Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study to know the influence of the use of social learning network to motivation and student learning outcomes. This research uses quasi experimental research method using posttest only control group design. Hypothetical test of research using t-test and T2 test. Result of hypothesis test The t-test of learning motivation obtained by Thitung -5,187 with Sig value. 0,000 (<0,05), conclusion H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Result of hypothesis test The t-test of learning result obtained by Thitung -2,950 with Sig value. 0,005 (<0,05), conclusion H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Result of hypothesis T2 test obtained value of F 1,307 with value of Sig. 0,000 (<0,05), conclusion H0 rejected and H1 accepted.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan social learning network terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan desain posttest only control group. Uji Hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji-t serta uji T2. Hasil uji hipotesis Uji-t motivasi belajar diperoleh Thitung -5,187 dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 (<0,05), kesimpulannya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis Uji-t hasil belajar diperoleh Thitung -2,950 dengan nilai Sig. 0,005 (<0,05), kesimpulannya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis T2 diperoleh nilai F 1,307 dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 (<0,05), kesimpulannya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) untuk mengetahui praktik moderasi beragama antar umat beragama di Desa Bulu Lor Kecamatan Jambon Kabupaten Ponorogo, 2) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam melakanakan moderasi antar umat Islam dan Buddha. Penelitian ini merupakan penellitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di Desa Bulu Lor Adapun instrument penelitian data yang dilakukan meliputi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan triagulasi data. Hasil penelitian studi kasus ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Praktik moderasi di Desa Bulu Lor sebagai berikut; a) Memberi kebebasan dalam memilih agama dan ikut serta dalam kegiatan 17 Agustus b) saling menghormati akan kepercayaan dan juga menghormati pemeluk lain, c) Menciptakan keharmonisan dan menciptakan suasana yang kondusif di masyarakat adalah menjadi pribadi yang baik, berhenti menghakimi orang lain, mencintai orang lain, menciptakan suasana yang damai. d) Penerimaan tradisi di masyarakat Bulu Lor yaitu mengadakan kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan seperti gotong royong. 2) Faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat meliputi diantaranya faktor penghambat yatu kurangnya anggaran kegiatan, sedangkan faktor pendukung ada dua yaitu; a) Koordinasi, b) Dukungan Birokrasi dan kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah melihat perilaku politik mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan Juli 2021 di Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo.  Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang mahasiswa yang dapat merepresentasikan keadaan dari obyek penelitian. Informan diperoleh menggunakan metode snowball yang berasal dari 24 program studi yang ada di Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku politik mahasiswa yaitu struktur kepribadian, lingkungan sosial politik tak langsung, lingkungan politik langsung yang mempengaruhi dan membentuk kepribadian aktor, dan lingkungan politik langsung berupa situasi, kesemuanya menjukkan indikator positif dalam mempengaruhi perilaku. Terdapat satu indikator yang tidak mempengaruhi perilaku adalah lingkungan politik langsung berupa situasi yang menyebutkan bahwa Pemilukada ini bukan merupakan bentuk dari eksternalisasi dan pertahanan diri terhadap situasi.Student Political Behavior In The Election Of Local Heads Synchronously In 2020. The focus of this research is to look at the political behavior of students at the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, carried out from April to July 2021 at the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The number of informants in this study were 100 students who could represent the state of the research object. Informants were obtained using the snowball method from 24 study programs at the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The results showed that four factors that influence student political behavior are personality structure, indirect socio-political environment, direct political environment that influences and shapes the personality of actors, and direct political environment in the form of situations, all of which show positive indicators in influencing behavior. There is one indicator that does not affect behavior, namely the direct political environment in the form of a situation which states that this General Election is not a form of externalization and self-defense against the situation.

Abstract

This paper will provide a description of the involvement of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah in making a public policy made by the Regional Government of Ponorogo Regency. The focus of the research is how the pattern of organizational involvement through four indicators, namely 1) Participation in decision making, 2) Participation in implementation, 3) Participation in making use of, and 4) Participation in evaluation. This study uses a qualitative method with research informants namely Muhammadiyah Regional Leaders represented by the Economic Council, Aisyiah Regional Leaders, and representatives from an autonomous organization, namely the Muhammadiyah Student Association. Collecting data using observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the three units in the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership and Aisyiyah Regional Leadership play an active role and always follow developments in Ponorogo Regency, besides that the Ponorogo Regency Government itself also always involves the two organizations in accordance with the policies set forth being prepared by the regional government starting from decision making, implementation, utilization, and evaluation

Abstract

Human rights are fundamentally crucial to every individual, especially the right to education, which has also been stipulated in the Indonesian constitution following the international agreements. This research aims to obtain information about what causes the Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia to have undocumented status, what problems they face in sending their children to a school, and what efforts and solutions can be made to obtain education for them. Through qualitative methods and a systematic approach, the researchers used various methods to gather data, such as interviews, observations, and documentation. This research found that the undocumented Indonesian migrant workers whose children lack proper documentation, let alone as they had entered Malaysia illegally, have no valid work or residence permission (overstaying), and got married in Malaysia to another foreign citizen. There were problems with their right to send their children to school, so the Sanggar Bimbingan Hulu Langat was established to overcome the problems and help the children get an education in Malaysia. The agenda turned out to be a means of resolving the issues that Indonesian migrant workers' children face so that they were able to access educational rights.

Abstract

Implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Campus Merdeka Certified Internship Program in Strengthening 21st Century Skills is a way to strengthen skills in using media information as well as career and life skills. The aim of this research is to; (1) Describe the implementation of the MBKM certified internship program in universities, (2) Describe the mastery of 21st century skills among students participating in certified internships. This research is qualitative research with an analytical study approach. The results of this research show that first, in the implementation of MBKM, the certified internship program was implemented in three areas of activity, namely marketing, finance and operations, both in banking and companies. In implementing a certified internship, there are several stages, namely conversion of 20 credits, internship activities for 18 weeks, experience in the world of work and the professional world, a series of skills, mentoring, and obtaining a certificate of recognition for the skills and experience gained. Apart from that, during the implementation of the certified internship program there is an evaluation. Evaluation is carried out by following up on reports, providing mentoring, checking recaps of internship activities, sharing lessons, and conducting a final assessment of student performance. Second, the mastery of 21st century skills by students participating in certified internships focuses on the skills of mastering the use of technology, including the use of marketplace applications, the use of Microsoft office applications, the use of e-learning systems, e-commerce, design and so on. Meanwhile, mastery of career abilities and life skills is carried out through strengthening adaptation and social abilities, productivity and accountability, and providing leadership abilities and responsibility

Abstract

Sentul Learning Studio is a form of tutoring for undocumented migrant children to obtain an education. The ethnic and linguistic diversity enhances the profile of Pancasila students with global diversity, as teachers incorporate this into their teaching. This research aims to understand how teachers contribute to strengthening the Pancasila Global Diversity student profile in Malaysian learning centers. The study utilizes a qualitative research method. Research findings show that raising the profile of Pancasila students with global diversity involves understanding and valuing various cultures, engaging in intercultural communication during interactions, and reflecting on and taking responsibility for diverse experiences. Conclusion This research explores the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which allows Pancasila education teachers at the Sentul Malaysia learning center to design student-tailored learning experiences. The center originally had 7 students, increasing to 13, 24, 37, and now 41 students, with 6 students currently inactive. The curriculum emphasizes global diversity competencies. Teachers integrate Indonesia's cultural heritage through activities such as traditional dances and games, including the Jathilan dance and the Ampar-Ampar Pisang folk song. Two students are fluent in Javanese and Indonesian. Activities such as celebrating Mother's Day and making crafts from recycled materials foster curiosity about Indonesian culture. Gymnastics and games with Indonesian roots such as Senam 123, Gemo Famire, and penguin gymnastics are also included. Learning the Jathilan dance, jumping rope, and making soybean tempeh exposes students to authentic Indonesian culture, fostering acceptance, appreciation, and a desire to learn.

Abstract

Penguatan nilai karakter profil pelajar Pancasila wajib dimiliki oleh pendidik, calon pendidik, fasilitator bahkan peserta didik tersebut. Namun belum semua pendidik, calon pendidik terutama dan fasilitator yang ada di sanggar belajar sekolah Indonesia di Malaysia memiliki kemampuan dalam memahami dan menerapkan nilai karakter profil pelajar Pancasila. Tujuan pengabdian Masyarakat yang akan dilakukan yaitu memberikan pembekalan nilai karakter profil pelajar pancasila bagi fasilitator belajar di sanggar belajar sentul Malaysia. Tujuan ini mencakup pelatihan pembelajaran nilai karakter profil pelajar Pancasila sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik.Solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu: 1. Pembekalan nilai karakter profil pelajar Pancasila melalui kegiatan pelatihan. 2.Rancangan inovasi pembelajaran yang memiliki nilai karakter profil Pancasila sesuai dengan konsep merdeka belajar

Abstract

Tingginya angka kemiskinan di Indonesia mengakibatkan kesenjangan sosial antara si kaya dan si miskin. Tentunya dibutuhkan jalan keluar untuk dapat menekan angka kemiskinan, maka dari itu disamping tugas dari pemerintah dibutuhkan juga suatu keterlibatan warga. Salah satu keterlibatan warga yang banyak dipraktekkan di Indonesia adalah filantropi. Komitmen Muhammadiyah dalam membantu pemerintah mengentaskan kemiskinan sudah ada sejak abad pertama Muhammadiyah berdiri. Semangat filantropi tersebut yang sekarang tertuang dalam Lembaga Amal Zakat Infaq Muhammadiyah. Maka dari itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk keterlibatan warga dalam gerakan filantropi yang diorganisasikan LAZISMU Kabupaten Ponorogo, 2)untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan LAZISMU Kabupaten Ponorogo untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan warga khususnya dalam filantropi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui wawancara di LAZISMU Kabupaten Ponorogo dan kantor layanan LAZISMU Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) bentuk-bentuk dari keterlibatan warga dalam gerakan filantropi di LAZISMU yaitu Keterlibatan politik meliputi keterlibatan warga dalam mengajukan proposal bantuan, keterlibatan warga membangun pengelola ZIS. dan membangun komunitas, keterlibatan moral meliputi memberikan ide gagasan keterlibatan sosial meliputi pemberian dana sumbangan oleh warga, keterlibatan tenaga warga dan keterlibatan melalui media sosial, keterlibatan sipil meliputi kesadaran warga memberikan donasi melalui LAZISMU dan kesadaran warga ikut andil dalam program LAZISMU. 2) Strategi yang dilakukan LAZISMU Kabupaten untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan warga yaitu direnct fundraising yang meliputi melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi dan menjalin sinergi kolaborasi dengan pimpinan cabang Muhammadiyah serta indirect fundraising yang meliputi melakukan promosi melalui media sosial dan ivent. Maka dari itu perlunya koordinasi dan konsolidasi antara kantor LAZISMU dan kantor layanan LAZISMU di Kabupaten Ponorogo untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat lebih giat lagi agar masyarakat mengerti terkait pentingnya saling memberi terhadap sesama.
