Abstract

This study critically examines the integration of the Technology-Organisation-Environment (TOE) framework into digital empowerment practices among handicraft small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the perspective of contemporary Islamic economic law. The research aims to explore how technological readiness, organisational capacity, and environmental support influence the adoption of e-commerce, while aligning these dynamics with Islamic ethical and legal principles such as fairness (‘adl), transparency (shafāfiyyah), and social welfare (maṣlaḥah). Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study synthesises empirical findings from relevant literature and case studies of handicraft SMEs that have implemented digital transformation strategies. The analysis reveals that the successful adoption of e-commerce within Islamic legal frameworks depends not only on technological and managerial factors but also on compliance with sharia-based economic values that promote justice, trust, and ethical business practices. The study concludes that integrating the TOE framework into digital empowerment provides a holistic model for sustainable SME development, bridging modern economic innovation with the moral foundations of Islamic law. The academic contribution of this study lies in its interdisciplinary integration of the TOE framework with contemporary Islamic economic jurisprudence, offering a novel analytical model that bridges digital innovation and normative Islamic law. It enriches the discourse on digital transformation in Muslim-majority economies by offering a sharia-compliant perspective on sustainable SME development and policy formulation.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of anthraquinone (AQ) in decomposing coconut husk waste, specifically collected from Banten, to produce pure α-cellulose pulp. The process used sodium hydroxide (NaOH) at 10%, 15%, and 20% concentrations, with 0.1 g of AQ added as a catalyst, and a waste-to-liquid ratio of 1:8 throughout. The goal is to accelerate lignin degradation while protecting cellulose in the material, thereby yielding higher-quality pulp. The Banten coconut husk analysis showed an α-cellulose content of 30.38%. Higher NaOH concentrations reduced pulp yield but increased lignin removal, indicated by lower kappa numbers. AQ addition enhanced lignin removal and preserved cellulose compared to the absence of AQ. The optimal outcome was achieved with 15% NaOH and 0.1 g AQ, balancing lignin removal and cellulose preservation. These findings indicate that anthraquinone can support sustainable pulp production from agricultural waste. Copyright © 2026 by Authors, Published by BCREC Publishing Group. Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini yaitu memahami pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja, dan loyalitas kerja sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Shopee Express Kediri DC demi menjaga produktivitas dan daya saing perusahaan di tengah dinamika industri logistik Perkembangan pesat sektor logistik dan E-Commerce di Indonesia menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, terutama pada Shopee Express Kediri Distribution Center (DC) yang menghadapi beban kerja tinggi, target waktu ketat, serta dinamika operasional yang kompleks. Kondisi tersebut menuntut peran kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja, dan loyalitas kerja dalam menentukan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kinerja karyawan Shopee Express Kediri DC. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Shopee Express Kediri DC sebanyak 211 orang dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara terbatas, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²) dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (t = 8,841; Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05), stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (t = 2,143; Sig. = 0,034 < 0,05), sedangkan loyalitas kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan (t = 0,353; Sig. = 0,725 > 0,05). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (F = 27,462; Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05), dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,537, yang berarti 53,7% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variabel, sementara 46,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar perusahaan meningkatkan program pelatihan kecerdasan emosional, menyediakan manajemen stres yang lebih baik, serta membangun strategi untuk memperkuat loyalitas karyawan guna mendukung keberlanjutan kinerja di sektor logistik yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Kepatuhan terhadap diet merupakan komponen penting dalam mengelola Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 (T2DM). Namun, banyak pasien yang kesulitan untuk mengikuti pola makan yang direkomendasikan, yang menyebabkan komplikasi dan kontrol glikemik yang buruk. Untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan diet pada pasien penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2 melalui pelatihan penerapan diet 3J (Jenis, Jumlah, dan Jadwal) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan metode pendekatan One Group Pre-Test – Post-Test Design. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, dan uji wilcoxcon digunakan untuk analisis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan setelah analisis dengan uji wilcoxon dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = <0,05 menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan terhadap diet meningkat dengan nilai ρ = 0,000 < 0,05. Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pelatihan penerapan diet 3J pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di Rumah Sakit Tuban yang melibatkan metode praktik langsung, serta didukung oleh motivasi, antusiasme, dan pemahaman pasien yang meningkat. Metode praktik langsung efektif meningkatkan kepatuhan diet 3J.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at CV Malala. The research employed a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique, involving 30 respondents. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with SPSS software. The results reveal that work culture and work motivation have no significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a significant partial effect. Simultaneously, work culture, work motivation, and work environment significantly affect employee performance, contributing 77.7%, while the remaining 22.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aimed to identify the determinants associated with increased scabies severity among students in pesantren in Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted to identify the determinants of increasing scabies severity among clinically confirmed cases in Islamic boarding schools, involving 120 students from six schools in Lamongan and Tuban. Data were collected using a modified and validated questionnaire, and nutritional status was assessed using body mass index (BMI). All participants were clinically diagnosed with scabies. Severity was categorized as mild, moderate, or severe based on the number of lesions and clinical manifestations. All instruments underwent content validity and reliability testing (Cronbach’s alpha ≥ 0.70), and ordinal logistic regression (proportional odds model) was applied to identify predictors of increasing scabies severity (p < 0.05) using SPSS version 25. Results: Frequent sharing of personal items was the strongest predictor of greater severity. Students who sometimes shared items had odds ratio (OR) of 3.01 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.45–6.60; p = 0.003), while frequent sharing increased the odds to 9.06-fold (95% CI: 3.00–27.40; p < 0.001). Good personal hygiene markedly reduced severity (OR = 0.04; 95% CI: 0.01–0.25; p = 0.002). Adequate residential density and longer duration of stay were also protective factors. Nutritional status and general knowledge were not consistently associated with severity. Conclusions: Scabies severity in pesantren is primarily driven by modifiable behavioral and environmental factors. Reducing shared-use practices and strengthening hygiene interventions may substantially mitigate disease severity in communal boarding school settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan hipotesis mengenai pengaruh keterikatan karyawan, komitmen kerja, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sentral Artha Tradeindo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan metode sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi sebanyak 55 karyawan dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolimieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji T (parsial), uji F (simultan), uji koefisien determinan (R2) yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial variabel keterikatan karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikam terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel komitmenkerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel pengalaman kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, variabel keterikatan karyawan, komitmen kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sentral Artha Tradeindo. Besar pengaruh keterikatan karyawan, komtmen kerja, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 49,8% sedangkan sebesar 50,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktorfaktor di luar variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.   This study aims to explain and test the hypothesis regarding the influence of employee engagement, work commitment, and work experience on employee performance at PT Sentral Artha Tradeindo. The study employs a quantitative research method with a non-probability sampling technique using the saturated sampling method, in which the entire population of 55 employees was used as the research sample. The data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²), which were processed using SPSS software.The results indicate that, partially, employee engagement does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work commitment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, work experience partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, employee engagement, work commitment, and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sentral Artha Tradeindo. The combined influence of employee engagement, work commitment, and work experience on employee performance is 49.8%, while the remaining 50.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that is generally experienced by young women which is not accompanied by physical disorders or pathology in the reproductive organs. This condition often interferes with daily activities, including academic performance and psychological well-being. Many non-pharmacological approaches are used to reduce the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain, such as massage and physical exercise. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the Cat Stretch Exercise and lumbar massage in reducing the pain intensity of primary dysmenorrhea at SMA Negeri 3 Tuban. The research design uses True Experimental with the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design method. A total of 32 female students who experienced primary dysmenorrhea were selected as samples using a purposive sampling technique, divided into two groups: one group was given Cat Stretch Exercise therapy and the other group was given lumbar massage. Pain intensity was measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) before and after treatment. The results showed that there was a significant reduction in pain in both groups, but the Cat Stretch Exercise was more effective in reducing pain intensity compared to lumbar massage. The p-value obtained was 0.005, which shows a significant difference between the two groups.

Abstract

Background: Anemia salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang cukup serius di Indonesia, terutama pada kelompok remaja, dengan prevalensi mencapai sekitar 32%. Anemia pada remaja sebagian besar disebabkan oleh defisiensi zat besi, yang dapat memberikan dampak negatif terhadap pertumbuhan fisik, perkembangan organ tubuh, serta kemampuan konsentrasi dan kognitif. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan anemia melalui pendekatan edukatif yang bersifat lokal dan berbasis kearifan masyarakat. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan ibu berjumlah 25 yang memiliki anak remaja di Kelurahan Panyuran, Kecamatan Palang, Kabupaten Tuban. Sasaran kegiatan adalah remaja putri dan ibu yang memiliki remaja putri. Pelatihan difokuskan pada inovasi camilan sehat berbahan dasar bayam dan ikan tengiri, berupa rolade dan baksogoreng, dengan berbahan dasar ikan tengiri dan bayam sebagai alternatif makanan yang dapat di trima oleh remaja untuk memenuhi asupan zat besi. Hasil: Hasil evaluasi pelatihan didapatkan ibu dapat mengaplikasikan inovasi makanan pencegahan anemia berbasis kearifan lokal dengan bayam dan ikan tenggiri yang dikonsumsi oleh remaja; berdasarkan survei awal sebagian besar remaja tidak menyukai ikan, namun setelah pelatihan mereka berminat mengonsumsi olahan tersebut. Sebanyak 83,3% ibu berhasil membuat inovasi pangan, minat remaja meningkat dari 35% menjadi 72,5%, dan rata-rata Hb naik 1,2 g/dL setelah 1 bulan konsumsi. Kesimpulan: Dari kegiatan tersebut didapatkan bahwa kemampuan ibu meningkat dalam memberikan makanan tambahan yang bergizi, banyak remaja yang mengkonsumsi makanan sehat berbasis zat besi.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation and effectiveness of the Harmonious School-Age Youth Guidance Program (BRUSH) in preventing early marriage at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Bodeh District, Pemalang Regency, through the perspectives of Maqashid Syariah and Indonesian positive law. The research aims to assess how BRUSH functions as an educational and preventive tool in fostering legal, moral, and spiritual awareness among adolescents. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that BRUSH is implemented through collaboration among KUA officers, schools, and religious counselors, using interactive methods such as group education, thematic guidance, discussions, and pre-marital simulations focusing on participants’ psychological, legal, and religious readiness. The program effectively reduces early marriage interest and enhances youth literacy on marriage values and reproductive health. Normatively, BRUSH reflects the five objectives of Maqashid Syariah (ḥifẓ ad-dīn, an-nafs, al-‘aql, an-nasl, al-māl) and aligns with Law No. 16 of 2019 on Marriage and Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection. This study contributes to integrating Islamic and national legal frameworks in youth protection policies and strengthens pre-marital education based on Maqashid Syariah at the local level.
