Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dipengaruhi oleh beragam faktor, salah satunya adalah self confidence. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa SMP ditinjau dari self confidence. Kami menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan dua siswa yang dikatergorikan sebagai self confidence tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Instrument tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari : angket, wawancara, dan soal tes. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas VII SMP sebanyak 6 siswa. Proses analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek pada penelitian ini diberi angket self confidence dan wawancara sehingga dapat memperoleh subjek dengan kategori self confidence tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Setelah mendapat kategori self confidence kemudian subjek diambil 2 subjek terpilih untuk diberikan soal tes kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek self confidence tingkat tinggi yiatu dapat menyelesaikan 6 indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis. Subjek dengan kategori self confidence tingkat sedang dapat menyelesaikan 5 dari 6 indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis. Subjek self confidence tingkat rendah yiatu subjek FAAN dapat menyelesaika 2 dari 6 indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis dan subjek RF hanya dapat menyelesaikan 1 dari 6 indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa slow learner dalam pembelajaran menggunakan confidence worksheet berbasis ethno-edutainment. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode pre experimental. Dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD 4 Dersalam. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa slow learner di SD 4 Dersalam. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik nontes. Dengan instrumen angket kepercayaan diri siswa slow learner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji normalized gain. Berdasarkan analisis dengan menggunakan normalized gain <g>, terjadi peningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa slow learner dengan tingkat peningkatan rendah sebesar 14,29 %,  sedang sebesar 57,14 %, dan tinggi  sebesar 28,57 %. Secara klasikal diperoleh  nilai normalized gain <g> sebesar  33% atau 0,33 yang berarti tafsiran peningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa slow learner termasuk kategori sedang.

Abstract

The mathematical problem solving ability of class XI students at an islamic senior high school is still low. Based on the results of the initial test which was attended by 181 students, only 16,02% of students completed the KKM, while 83,98% had not. Therefore, study aims to analyses the effectiveness of PBL learning model with STEAM appr oach assisted by android application. The design of this study was quasi-experimental with a posttest-only control group design. Class XI MIPA 7 as the experimental class and class XI MIPA 2 as the control class. The data consists of tests and documentation. The test instrument is the posttest in the form of an essay. Data analysis used t-test and z-test. The results show that PBL with the STEAM approach assisted by an android application is effective in improving the mathematical problem solving abilities of class XI students on the material of sequences and series. Further research on the PBL model with the STEAM approach assisted by android applications still needs to be done, so that its application can be in accordance with the times.

Abstract

Mathematics learning plays an important role in the world of education. However, the high demands for mastery of mathematics are not in accordance with current student learning outcomes. This is because learning is direct, so students' ability to understand concepts is low. This research aims to test the average ability of students to understand concepts by applying a problem-based learning model containing ethnomathematics supported by ETHLAF APPS, which is better than applying a direct learning model. This type of research is quantitative, using quasi-experimental methods and a nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. This research was carried out in class X of Senior High School. The data collection technique uses tests, and the instrument uses concept understanding test questions. Data analysis includes the normality test, homogeneity test, similarity test, and final data analysis, namely the independent sample t-test. The research results show that the average ability of students to understand concepts when applying the problem-based learning model based on ethnomathematics assisted by ETHLAF APPS is better than when applying the direct learning model. This research concludes that students' ability to understand concepts using the ethnomathematics-based problem-based learning model supported by ETHLAF APPS is better than using direct learning. The ability to understand concepts is the main goal and important factor in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Confidence helps to see life from the positive side and helps to find new experiences. This self-confidence has not been well embedded in slow learner students. Slow learner students have low self-confidence. One of the reasons for low self-esteem is discrimination and bullying at school. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of self-confidence of slow learner students. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The research method used is a survey method. The respondents of this study were slow learner students in grade IV who had gone through psychological tests. The number of slow learner students is five students based on psychological tests. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. This study tested the validity of the data by using the credibility test. Testing the credibility of the data is done through triangulation and using reference materials. This study uses data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman models. Qualitative data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/verification. The result of the research is that the teacher still does not understand the characteristics of the slow learner students. Slow learners feel that the teacher does not care. Slow learners do not understand the material taught by the teacher. Slow learner students tend to be quiet and look down while studying. The self-confidence analysis shows that all students are slow learners in the category of not being confident.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the information representation and the role of e-news media on bullying cases of students with learning difficulties or called slow learners in e-news media. This research uses qualitative research through content analysis. The object of the research is e-news about bullying cases by two teachers in a school in Medan and bullying cases by several students in a school in Semarang, on detik.com and kompas.com. The results showed that the representation of information about bullying on students with learning difficulties in schools included information about the beginning of viral cases on social media, personal experiences, negative impact on victims of bullying, the results of investigations of various related parties, consequences for perpetrators of bullying, information containing support for victims of bullying, policies and programs to prevent bullying, information containing education for the public, information in order to build awareness and solidarity and action of the anti-bullying movement. These representations of information illustrate that e-news media do not only present news in the sense of reporting a case, but also support information literacy by providing understanding, concern and awareness of bullying cases. Meanwhile, e-news media have played a role in disseminating information, conducting anti-bullying campaigns, creating an open culture in discussing cases of bullying in the public sphere, providing education, building public awareness and solidarity in bullying prevention actions, providing advocacy, intervention and collecting feedback from the public on policies and implementation of the anti-bullying movement. In the end, e-news media is expected to be able to participate in the bullying prevention movement in schools.

Abstract

The usability of internal quality audit systems plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of academic governance in higher education institutions. This study evaluates the usability of an internal quality audit system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) framework. The findings reveal a mean SUS score of 72.4, indicating good usability but highlighting key areas for improvement, particularly in navigation, interoperability, and data management workflows. A comparative analysis with previous research shows that while the system performs better than some older academic management systems, it still lags behind general academic information systems. Based on user feedback, recommendations for interface redesign, system integration, and workflow optimization are proposed to enhance overall usability. Future research should focus on user-centered design improvements, AI-driven automation, and broader system interoperability to further refine the effectiveness of quality audit processes in higher education institutions.

Abstract

This study has the objectives of (1) solving the average difference in students' problem-solving abilities, (2) testing the increase in students' problem-solving abilities. This research is included in the pre-experimental quantitative research with the one group pretest posttest design. The data in this study were analyzed using the paired sample t test which aims to test the average difference, and the n-gain score test to test the increase. The research was conducted in class V SD 5 Bae. From this study, the results obtained were (1) there were differences in students' problem-solving skills before and after the NHT model was applied with edutainment responsibility learning application media, (2) there was an increase in students' problem-solving abilities with a percentage of 52.66%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui rata-rata hasil belajar matematika peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif TAI dengan Macromedia Authorware lebih baik daripada pembelajaran tanpa Macromedia Authorware pada materi pokok segiempat pada peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Kudus dan (2) untuk mngetahui hasil belajar matematika peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif TAI dengan Macromedia Authorware pada materi pokok segiempat pada peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Kudus akan melampaui ketuntasan klasikal yang telah ditetapkan oleh sekolah yaitu yaitu minimal 80 % hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 67. Berdasarkan hasil analisis rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen adalah 81,05 dan kelas kontrol 68,34, thitung = 4,254 dan ttabel = 1,99 sehingga rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Selanjutnya dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh Zhitung = 1,976423544 dan Ztabel = 1,64 sehingga hasil belajar peserta didik melampaui ketuntasan klasikal yaitu minimal 80% hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 67

Abstract

This research is aimed to develop the mathematics learning materials quadrilateral with amodel-based Multimedia TAPPS, so that it becomes a valid, practical and effective learningdevice. The study is also aimed to determine the increase of mathematical disposition. Thedevelopment of learning device is done by using 4-D Thiagarajan model, which has been modifiedwhich include Define, Design, and Develop. The types of learning devices which developed aresyllabus, lesson plans, worksheets, and Multimedia. The validity of the learning device isdetermined based on the expert validation. The Practicality of learning device can be seen fromthe response of the students, teachers' responses and management teacher learning in theclassroom. The effectiveness of learning can be obtained by doing a test device.
