Abstract

Schools serve as providers of services to learners and the surrounding community, where the effectiveness and quality of these services shape user satisfaction. This study investigates the influence of educator expertise and administrative efficiency on parental satisfaction at SMAIT Thariq Bin Ziyad Bekasi. A quantitative research approach with descriptive and analytical designs was employed, involving 85 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data evaluation was performed through t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficients via SPSS version 25.0. Results show that educator competence partially contributes positively and significantly to parental satisfaction, with an R² of 0.151 (15.1%), while administrative efficiency similarly exerts a significant positive partial effect with an R² of 0.135 (13.5%). When considered together, both competence and administrative efficiency have a meaningful positive impact on parental satisfaction (R² = 0.416 or 41.6%), leaving 58.4% of variation explained by other external factors. These findings highlight the necessity of enhancing both staff capabilities and administrative processes to maximize parental satisfaction.

Abstract

Motivated teachers will be better able to optimize three key aspects of learning: classroom management, utilization of learning resources, and control of learning dynamics, all of which require effective leadership support. Teachers work effectiveness reflects the quality of educational management, which is shaped not only by systemic structures but also by the internal dynamics of individual educators. This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture and work motivation on teacher work effectiveness. In the context of education, these faktors play an important role in improving the performance and productivity of educators. Using quantitative methods, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers in schools in the MTS Ittihadul Mukhlisin Cibinong Bogor West Java area. The results showed that a positive organizational culture contributed significantly to teacher work motivation, which in turn increased their work effectiveness. In addition, high work motivation was proven to be a strong mediator between organizational culture and work effectiveness. These findings provide important implications for education managers in creating a supportive work environment, as well as motivation-enhancing strategies that can maximize teacher performance.

Abstract

Industri manufaktur Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan di era persaingan global yang semakin ketat. PT Kawai NIP Cikarang sebagai perusahaan manufaktur mengalami permasalahan dalam mencapai produktivitas optimal akibat menurunnya semangat kerja dan lemahnya penerapan disiplin kerja karyawan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Semangat Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan di PT. Kawai Nip Cikarang Bekasi.  Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif dengan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 91 responden yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dari populasi 118 karyawan, dan dianalisis dengan uji regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Secara bersama-sama, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 39,1% terhadap produktivitas, sementara 60,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya manajemen perusahaan untuk mengembangkan strategi yang berfokus pada peningkatan semangat dan kedisiplinan kerja, seperti program motivasi dan penegakan aturan yang konsisten, untuk mencapai produktivitas yang optimal.

Abstract

This study examines the challenges faced by Puskesmas Perwira Kota Bekasi as a primary healthcare provider in maintaining service quality, where service quality, waiting time, and employee communication are key factors influencing patient satisfaction. The research aims to analyze the implications of service quality and waiting time on patient satisfaction through employee communication at Puskesmas Perwira. Given that efficient and quality healthcare services strongly affect patient perceptions and satisfaction, this study used a quantitative approach with a survey of 100 patients who had received services at the health center. Data were analyzed using path analysis to test direct and indirect effects of independent variables on patient satisfaction, with employee communication as a mediating variable. The findings show that service quality and waiting time significantly influence patient satisfaction, both directly and indirectly, through employee communication. Effective communication by employees is a vital factor in reinforcing the impact of service quality and waiting efficiency. These results provide important implications for Puskesmas management in improving public healthcare services.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Influence of Motivation and Discipline on Nurse Performance at Mitra Husada Hospital. The main problem in this research is how big the influence of motivation and discipline is on the performance of nurses at Mitra Husada Hospital, both simultaneously and partially. The author's aim in conducting this research is to determine and analyze Motivation and Discipline on Nurse Performance as well as the magnitude of the Influence of Motivation and Discipline on Nurse Performance at Mitra Husada Hospital, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 320 nurses at Mitra Husada Hospital. The sample in this study was 76 nurses. The data in this research is primary data, where the data is obtained from respondents' answers to the questionnaire that the author distributed. As a result of the data analysis that the author has carried out, the result is that the Fcount value is 6,150 with Sig. of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (α=5%), so it can be concluded that variables X1 (Motivation) and X2 (Discipline) simultaneously have a significant effect on variable Y (Performance). Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Performance  ABSTRAK Dampak Motivasi Dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada Rumah Sakit Mitra Husada. Dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 76 orang Perawat. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dimana data tersebut didapatkan dari jawaban responden terhadap kuesioner yang penulis sebarkan. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze nursing supervision and its impact on nurse performance at Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to nurses at Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol. The population in this study were 48 respondents with sampling techniques using saturated samples where the entire population was sampled with Likert scale measurements. Data processed through the Spss version 22 program with t test and F test analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Nursing Supervision and Competence have a positive and significant impact on Nurse performance. From the results of the t test proves that Nursing Supervision has a partial impact on Nurse performance, Competence has a partial impact on Nurse performance. Then the results of the f test prove that Nursing Supervision and Competence simultaneously have an impact on nurse performance by looking at the Fcount value greater than Ftable, namely (22,233> 3.20) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The competency variable is the variable that has the greatest impact on nurse performance at Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol.  Keywords: Nursing Supervision, Competence and Performance  ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Menganalisis Supervisi Keperawatan Dan Kompetensi Dampaknya Terhadap  Kinerja Perawat Di Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada Perawat Di Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dengan pengukuran skala likert. Data yang di proses melalui program Spss versi 22 dengan teknik analisa Uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Supervisi Keperawatan dan Kompetensi  berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Perawat. Dari hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa Supervisi Keperawatan berdampak secara parsial terhadap kinerja Perawat, Kompetensi berdampak secara parsial terhadap kinerja Perawat. Kemudian pada hasil uji f membuktikan Supervisi Keperawatan dan Kompetensi secara simultan berdampak terhadap kinerja perawat dengan melihat nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu (22,233> 3,20) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel kompetensi merupakan variabel yang berdampak terbesar terhadap kinerja Perawat Di Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol. Kata Kunci: Supervisi Keperawatan, Kompetensi dan Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengujii pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitaif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan ke 349 responden. Instrument penelitian ini telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya dengan menggunakan uji korelasi pearson dan Cronbach’s Alpha yang dilakukan, diketahui kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pengaruh kualitas dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.Hasil analisis yang dilakukan peneliti dari pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat beli konsumen di indomaret Grand kahuripan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji t bahwa nilai Signifikan 0.000 < 0.05 maka menunjukan diterimanya hipotesis yang menyatakan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial dan positif terhapa minat beli konsumen dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji t bahwa nilai Signifikan 0.000 < 0.05 maka menunjukan hipotesis yang menyatakan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh penting terhadap minat beli konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji F. 241.922 lebih besar dari f table 0.306 hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan maka semakin berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen.Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berdampak langsung pada minat beli konsumen di indomaret Grand kahuripan.. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Minat Beli Konsumen
