Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi hunian ulang di Hotel Narita Tulungagung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling yang dipilih secara simple random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intensi hunian ulang. Angka Adjusted R square sebesar 0,909 menunjukkan bahwa bahwa 90,9 persen variabel intensi hunian ulang dapat dijelaskan melalui kedua variabel independen dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya 9.1 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar kedua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis korelasi mendapatkan nilai r = 0,954 atau 95,4% yang berarti besarnya korelasi mendekati 100%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product variations, prices and locations on purchasing decisions at TNA Collection Nganjuk. The existence of various product variations, prices that are in accordance with the ability of consumer purchasing power and the location right on the side of the highway indicate that it can improve purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative with a sample number of 95 people. Data collection using questionnaires with analysis techniques of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the product variation t test had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. And location has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. In the F test results, product variations, price, and location simultaneously affect purchasing decisions at TNA Collection Nganjuk.

Abstract

The influence of market trader service quality, which consist of the variables direct evidence, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, in very important to know how much influence it has on purchasing decisions at supermarkets. Diva can estimate how the community responds and improves the quality of services provided in the future. The sampling technique in this research uses the probability sampling method. Meanwhile the samples taken were obtained through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The service result have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In the overall set of laws in Indonesia, opiates misuse is qualified as a wrongdoing in the opiates area which is controlled in Regulation no. 35 of 2009 concerning Opiates. Opiates wrongdoing is viewed as a type of wrongdoing that has serious ramifications for the eventual fate of this country, obliterating life and the future, particularly for the more youthful age. As indicated by Article 127 passage (1) Regulation no. 35 of 2009, Each individual who mishandles Opiates Classification I for himself will be rebuffed with detainment for a limit of 4 (four) years; Each individual who manhandles Opiates Classification II for himself will be rebuffed with detainment for a limit of 2 (two) years; and Each victimizer of Opiates Class III for himself will be rebuffed with detainment for a limit of 1 (one) year. Concerning what is implied by victimizers are individuals who use opiates without privileges or are illegal. The Opiates Regulation plans to: Guarantee courses of action for clinical and social restoration endeavors for opiates victimizers and fiends", be that as it may, Article 54 of the Law states "Opiates Junkies and Casualties of Opiates Victimizers are expected to go through clinical recovery and social recovery". In light of Article 54, the right of victimizers to get recovery isn't perceived. Moreover, victimizers who get recovery ensures under 4 Regulation no. 35 of 2009, however in Article 127 victimizers are created subjects who can be sentenced and lose their recovery freedoms except if they can be demonstrated or shown to be survivors of opiates. Demonstrating that opiates victimizers are survivors of opiates is a troublesome matter since it should be seen from the start that opiates clients use opiates. Likewise, it is important to demonstrate that opiates clients while utilizing opiates are in a state of being convinced, deceived, misdirected, constrained, as well as taken steps to utilize opiates.

Abstract

One form of religious education that has received special attention in recent years is the tahfidz program, which focuses on memorizing the Qur’an. At Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 1 Kendal, the tahfidz program has been implemented as a flagship initiative integrated into the broader educational curriculum. This program aims not only to enhance students’ memorization of the Qur’an but also to shape students into religious individuals with strong character. This study used a qualitative method to explore the promotional strategies of the tahfidz program at MIN 1 Kendal and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. The findings revealed that the promotional strategies align with the four elements of the promotion mix: advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, and public relations. Advertising was carried out through social media such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and the school’s website, while sales promotion included student performances at events like akhirussanah and PKP. Personal selling involved communication through teachers and the school’s media team (GEMI), who managed and shared content both online and directly. Meanwhile, public relations included partnerships with external institutions such as FUSPAQ and PPTQ Ash-Shiddiqie to support both regular and advanced tahfidz programs. Supporting factors included the use of digital platforms, parental enthusiasm, strong school leadership, and qualified teachers. However, challenges remain in terms of human resource limitations, time constraints, and varied student abilities in memorization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran komite sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dasar melalui keterlibatan masyarakat, khususnya dalam mendukung program Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan pembentukan karakter religius siswa. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi peran komite sekolah dalam menjembatani kepentingan masyarakat dengan kebutuhan sekolah serta mengevaluasi kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan tata kelola pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research) yang memfokuskan pada analisis regulasi, teori manajemen pendidikan, serta hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komite sekolah memiliki peran strategis sebagai pemberi pertimbangan, pendukung, pengontrol, dan mediator dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Keterlibatan komite tidak hanya terbatas pada pengawasan dan dukungan finansial, tetapi juga mencakup penguatan program keagamaan, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, serta pengawasan transparansi penggunaan dana pendidikan. Kesimpulannya, keberadaan komite sekolah berkontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan tata kelola pendidikan yang lebih partisipatif, akuntabel, dan berorientasi pada mutu, terutama dalam pembinaan nilai religius siswa. Penelitian ini membuka prospek pengembangan model kemitraan sekolah-masyarakat yang lebih adaptif terhadap tantangan globalisasi dan perkembangan era digital, sekaligus menjadi rujukan praktis bagi sekolah dasar dalam memperkuat sinergi dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

Introduction: The success of breastfeeding is a critical indicator of comprehensive adaptation during the maternal transition. Existing theoretical models address maternal adaptation separately, resulting in a lack of integration in predicting breastfeeding success. This research aimed to develop and validate the Maternal Role Adaptation System Model (MRASM) using Structural Equation Modeling. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with 150 postpartum women recruited through purposive sampling from five community health centers in East Java, Indonesia. Eight latent constructs measured using validated instruments: focal stimuli (breast pain, fatigue, nutrition), contextual stimuli (spousal and healthcare support, information access, economic status), residual stimuli (social norms, cultural values, beliefs), coping mechanisms, emotional responses, self-concept, role function, and breastfeeding success. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via Smart-PLS 4.0. Results: The MRASM demonstrated excellent psychometric properties (Cronbach's α > 0.678, composite reliability > 0.802, AVE > 0.508). Environmental stimuli (focal, contextual, and residual) significantly influenced maternal coping mechanisms, which in turn affected emotional responses, self-concept, and role function. Emotional responses (β = 0.356, p = 0.001) and self-concept (β = 0.268, p<0.001) are the strongest predictors of breastfeeding success, explaining 26.7% of outcome variance. These findings provide healthcare professionals with specific intervention targets: managing physical symptoms, enhancing coping resources, and supporting maternal emotional well-being and self-efficacy. Conclusions: MRASM integrates Roy's and Mercer's models to address postpartum adaptation holistically, providing healthcare professionals with an evidence-based framework to support maternal role transition and breastfeeding success.

Abstract

The underlying problem of this study is the high incidence of nutritional problems, such as under- or over-nutrition, in adolescents due to greater nutritional requirements during growth. Research Objectives: This study examines the relationship between psychosocial stress, sedentary lifestyle, carbohydrate intake, and nutritional status in adolescents. Research Methods: Using a cross-sectional analytic research method on 284 out of 984 adolescent population, this study analyzed the data with Spearman correlation test. Results: The results showed a significant association between the three independent variables (psychosocial stress, sedentary lifestyle, and carbohydrate intake) and the dependent variable (nutritional status). Each independent variable had a significant p-value: 0.057 for psychosocial stress, 0.592 for sedentary lifestyle, and 0.054 for carbohydrate intake. Conclusion: This study concludes that there is a significant relationship between psychosocial stress, sedentary lifestyle, and carbohydrate intake with adolescent nutritional status. Therefore, it is recommended that adolescents apply a balanced nutritional pattern in their daily lives.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan motorik kasar merupakan indikator penting dalam tumbuh kembang anak. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi perkembangan ini adalah pemberian ASI eksklusif. Di Indonesia, prevalensi gangguan perkembangan motorik kasar pada balita masih cukup tinggi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia 6–24 bulan. Salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi perkembangan motorik adalah nutrisi, khususnya pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) eksklusif. ASI mengandung nutrien penting seperti DHA, AA, dan protein yang mendukung perkembangan sistem saraf dan otot. Berdasarkan data awal di wilayah UOBF Puskesmas Tuban, ditemukan bahwa 1,81% anak usia 6–24 bulan mengalami keterlambatan motorik kasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia 6–24 bulan. Penelitian kuantitatif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 137 anak usia 6–24 bulan yang dipilih menggunakan Teknik probability simple random sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan lembar observasi perkembangan motorik kasar berdasarkan KPSP (Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan). Variabel independen adalah Pemberian ASI eksklusif, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah perkembangan motorik kasar anak. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Koefisien Kontingen menggunakan software SPSS untuk melihat signifikansi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak yang menerima ASI eksklusif mengalami perkembangan motorik kasar yang sesuai usia. Uji statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan perkembangan motorik kasar dengan nilai p=0,000<0,05 yang berarti H1 diterima yaitu ada hubungan pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia 6-24 bulan di UOBF Puskesmas Tuban. Dari uraian diatas dapat disimpulkan Pemberian ASI eksklusif berperan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan sistem saraf pusat, termasuk fungsi motorik kasar.

Abstract

Self-care is an effort to develop a health system in which patients and their families participate in their care. Patients and families are partners in making health decisions and ensuring that these decisions align with the goals of improving health and sustaining life. Self-care in post-stroke patients includes adherence to treatment, maintaining physical health (diet, avoiding smoking, alcohol consumption, and consuming high-cholesterol foods), managing stress, consulting with healthcare professionals, and providing social support for self-care. This study is a non-experimental study with a correlational design using a cross-sectional approach. The population was 200 post-stroke patients in the Tuban Community Health Center (Puskesmas) working area. The sample size was 130 respondents selected using cluster random sampling. The independent variable was quality of life, while the dependent variable was self-care. The research instrument used was a questionnaire measured using the Spearman rank sum test. The statistical test results using the SPSS application yielded a significance value of 0.000, indicating p < 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between quality of life and self-care in post-stroke patients in the Tuban Community Health Center work area.
