Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi mitra dalam hal akreditasi institusi di perguruan tinggi, harapannya adalah agar mitra kerja terbantu dalam hal akreditasi yang ingin dicapai yaitu akreditasi unggul. Pengabdian ini dilakukan oleh tim vasilitator LLDikti Wilayah 1 terhadap mitra kerja yaitu akademik keperawatan HKBP Balige. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa pendidikan dan pendampingan, focus group discussion, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan melibatkan berbagai bidang keahlian atau kepakaran untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan proioritas mitra. Antusias dan semangat dari mitra kerja diharapkan dapat mengubah akreditasi yang sebelumnya baik menjadi unggul sangat membawa dampak posisif bagi isntitusi.

Abstract

The study aimed to describe the analytical thinking skills of science teacher candidates based on the study program and gender. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with a sample of 80 students, 20 boys and 60 girls from the Biology Education Study Program (38 students), Physics Education (13 students), and Chemistry Education (29 students). The instrument used is descriptive subjective test questions adapted to three indicators of analytical thinking skills, namely differentiating, organizing, and attributing. Analyzed descriptively and statistically. The instrument used has been declared valid with Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.77. The results of the study show that overall, students' analytical thinking skills are quite analytical. However, there are differences in the ability to think analytically based on the study program. In addition, there is also a difference in the ability to think analytically between female and male students, although the difference is not too significant, namely only 4.63%. Based on these findings, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the analytical thinking skills of prospective science teacher students through the development of learning programs that focus more on developing analytical thinking skills.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the influence of business tenure, collateral, number of family dependents, customer age, and the presence of an internal control system on bank credit lending practices. The methodology utilized was a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data sources, namely, information obtained directly from the first source. The sample size for this study was 133 respondents, all of whom were customers of KUR loans. A random sampling technique was employed to select the sample, with data collection carried out using a questionnaire. A Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach was then used to analyze the data, with the results of this process then processed through the Smart PLS tools. This entailed examining both the results of the Measurement Model Analysis Test (outer model) and the Model Analysis Test (inner model). The findings revealed a negative association between business tenure and credit lending, with no impact on credit lending. Collateral demonstrated a positive and statistically significant impact on credit lending. Conversely, the number of dependents exhibited a negative correlation with credit lending. Furthermore, customer age demonstrated an inverse association with credit lending, with no impact. The internal control system, however, exhibited a positive and statistically significant influence on credit lending.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Medan. adapun yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 121 guru. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan riset kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan pendekatan eksplanatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis, analisis korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Namun sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas terlebih dahulu. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah secara statistik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini diperoleh dari hasil nilai thitung = 16,607 sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% adalah = 1,984 Dikarenakan thitung > ttabel (16,607 > 1,984). Adapun besarnya nilai uji koefisien determinasi didapat nilai R sebesar 0,864 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah memiliki hubungan (korelasi) yang kuat sebesar 86,4%. Besarnya adjusted R2 yang dihasilkan 0,743 artinya sebesar 74,3% variabel independen menyumbang pengaruh yang efektif terhadap variabel dependen sedangkan sisanya 25,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain.
