Abstract

Islam is veiled by the behavior of Muslims themselves). However, the Islamic world today, due to historical reasons in the last few centuries which is understandable, does indeed give a lot of negative impressions in the minds of non-Muslims, such as authoritarian and anti-democratic, anti-Western and progress, tendencies towards violence, corruption, and poverty. , and retarded. All the problems that have been described above are directly or indirectly related to the quality or product of education. Referring to the goals of Indonesian National Education; The method in this research is literature study. The results showed thatThe word Ta'dib according to Naquib Al-Attas is a term that is closer to the understanding of science. Or in other words, Ta'dib is understood as an educational term that emphasizes knowledge (science). In its conceptual structure, ta'dib includes elements, knowledge (science), teaching (ta'lim) and good parenting (tarbiyah). Therefore, it is no longer necessary to refer to the concept of education in Islam as tarbiyah, ta'lim and ta'dib all at once. Therefore, ta'dib is the most appropriate and accurate term for the term education in the Islamic sense.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMBs) are crucial for boosting community economic empowerment and job creation.  Unfortunately, many players in the MSME sector struggle with good financial management due to even a simple lack of knowledge about financial reporting.  In this study, we aim to analyze how fintech and financial inclusion affect the financial performance of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), controlling for financial literacy as a moderating variable.  A quantitative explanatory research approach is utilized in this work.  Using a purposive sample technique, one hundred MSME players in the culinary sector of Semarang City were chosen.  The data was collected via secondary sources, surveys, and interviews conducted by the Central Java Provincial Cooperatives and MSMEs Office.  Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) and multiple linear regression were employed for the data analysis.  The findings were reliable according to the traditional premise.  Financial inclusion (β = 0.171; p < 0.05) and financial performance (B = 0.289; p < 0.05) were both markedly enhanced by fintech, according to the study's findings.  The effect of financial literacy on financial success was stronger than that of fintech (B = 0.017; p < 0.05) and financial inclusion (B = 0.022; p < 0.05).  This research highlights the critical importance of financial literacy for MSMEs to maximize digital financial services.

Abstract

Violence against women (VAW) is a global issue rooted in historical, social, and cultural structures. This study critically examines the causes, impacts, and responses to VAW through feminist perspectives, legal frameworks, and social movements. It explores how gender-based violence persists due to patriarchal norms, economic disparities, and systemic inequalities. Additionally, the research highlights how religious interpretations influence perceptions of gender roles, with a particular focus on Islamic education. From an Islamic perspective, VAW contradicts the principles of justice, equality, and compassion embedded in the Qur’an and Hadith. However, cultural misinterpretations often obscure these teachings, leading to practices that perpetuate gender-based oppression. Islamic education plays a crucial role in shaping societal attitudes by promoting gender justice and educating communities about women’s rights. Through an inclusive and holistic curriculum, Islamic educational institutions can challenge patriarchal norms and cultivate a culture of non-violence. This study emphasizes that combating VAW requires a multidimensional approach, integrating legal measures, social interventions, and educational strategies. Strengthening Islamic education as a means of fostering ethical awareness and respect for women’s rights can contribute significantly to reducing violence and promoting gender equity.
