Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in social studies learning for students at SMP Alkhairaat Tandaigi, Siniu District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The focus of the discussion in this study is how the social science teacher understands at Alkhairaat Tandaigi Middle School, Siniu District, Parigi Moutong Regency about the 2013 Curriculum and How to Implement the 2013 Curriculum in Social Sciences at Alkhairaat Tandaigi Middle School, Siniu District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The method that the author uses in this study is a qualitative research method. With data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the social studies teacher's understanding of the 2013 curriculum is that the 2013 curriculum is a follow-up to the previous curriculum. This competency-based 2013 curriculum focuses on the acquisition of certain competencies by students. Therefore, students are required to be more active and skilled at the time of learning. With the 2013 curriculum, it is not only focused on students, but teachers are also required to be more creative in teaching. Because the teacher is one of the human components in the teaching and learning process that plays a role in efforts to shape the behavior of students. And the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in social studies subjects was obtained from interviews with social studies teachers and school principals that had gone well. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum, which means that it has been applied in total using the 2013 curriculum. The obstacles in implementing the 2013 curriculum in social studies lessons at Al Khairaat Tandaigi Junior High School, Siniu District, Parigi Moutong Regency, namely, in implementing the 2013 curriculum, students and teachers need quite a long time to develop the curriculum. understand and adapt to the new model learning system offered by the government in the 2013 curriculum. With this method not all teachers are able to assess using 5M in the learning process, in the 2013 curriculum which is still difficult to apply Package books provided by the government are still lacking and limited facilities and infrastructure as learning media.

Abstract

The choice of learning model has an impact on the results achieved. The aim of this research was to find out how Problem Based Learning (PBL) was implemented and how was the implications of implementing Problem Based Learning on students’ learning outcomes in learning Islamic Religious Education at class VIII PAI learning at SMPN 7 Palu. The approach used qualitative descriptive method, by using observation, interview and documentation. The sample of this research was the Eighth-grade students at SMPN 7 Palu. The result showed that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning in learning Islamic religious education at SMPN 7 Palu has been running well. After applying the PBL method, the students feel more interested in learning Islamic religious education. They were challenged in solving the problems they have because they were feeling enthusiastic and interested in learning.

Abstract

The scientific value of the Qur'an that discusses the creation of humans with the gift of physical completeness is one of the undeniable values. In this case, it is narrated specifically in Q.S an-Nahl 16 (78). The verse is also a scientific legitimization in the realm of modern science that proves the factual values of the Qur'an about the potential that Allah gives to humans in sequence after their release from the womb. Based on this background, the purpose of this research is to prove the existence of isomorphs between the world of al-Qur'anic language and the world of reality. By using Betrand Russel's logical atomism theory analysis to find the isomorph. The result of this research is that there is an isomorph between the world of language in Q.S an-Nahl-16: (78) and the world of reality as proven by modern medical science that the orderly potential of human anatomy is commensurate with what is narrated in Q.S an-Nahl 78: [16].

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat tema analisis penjaminan mutu internal sekolah di SMPIT Al-Fahmi kota Palu. Uraian dalam tesis ini berlatar belakang dari permasalahan bagaimana proses penjaminan mutu internal yang ada di SMPIT Al-Fahmi kota Palu mulai dari mekanisme penetapan standar mutu internal, proses implementasi standar mutu dan juga bagaimana proses evaluasinya. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut penelitan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan teknik pengecekan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) SMPIT Al Fahmi merupakan salah satu unit sekolah yang berada dibawah naungan Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Fahmi Palu yang dimana lembaga tersebut terafiliasi dengan Jaringan Sekolah Islam Terpadu (JSIT) Indonesia yang dimana pada praktiknya yayasan dan SMPIT Al-Fahmi Palu menerapkan standar mutu JSIT sebagai tambahan daripada standar mutu pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah sebagai acuan kualitas atau mutu pendidikan nasional. Jadi, yayasan dan SMPIT Alfahmi tidak menentukan standar mutu tambahan setelah SNP terpenuhi sendiri akan tetapi hanya bertindak sebagai aplikator dari setiap standar mutu yang telah ditetapkan oleh JSIT Indonesia. (2) Selanjutnya, dalam proses implementasi standar mutu kekhasan dalam menjamin kualitas pendidikan SMPIT Al-Fahmi mengaplikasikan standar pendidik dan tenaga pendidikan bersama standar kurikulum sekolah Islam terpadu yang menjadi objek kajian penelitian ini dari sebelas standar mutu kekhasan JSIT Indonesia. Dimana standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan tersebut ditambah dengan dasar-dasar keislaman, mulai dari proses perekrutan sampai dengan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang mana hal tersebut juga didukung oleh manajemen kurikulum sekolah islam terpadu. (3) Proses evaluasi dari setiap standar JSIT Indonesia tersebut dilakukan oleh unsur pimpinan sekolah dan yayasan Al-Fahmi kota Palu sebagai representasi dari JSIT Indonesia dimulai dari proses maanajemen dan perumusan program kerja dalam satu tahun kalender pendidikan, monitoring dalam pelaksanaan dan kinerja setiap unsur yang terlibat didalamnya dan evaluasi program yang dapat menetukan keberhasilan atau kegagalannya sehingga dapat diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan lagi.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan yang rendah seringkali dikaitkan dengan kualitas sumber daya pendidik. Untuk mengembangkan mutu sumber daya pendidik seorang pemimpin profesional harus menyadari bahwa pendidik adalah makhluk sosial yang memerlukan kebutuhan tambahan agar dapat berfungsi secara efektif, berpikir jernih, dan melakukan yang terbaik di tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, lingkungan kerja di mana mereka bekerja mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap para pendidik. Membangun kondisi tersebut diperlukan sebuah manajemen kepemimpinan efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menemukan: (1) Manajemen kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan mutu sumber daya pendidik di MTsN 2 Kota Palu. (2) Faktor pendukung danIpenghambat kepalaImadrasah dalam mengembangkan mutu sumberIdaya pendidik berbasis Manajemen Kepemimpinan di MTsN 2 Kota Palu. Penelitian tesis ini, menggunakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan (1) observasi, (2) wawancara mendalam, dan (3) dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui analisis reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data yang diakhiri dengan pengecekan keabsahan data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Manajemen kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan mutu sumber daya pendidik di MTsN 2 Kota Palu menerapkan fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan,pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Diantaranya (a) Perencanaan: menyusun Rencana Kerja Madrasah dan menyusun visi misi madrasah sebagai salah satu dasar untuk pengembangan mutu sumber daya pendidik, kemudian menyusun strategi dan upaya-upaya yang harus dilakukan dalam proses pengembangan tersebut (b) Pengorganisasian: kepala madrasah melakukan pembagian tugas-tugas sesuai bidang masing-masing (c) Pelaksanaan: melakukan kerja nyata yang sesuai dengan strategi dan tugas yang telah disusun sebelumnya (d) Pengawasan dalam bentuk supervise, motivasi; (2) Faktor pendukung danIpenghambat kepalaImadrasah dalam mengembangkan mutu sumberIdaya pendidik berbasis Manajemen Kepemimpinan di MTsN 2 Kota Palu. Faktor pendukung: (a) Memiliki perencanaan program pengembangan sumber daya pendidik, (b) Inisiatif para pendidik sangat baik dalam mengikuti program pengembangan pendidik, (c) Antusia para pendidik yang ingin selalu berkembang dan mau mengikuti pergerakan dunia pendidikan, (d) Kerja sama yang aktif,(e)Lingkungan yang kondusif dan nyaman, (f) Banyaknya Kegiatan pengembangan pendidik yang dilaksanakan di Kementerian Agama. Faktor Penghambat: (a) Terdapatnya beberapa pendidik yang masih indisipliner, (b) Masih ditemukannya sebagian kecil pendidik yang malas untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman,(c) Terbatasnya waktu bagi pendidik untuk bisa mengikuti kuliah bagi yang melanjutkan studinya ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, (d) Tidak adanya tindak lanjut yang lebih mendalam terhadap para pendidik yang telah mengikuti program-program pengembangan Pendidik, entah dalam bentuk seminar atau workshop.

Abstract

The development of information technology today is much faster than in previous years, making business people required to follow developments by implementing technology and communication intensively in various sectors. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one important aspect in building good relationships between companies and customers.The aims of the study were  to design and implement a web-based CRM system that suits the needs of this company, a company that is engaged in the production and sales of furniture. The data was obtained through (1) field research, (2) library research, and (3)  The method used in the research is the waterfall system development method by using PHP and MySQL programming languages The results of the study indicate that this system has an average presentation value of 84.07%, indicating that the system is very feasible to implement. This system is able to increase interaction and communication with customers, which in turn significantly increases customer satisfaction and improves the quality of service overall. Thus, this system can be the right solution for this company in overcoming the challenges in the increasingly competitive business era and achieving competitive advantage in the furniture industry.

Abstract

Roblematics is an obstacle or problem that still creates a problem that cannot yet be solved, so that achieving the goal becomes hampered and not optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum and to determine the teacher's efforts in overcoming the problems of the Independent Learning Curriculum in class V SDIT Insan Gemilang Sigi.This thesis is entitled "Teacher Problems in Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum for Class V Students of SDIT Insan Gemilang Sigi".This type of research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the results of this study, it shows that: 1) SDIT Insan Gemilang Sigi School has implemented the Independent Learning Curriculum but is implemented gradually. 2) Problems faced by teachers in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum, namely: lack of teacher readiness in facing the new challenges of the Independent Learning Curriculum, including: not all teachers understand the Independent Learning Curriculum, weak mastery of teachers in using Information Technology (IT), teachers have difficulty in making so many learning devices, especially teaching modules. 3) Efforts implemented by teachers in overcoming problems in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum are to participate in socialization and training on the Independent Learning Curriculum, teachers take the initiative to train themselves to increase their potential capacity in facing the new challenges of the Independent Learning Curriculum, in making teaching modules teachers can use teaching modules provided by the education government as an example. The implications of the results of this study are that schools are expected to pay more attention to teacher development in the process of implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum so that the learning process can run in accordance with the Curriculum that is currently being

Abstract

Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kendala yang dihadapi oleh pemuda Desa Mattirowalie dalam hal keterampilan berwirausaha dan pengelolaan usaha, khususnya setelah kegagalan mereka mengelola bisnis berbasis minyak cengkeh akibat kurangnya inovasi dan lemahnya dukungan dari lembaga terkait. Dengan mengedepankan potensi lokal dan konsep kewirausahaan yang berorientasi sosial, program ini dirancang untuk membangun kapasitas kelompok Generasi Milenial Lampoko agar lebih siap dalam merintis dan mengelola usaha bernilai ekonomis secara berkesinambungan. Proses pelaksanaan dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan partisipatif melalui lima tahapan, yakni sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan perencanaan keberlanjutan. Pelatihan melibatkan 15 hingga 20 peserta dan mencakup materi perencanaan usaha, digital branding, serta manajemen dasar usaha. Dalam tahap produksi, peserta terbagi ke dalam dua unit kegiatan utama: produksi parfum dan produksi sabun cuci piring berbahan minyak cengkeh. Tim produksi parfum berhasil menciptakan aneka varian aroma, sementara tim sabun memproduksi antara 10 hingga 15 liter sabun dalam satu kali proses, yang selanjutnya dikemas dalam 40 sampai 50 botol siap edar. Keduanya menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam teknik produksi dan pemasaran, serta berhasil memanfaatkan berbagai platform digital seperti Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, dan WhatsApp untuk promosi produk. Kegiatan ini membawa dampak positif berupa peningkatan kapasitas kewirausahaan, kepercayaan diri, dan terciptanya peluang ekonomi baru di kalangan pemuda desa. Secara keseluruhan, pelaksanaan program ini membuktikan bahwa partisipasi aktif masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda, sangat penting dalam merintis usaha mandiri yang berbasis pada potensi lokal dan diarahkan untuk keberlangsungan jangka panjang.
