Abstract

Mahasiswa kesulitan dalam memahami konsep E-Commerce yang abstrak dan membutuhkan dukungan visualisasi dalam pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran Prezi dikembangkan dengan memperhatikan prinsip visual mampu mendukung pembelajaran E-Commerce. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan media pembelajaran dan menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis Prezi yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manfaat media pembelajaran adalah: menjadi media interaksi pembelajaran antara dosen dan mahasiswa, meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, memfasilitasi dosen untuk menyampaikan materi pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran tetap berlangsung meskipun tidak dilakukan secara tatap muka, menjadi media interaksi antara dosen dan mahasiswa selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran,  bermanfaat sebagai media transfer informasi dan interaksi pembelajaran selama pembelajaran daring, membuat pekerjaan menjadi efektif dan efesien. Instrumen penelitian terdiri soal tes dan angket respon mahasiswa. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dengan memenuhi aspek kevalidan dan keefektifan. Penilaian aspek kevalidan berdasarkan lembar penilaian ahli berada pada kriteria valid. Sedangkan penilaian aspek keefektifan berdasarkan tes hasil belajar mahasiswa berada pada kriteria cukup baik dan angket respon mahasiswa berada pada kriteria sangat baik. Media pembelajaran terdiri dari bagian menu dan bagian isi. Bagian menu terdiri dari gambaran materi yang akan disajikan dalam media. Bagian isi terdiri dari materi yang bisa diperbesar dan diperkecil sesuai kebutuhan dan video pembelajaran untuk memvisualisasikan konsep E-Commerce.

Abstract

Learning media play a crucial role in addressing the challenge of students' inability to write Sundanese scripts. The PowToon application offers various features that support the creation of learning media, making it a viable alternative in technological advancement. The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of utilizing PowToon as a learning tool to improve the Sundanese script writing skills of class VII students at MTs Negeri 3 Kuningan. A quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design was employed in this research, which took place at MTs Negeri 3 Kuningan using class VII-2 as the sample group. The results indicate an improvement in the students' ability to compose Sundanese scripts, as supported by the findings of hypothesis testing. The average student score before using the PowToon application learning media was 47.85, while after using the PowToon application learning media the average score was 82.29. Apart from that, the results of the hypothesis test, Sig. (2-tailed), 0.000 <; 0.05. Therefore, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the effectiveness of the PowToon application learning media on the ability to write Sundanese script has proven effective for use in learning. This is characterized by a significant difference in students' learning outcomes for writing Sundanese script before and after using the PowToon application learning media.

Abstract

An android-based e-book application for teaching materials is a type of electronic book in softcopy. This study aims to design an android-based e-book application for Pupujian Sundanese teaching materials and determine its feasibility. This research is development research (R&D). The flow in this research are: 1) potential problems: 2) data collection; 3) product design: 4) design validation; 5) design revision; 6) product trial; 7) product revision; 8) trial use; 9) product revision; 10) mass production. Based on design validation, this application is feasible to test because the percentage is 85.00% - 100.00%. This product was tested on students of the Regional Language and Literature Education Study Program, STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan. Based on the pretest and posttest results, the average value of the pretest was 56.42, while the posttest obtained an average value of 77.21. It can be concluded that the android-based e-book application for Sundanese Pupujian teaching materials is "appropriate" to be implemented in learning and can be mass-produced.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode Nature Learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerita pendek siswa. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam mengembangkan tema dan menyusun kalimat secara runtut. Metode Nature Learning dipilih karena pendekatan berbasis alam dinilai mampu merangsang imajinasi siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest, dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, serta tes. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 siswa kelas VIII-B SMP Negeri 1 Garawangi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum perlakuan, nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 49,94 masih di bawah KKM. Setelah diterapkan metode Nature Learning, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 80,50. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa metode Nature Learning efektif digunakan sebagai strategi pembelajaran alternatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerita pendek di tingkat SMP.

Abstract

The urgency of this research is to determine the effectiveness of posters as a learning media in improving the ability of seventh-grade students to write Sundanese script. The preservation of Sundanese script as part of local cultural heritage requires effective instructional strategies, as many junior high school students still experience difficulties in writing Sundanese characters accurately and systematically. This study aims to examine the effect of poster-based learning media on the Sundanese script writing ability of seventh-grade students at SMP Santa Lusia. The research employed a quantitative pre-experimental method using a one-group pretest–posttest design. The population consisted of all Grade VII students at SMP Santa Lusia, and the sample was Class VII-A comprising 30 students, selected through simple random sampling. The sampling criteria included active enrollment in Grade VII and participation in the complete learning process during the study. Data were collected through observation, written tests (pretest and posttest), and documentation. The research instrument was an essay-based writing test that had undergone validity testing. Data analysis techniques included validity testing, normality testing using the Shapiro–Wilk test, and hypothesis testing using a paired samples t-test. The results showed that the mean pretest score was 64.7 (minimum 20; maximum 94), while the mean posttest score increased to 85.2 (minimum 70; maximum 100). The Shapiro–Wilk test indicated that the data were normally distributed (Sig. > 0.05). The paired samples t-test revealed a significance value of 0.000 (Sig. 2-tailed < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest scores. Therefore, poster-based learning media significantly improve students’ ability to write Sundanese script.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to describe the meaning of Batik Paseban from Kuningan Regency using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The results show that the meanings found in the Paseban batik motifs include: (1) Sekar Galuh which describes nature conservation; (2) Oyog Mingmang which depicts unity and oneness; (3) Mayang Segara which implies the breadth of the human heart; (4) Adu Manis which describes domestic life; (5) Rereng Pwah Aci which reflects Sundanese women; (6) Geger Sunten which describes self-defense; (7) Réréng Kujang which means keeping a promise; (8) Mayang Cindé which describes character; (9) Sekar Kencana which describes leadership; 10) Ayang-Ayang which implies mutual cooperation; 11) Kadatun or Karatun which is interpreted as a fair and wise leader; and 12) Gagang Sénggang which represents prosperity.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan makna Batik Paseban dari Kabupaten Kuningan dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika Roland Barthes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makna yang ditemukan dalam motif batik Paseban di antaranya: (1) Sekar Galuh yang menggambarkan pelestarian alam; (2) Oyog Mingmang yang menggambarkan persatuan dan kesatuan; (3) Mayang Segara yang mengisyaratkan keluasan hati manusia; (4) Adu Manis yang menggambarkan kehidupan rumah tangga; (5) Rereng Pwah Aci yang mencerminkan perempuan Sunda; (6) Geger Sunten yang menggambarkan pertahanan diri; (7) Réréng Kujang yang dimaknai menepati janji; (8) Mayang Cindé yang menggambarkan budi pekerti; (9) Sekar Kencana yang menggambarkan kepemimpinan; 10) Ayang-Ayang yang mengisyaratkan gotong-royong; 11) Kadatun atau Karatun yang dimaknai pemimpin adil dan bijaksana; serta 12) Gagang Sénggang yang menggambarkan kemakmuran.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the problems of learning Sundanese in linguistic and non-linguistic dimensions. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. Sources of data in this study were the deputy head of curriculum, Sundanese language teachers, and class X students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were stationery, interview guides, cell phones, and questionnaires. Data analysis using content analysis. The results of this study are 1) Problems of learning Sundanese language linguistic dimensions phonological errors in 72 cases with a percentage of 53.33%, syntactic errors in 75 cases with a percentage of 55.5%, syntactic errors in 80 cases with a percentage of 59.2, lexical errors -Semantic 20 cases with a percentage of 15%.; 2) The problems of learning Sundanese in the non-linguistic dimension have several obstacles in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the teacher's learning model is still monotonous, the teacher's understanding of IT is still lacking, the learning media is still limited, and there is still a lack of student interest and motivation in learning languages. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui problematika pembelajaran bahasa Sunda dimensi linguistik dan nonlinguistik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian yaitu wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, guru bahasa Sunda, dan siswa kelas X. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu alat tulis, pedoman wawancara, handphone, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Problematika pembelajaran bahasa Sunda dimensi linguistik terdiri dari kesalahan fonologi sebanyak 72 kasus dengan persentase 53,33%, kesalahan morfologi sebanyak 75 kasus dengan persentase 55,5%, kesalahan sintaksis 80 kasus dengan persentase 59,2%, dan kesalahan leksiko-semantis 20 kasus dengan persentase 15%; 2) Problematika pembelajaran bahasa Sunda dimensi nonlinguistik terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapan kurikulum 2013, model pembelajaran guru yang masih monoton, pemahaman guru terhadap IT masih kurang, media pembelajaran masih terbatas, dan masih kurangnya minat dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar kebahasaan.
