Abstract

Three important aspects that influence performance and effectiveness at Sebasa Lemdiklat Polri are as follows: work culture analysis, SWOT analysis, and employee quality. The research objectives are as follows: To analyze work culture, analyze SWOT in realizing the quality of effective and efficient employee performance and to analyze what factors influence the quality of employee performance at the National Police Education and Training Language School of the Republic of Indonesia. The research used in this research uses interpretive qualitative research methods with a single case study research strategy. This research explores the work culture at Sebasa Lemdiklat Polri, which includes the values, norms and practices implemented in the organization. SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Sebasa Lemdiklat POLRI. The results of this analysis provide a comprehensive picture of the organization's strategic position, and help in better planning and decision making. This research analyzes factors that influence employee quality, such as training, motivation, and work environment. A strong work culture, comprehensive SWOT analysis, and improving the quality of employees are key factors in achieving the organizational goals of Sebasa Lemdiklat Polri. It is hoped that the recommendations resulting from this research will help Sebasa Lemdiklat Polri in developing effective strategies to improve performance and achieve long-term success.

Abstract

Compensation and promotion of office are two things that the main purpose of a person working. This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and job promotion on employee job satisfaction with extrinsic motivation as an intervening in PT Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan. The research method used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 89 samples of employees selected through stratified random sampling technique. Research data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) through outer and inner test model. The results showed that the compensation effect on job satisfaction and employee extrinsic motivation. While promotion of office has no effect on job satisfaction but has an effect on employee extrinsic motivation. The extrinsic motivation effect on job satisfaction and become intervening compensation and promotion of position to employee job satisfaction in PT Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan. Job promotion system that is less transparent becomes a matter of concern to the company in order to provide maximum employee satisfaction.

Abstract

The Banking Industry plays an important role for economic development as a Financial Intermediary or intermediary for parties with excess funds and those who need funds. Banks are an industry whose main activity is the collection of funds from the public and then channeling them with the aim of earning income. It is important for banks to maintain public trust. The purpose of this study is to find out and get information about the Analysis of the Effect of Working Capital Ratio (expressed by Capital Adequacy Ratio/CAR, Net Interest Margin /NIM), Cost Efficiency Ratio (Operating Cost versus Operating Income/BOPO), Asset Ratio (Net Performing Loans/NPL, Loan to Deposit Ratio/LDR to Financial Performance Ratio/ Return On Assets/ROA for Commercial Banks on 2017, and to find out how much influence working capital ratios, cost efficiency ratios and bank assets to commercial bank financial performance ratios in Year 2017 Type of Descriptive Quantitative Research,, Data collection techniques using saturated data sampling where all members of the population are used as samples, which means the sample used is the same as the population.

Abstract

Laboratory management in educational institutions is regulated in accordance with applicable regulations, governance and is applied consistently. This study aims to analyze the relationship between laboratory management and improving the quality of learning in college. Quantitative research with a survey approach involving 50 respondents using the Non Probability Sampling method with the Total Sampling technique. Data acquisition using student perception instruments on laboratory management and learning quality, analyzed using research hypothesis testing and correlational tests. The results of Sig, (2-tailed) <0.001 (less than 0.05) and Pearson Correlation 0.857 (more than 0.279 in the N = 50 table significance 5%) with a positive relationship indicating a significant relationship between the two variables. This study concludes that there is a significant relationship between laboratory management and improving the quality of learning in college.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, and social values on employee performance in the fire and rescue service in East Jakarta. The background of this study is based on the importance of employee performance in supporting public services. The method used is s descriptive verification with a quantitative approach; the sample in this study was 60 people in the fire and rescue service. The analysis technique uses the SPSS version 28 computer application program. The result of the study shows the influence of the three variables. That work discipline, motivation, and social values have a positive effect on employee performance. Work Motivation has the most dominant influence compared to other variables; this finding indicates that increasing work discipline and motivation and strengthening social values can significantly improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the organizational demands in the era of globalization and technological disruption to maintain competitiveness through the optimization of human resource performance. The objective is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT MRT Jakarta, as well as to evaluate the mediating role of leadership in this relationship. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 265 respondents selected through accidental sampling from a population of 783 operational station employees. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed through multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and Sobel test. The results indicate that organizational culture and work environment significantly influence employee performance, both directly and indirectly through leadership as a mediating variable. A disciplined, service-oriented organizational culture, a safe and comfortable work environment, and transformational leadership have been proven to enhance performance quality. These findings underscore the importance of synergy between structural and cultural aspects in human resource management policies. The recommended policy implications include strengthening organizational cultural values, improving work environments focused on health and ergonomics, and developing sustainable leadership training programs to support the achievement of strategic organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of multicultural service and religious background on patient satisfaction through employee loyalty at Praktek Mandiri Bidan Rosida. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method conducted on respondents who have received services at the clinic. The population in this study consisted of all patients who had visited Praktek Mandiri Bidan Rosida, while the sample was determined using specific criteria of service recipients; however, the exact number of respondents is not specified in this abstract. Data were analyzed using path analysis to examine both the direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results show that multicultural service and religious background have a significant effect on patient satisfaction. Furthermore, patient satisfaction is proven to be a significant mediator in shaping patient loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of a service approach that respects cultural and religious diversity to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty in midwifery care services.

Abstract

Schools serve as providers of services to learners and the surrounding community, where the effectiveness and quality of these services shape user satisfaction. This study investigates the influence of educator expertise and administrative efficiency on parental satisfaction at SMAIT Thariq Bin Ziyad Bekasi. A quantitative research approach with descriptive and analytical designs was employed, involving 85 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data evaluation was performed through t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficients via SPSS version 25.0. Results show that educator competence partially contributes positively and significantly to parental satisfaction, with an R² of 0.151 (15.1%), while administrative efficiency similarly exerts a significant positive partial effect with an R² of 0.135 (13.5%). When considered together, both competence and administrative efficiency have a meaningful positive impact on parental satisfaction (R² = 0.416 or 41.6%), leaving 58.4% of variation explained by other external factors. These findings highlight the necessity of enhancing both staff capabilities and administrative processes to maximize parental satisfaction.
