermore, customer age demonstrated an inverse association with credit lending, with no impact. The internal control system, however, exhibited a positive and statistically significant influence on credit lending.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Medan. adapun yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 121 guru. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan riset kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan pendekatan eksplanatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis, analisis korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Namun sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas terlebih dahulu. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah secara statistik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini diperoleh dari hasil nilai thitung = 16,607 sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% adalah = 1,984 Dikarenakan thitung > ttabel (16,607 > 1,984). Adapun besarnya nilai uji koefisien determinasi didapat nilai R sebesar 0,864 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah memiliki hubungan (korelasi) yang kuat sebesar 86,4%. Besarnya adjusted R2 yang dihasilkan 0,743 artinya sebesar 74,3% variabel independen menyumbang pengaruh yang efektif terhadap variabel dependen sedangkan sisanya 25,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) how schools plan development based on needs (need assessment), (2) how development is implemented (forms, mechanisms, actors, and resources), (3) how impact evaluation is conducted (indicators, evidence of changes in practice, and feedback), and (4) how follow-up to continuous improvement is realized. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Descriptive qualitative examines school quality management through teacher professional development at a public elementary school in Gido District. It focuses on planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and interactive analysis, with validity guaranteed by triangulation and member checking. Informants were selected purposively over three to six months of research. Based on the research results,: (1)Teacher professional development planning In Gido District Public Elementary School, it has been implemented as part of school quality management, but it is not yet fully based on systematic and data-based needs assessment. (2) The implementation of teacher professional development is generally carried out through KKG activities as a collaborative learning vehicle. (3) Evaluation of the impact of teacher professional development has not been carried out optimally because it is still informal and does not use structured indicators. (4) Follow-up on teacher professional development has not been systematically integrated into the school's internal quality assurance.

Abstract

The 21st-century learning paradigm demands the transformation of physical education pedagogy from teacher-centered to constructivist approaches that facilitate meaningful learning. This paper aims to optimize vocational physical education through the integration of Deep Learning based on Project-Based Learning (PjBL) to enhance student engagement and self-regulated learning. The community service activity employed an educative-participatory approach involving five teachers and 120 students at SMK Negeri 14 Medan. The stages included initial assessment, conceptual training, implementation workshops, and comprehensive evaluation. Instruments comprised pedagogical understanding tests, Student Engagement questionnaires, Self-Regulated Learning scales, FGDs, and classroom observations. Results indicated significant improvements in teachers' conceptual understanding (N-Gain 0.69; p<0.05), student engagement across cognitive (+39.2%), behavioral (+42.5%), and emotional (+35.8%) dimensions, and self-regulated learning (N-Gain 0.53). The Deep-PjBL integration effectively transformed conventional physical education into meaningful learning that develops higher-order thinking skills and health literacy among vocational students. The establishment of the "Geriak PJOK Medan" Community of Practice ensures the sustainability of pedagogical innovation post-intervention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product development and price on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow Skincare in the Pekan Dolok Masihul Village Community, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province. Explanatory research is the methodology employed. From January 2022 to March 2022, this study was conducted. In this study, questionnaires with a Likert scale, documentation studies, and observation methods were employed to collect data. 300 participants made up the study's population, and 75 were selected for the sample using the Slovin formula with an a value of 10%. Multiple linear regression using the SPSS program is the analytical tool employed. The results of the partial test demonstrate that product development significantly and favorably influences consumer purchasing behavior. Price has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions in part. Then, concurrently, product development and price have a positive and significant impact on consumers' purchase choices for Ms. Glow Skincare in the Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province's Pekan Dolok Masihul Village Community.

Abstract

This study intends to examine how customer loyalty is impacted by price and service quality at Hisana Fried Chicken in Medan Johor, Medan City. This study used a quantitative methodology. From April to September 2022, six months of this study were dedicated to its execution. Utilized data collection methods included questionnaires, documentation study, and observation. 524 consumers in April 2022 made up the study's population. In this investigation, samples were drawn using the probability sampling technique and the Slovin formula. 84 customers in total participated in this survey as responders. Multiple linear regression using the statistical product software solution (SPSS) program is the analytical approach used in this study. The study's findings demonstrate that, price has a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty at Hisana Fried Chicken in Medan Johor, Medan City. Customer loyalty at Hisana Fried Chicken in Medan Johor, Medan City, is positively and significantly impacted by service quality. The results also demonstrated a positive and significant relationship between price and service quality and customer loyalty at Hisana Fried Chicken in Medan Johor, Medan City. According to this study's coefficient of determination (R2), which is 0.594, pricing and service quality factors can account for 59.4% of consumer loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the wage system, workplace conditions, and welfare allowances affect the productivity of PT. Samawood Utama Work Industries Tanjung Morawa. 90 workers from PT. Samawood Utama Work Industries Tanjung Morawa made up the study's sample. Validity and reliability tests, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial tests (t), simultaneous tests (F), and coefficient of determination are among the analytic methods employed. The analysis's findings showed that the wage variable's t-count value was 5.086 when compared to its t-table value of 1.662. When compared to the t table value of 1.662, the estimated t value for the work environment variable is 6.019. In contrast to the t table value of 1.662, the estimated t value for the Welfare Allowance variable is 3.856. When compared to the 2.71 value in the f table, the estimated f value is 843,927. This demonstrates that employee job productivity is positively and significantly impacted by the wage system, work environment, and welfare allowance at the same time. The value of R square indicates that the coefficient of determination is 0.892, implying that 89.2% of employee productivity is driven by pay, work conditions, and welfare benefits, with the remaining 10.8% being impacted by additional factors not included by this study. Abstract

The study aimed to describe the analytical thinking skills of science teacher candidates based on the study program and gender. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with a sample of 80 students, 20 boys and 60 girls from the Biology Education Study Program (38 students), Physics Education (13 students), and Chemistry Education (29 students). The instrument used is descriptive subjective test questions adapted to three indicators of analytical thinking skills, namely differentiating, organizing, and attributing. Analyzed descriptively and statistically. The instrument used has been declared valid with Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.77. The results of the study show that overall, students' analytical thinking skills are quite analytical. However, there are differences in the ability to think analytically based on the study program. In addition, there is also a difference in the ability to think analytically between female and male students, although the difference is not too significant, namely only 4.63%. Based on these findings, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the analytical thinking skills of prospective science teacher students through the development of learning programs that focus more on developing analytical thinking skills.
